Very cute shoe! I ordered these in the brown suede to wear with a specific dress for an upcoming family party. I had knee surgery and back surgery recently, so I am always looking for nice looking flats because I just can't do heels anymore. These fit great right out of the box and felt true to size, and they are just the right shade of brown for the dress. I got a lot of compliments on them.

Fab Shoe - I am so pleased with this shoe, sometimes flat shoes cause an ache in the arches, but these are fabulous. I purchased them before a (walking)trip to San Francisco, without breaking them in -they were terrific. I highly recommend this shoe for comfort.

This was my first order from Zappos after months of just "window shopping"....what a treat! shoes are cute and very comfy although I could have probably ordered a size 8 instead of my usual 8 1/2...not really a problem though...was truly amazed at how quickly they arrived. Ordered late on a Saturday night and I had them at my door Monday afternoon!!! Zappos rocks and look forward to future purchases.

So sad I have to return these. Oh aren’t they cute? They are even cuter in person! I have an upside-down-triangle foot and wear an 8 normally. But my true size is a 7 1/2 wide. These were way too long on me. I’m scared a 7 1/2 in these would be too tight on my pinky toe bone. Too bad they don’t have the stretch ankle top like so many other ballet style flats. SO I agree with the previous reviewer---do buy your true size, but if you have wide feet its a big chance they wont fit properly... THEY ARE AWESOME THOUGH! Wish they offered my size I a wide. I will keep looking! Thanks Zappos for making returns sooo easy!!!

Perfect black flat - If you are like me and wear them with almost everything, this one is a great choice. I’ve only had them a short time, however, so far they seem quite durable and extremely comfortable. Not to mention they look quite well on your feet. Definitely buy them in your true size.

Adorable flat! I love LOVE this shoe. It was comfy right out of the box. The brown looks very dark (and is) and it matches everything! I love the quilted pattern, too. Totally adorable shoe. Also, how much does Zappos customer service rock?! I ordered these at 3pm and received them the next day!!

I love the look of this shoe but they are a little snug across the top (were the bow is placed). The first time I wore them they were ok, I thought they would "give" some so I kept them. About 2 hours into the second time I wore them, I thought my toes were going fall off. I can't wear these shoes if I will be walking a lot. Too bad, because they are really cute and it took me a long time to find a black flat that I liked. PS - My feet are on the wide-side but for most Clarks brands that has never been a problem.

Cute flat, but... I have a slightly narrow 9-1/2 size foot. The shoe felt a tad wide on the sides, but not something I can't get past. They don't feel as supportive as other Indigo by Clarks, but I'll keep it anyway.

Cute but big - I love the way these shoes look on my feet but they are sized wrong. They're a little too big. I'll just put a toe insert in and they'll be perfect.

Cute, but not that comfy - This shoe is so cute, but after wearing for awhile, the top edge cuts into the top of my foot and is not very comfortable. However, it is not bad enough to prevent me from wearing them, and I get so many compliments! I would give it a five star, if not for the discomfort factor.

CUTE SHOES - I like the shoes but were uncomfortable in the front. Too flat for me to enjoy

Decent black flat - I have these shoes in black and red. I like them, but they are a bit narrow for my feet. They rub on the side of my toe and so I can only wear them for about 4 hours. They're very cute though.

Cute shoe - I had to order a size smaller because they ran a half size larger than marked. Cute shoe though.

This shoe is comfortable, just a little too big for the size I picked, which usually works for me. Great shoe for casual wear, yet a touch on the dressy side.

Nice flat - These flats offer more support than most; they are probably as comfortable as a flat shoe can be. The toe is a little more square than I would choose but overall it's a cute shoe.

Darling flat but fit just OK - I had a difficult time finding a perfect fit with this darling pair of flats. They definitely run 1/2 to a full size large and it seemed I was in between the two. I finally went with 1/2 size smaller than I normally wear. The fit is ok but by the end of the day my toes are a little sore and the shoe is not even close to being too small. But I love the look and hey, sometimes you have to suffer a little for a cute shoe!

Great shoe - A cute shoe to wear casually with jeans or capris, also cute with a skirt!! Ran a little big but still very comfortable.....room for feet to swell!

Cute little shoe - Size down by a half. I am a size 9, bought the size 9 and it feels a little big. Other then that they are very very cute.

Weird sizing - Like many reviewers I found this shoe to run big. I normally where an 8 but the 8 slipped off the back of my heel. I order a 7.5 and the length was good but it was very tight around the widest part of my foot (big toe mount to little toe mount). I decided to give it a go and hope they'd stretch out. They seem to be better but they aren't 100% comfortable yet. I like the soft corduroy liner in the footbed. It’s very nice not having a sticky footbed next to your skin. They are super cute shoes! I'm glad I decided to keep them.

Comfortable, but no arch support - This shoe doesn't hurt, but it's not that great for a lot of walking. Fine for walking around the office.

Quite Cute - I read the reviews before purchasing these flats and took the advice to order a half a size down. I ordered a 7 and my toe went right to the end. These shoes curve up at the toe and had it not been for that a 7 may have worked. I'm going to try the half and hope for the best because these shoes are quite cute.

Comfort, ok, but getting lots of compliments - I agree that these may not be the most comfortable shoes ever, but I get compliments on them every time I wear them. At first they were not at all comfortable, but I kept trying because they were so cute and I rarely find shoes I really like in a reasonable price range. Once I got used to them, the comfort level is ok. I think it is just a matter of getting used to the cut of a ballet flat which is very different from other shoes. They are a bit wide and run a bit large. Order a half size down if you are not sure. The "toad" suede is a great color and goes well with many outfits. Also - the suede has been treated and water runs right off. Give this shoe a second try - they are worth it.
