Love this shoe! I did have to pull the shoe stretcher out for the toe to accomodate my wide feet but after that excellent! I bought these to trek around Italy and I think they're going to do the trick. Cute with jeans, with a dress, with office wear. Super versatile.

These shoes will make you feel like Ginger Rogers; so elegant (I ordered the snazzy gray patent) and so comfortable and well-made, as are all Naot. Definitely gave me the fabulous shoe rush.

Nice shoe for my narrow feet but at size 42 the toe box looked forever long and awkwardly huge. The Naot Trendy was more attractive on my feet (and a bit more comfortable). The Trendy shoe also has a prettier heel (less clunky). I was a little scared of velcro on dress shoes but I very much like the adjustable velcro strap on both the Pleasure and the Trendy. I do see the appeal of this shoe but I'll be sending them back and keeping the Trendy.

This shoe is super comfortable and really pretty. Easy on/off with the velcro strap but doesn't look like a cheesy velcro strap. Shoe sizing is a tad big, but I think when my feet are tired and swollen at the end of the day, I'll be glad for the extra room.

I really like these shoes. They are super comfortable and I can ride a bike in them. They have a bit of a heel, like 2 inches, but you cannot feel it at all. They are also very cute!

These shoes are unbelievably comfortable and look understated but very chic with sheath dresses. Can be worn to work even if you know you are going to be on your feet all day (as I was at a conference), and still float at the end of the day. The gray color is great -- metallic and shiny -- complements black, gray, and navy blue dresses well. Worth every penny. Love them and love Zappos service.

Great shoes. These are cute in person and comfortable from minute 1. I wish Naot offered more styles like this one.

Great shoe! Really comfortable. The tie/bow lies flat enough that you can wear these with pants. I received lots of compliments at the office.

The velcro strap allows for precise fit. Shoe is incredibly comfortable for its slight heel height.

As always, Naot does not disappoint. I am consistently a size 7 and this size 38 is perfect. I love the patent leather - classy and comfortable.

After buying the "Trendy" Naot shoe at a local shoe store, I've been on the lookout for another pair of attractive, yet comfortable dress shoes. I have high arches and suffer from plantar fasciitis, so comfort is key (I also like a nice looking shoe, especially if they are pricey). This shoe did not disappoint. I wore them to a meeting with some wool slacks and they were very comfortable...even for 2.5 inch heels..and chic looking. Naot (and Giesswein slippers shoes) are my new obsession! If only they didn't cost so much...you definitely do get what you pay for, though.

I bought these shoes for my mom and she loves them! These are actually her second pair and her first pair were in the black patent and she wore those out so she wanted a new pair.

I find it very difficult to find shoes that are comfortable and that stay on my feet because they are narrow. These shoes are so wonderful. They fit perfectly! One day I actually had to run in them and I could do so without difficulty. They are so comfortable that I could sleep in them. And to think I almost did not purchase these because of the cost. It was money very well spent!

Super comfy. I am on my 5th pair and I wear them 6 days a week 8-12 hours daily for about 6 months. I am a banquet manager and on my feet the entire day running around the facility. They hurt the first 3 days and then grow to your foot. Also the dye comes off when your foot sweats so for the 1st month your feet are black and orange at the end of the day. You can spray with sealer so this doesn't happen.

These are great shoes. I have had them for many years now and they still are great. No service like Zappos. It is a pleasure to deal with them.

One of the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever worn. Great cushioning in the heel for shock absorption. I have gotten compliments on them several times. I wear an 11-12. so getting the size right and a good fit is a frequent challenge. These are perfect.

These are my go-to shoes for work or going out when I need to be dressier but know walking will be involved. They do run a bit narrow, but that is what I need. The way the insoles are shaped hold my foot in the right position so I don't get calluses or pressure in the wrong spot. And, as a bonus, I've been asked many times where I got them because people think they are cute.

These are my all time favorite shoes. High quality materials and construction, comfortable, beautiful and timeless.

These are my new favorite shoes. They are very vintage chic and amazingly comfortable. They fit true to size and the pictures do not do them justice. The latch is velcro making it very easy to adjust at any point in your day or evening and the little bow hits perfectly at the center of the top of my foot. I was so surprised by these shoes, I honestly got them as a last resort and I am astounded by the fit and style they have.

I have had this shoe in black leather for 3 years. It is the most comfortable shoe I've owned and looks great with skirts or slacks for the office. The little "leaf" detail can be removed if I like, but I think it's charming. For the price, comfort and style you cannot beat Naot.

I have very hard-to-fit feet (just ask Zappos how many shoes I send back) and finally these dress shoes work for me. Very comfortable, pretty, good support for my flat feet and they don't hurt my bunions! I only wish the bow was removable for days I don't feel like a bow.

I purchased this shoe about a size larger than I normally wear because I have Morton's Neuroma in my right foot (inflammation of the nerve between toes). I need room to flex my toes when the pain starts and the strap makes it possible to keep the larger size on my foot. These shoes have been fantastic. I'm a Flight Attendant and must be on my feet for up to 15-16 hours a day. I can wear these all day without pain. They look great with a skirt or pants. I removed the bow from the strap (slides off easily) and have received many compliments and inquiries about the Naot Pleasure. My ortho Doc told me that the Naot shoes were much safer than Danskos because of the lighter weight and more flexible sole. Apparently, he's repaired quite a few ankles for women who were wearing Danskos. I've recently had surgery to remove the Neuroma and will be purchasing a new pair of Pleasures in my "true" size.

This shoes have been the best investment I've done. They are fantastic! I work on my feet almost all day 8 to 10 hours, the shoes give me support and comfort and they look cute!

These shoes are great. I wear them to work a lot and they are super comfortable even when I have a lot of walking to do. I need great arch support and these have it. I also think they have good style and do not seem like "orthotic" shoes. I have the black patent leather and am considering buying them in another color as well. Very true to size.

I highly recommend this shoe for all day comfort as well as style! I am a flight attendant for a major U.S. airline and we are required to wear heels throughout the concourse and during the boarding process. This shoe is so comfortable that I do not change into flat inflight shoes. I have owned these shoes for two years and they do not wear out. I am going to order a new pair as a back-up due to my fear that Naot will discontinue the style. I should also add that I receive compliments and inquiries as to the brand across the globe!
