Good work shoe - I work for an upscale cosmetics retail corporation. We are mandated to wear black uniforms and black shoes. I ordered the Naot Pleasure in black. I wanted a comfortable all-day shoe. I found after 7 hours, my feet were hurting. Keep in mind, there is no down time. I'm on my feet for 8 hours, assisting clients. I love the look of the shoe and I'm sure my feet were swelled after 7 hours of standing. I thought the "Pleasure" would be a nice alternative to the ugly closed mules. I will wear these only when I work 4 hour shifts from now on.

Almost perfect - Due to foot injuries, I've never been able to wear a dress shoe with a heel. Thanks to Zappos easy shipping and returns, I tried many. When I saw these, I thought they were too bulky and would not like them, but I put them on and they fit my foot perfectly. I have a very high arch and thin foot (not narrow) and these felt like they were made for me. I went out dancing and walked all over town without ever thinking about my feet. I was comfortable the entire time, so I will live with the extra bulk and in fact want one in another color.

Casual, But Nice Shoes - I like the look of these shoes. When I first wore them, they were a little tight in the toe box, but not uncomfortable. They are more casual than dressy, but still nice to wear to work all day.

Naot Pleasure. This show is very stylish and quite comfortable. My only issue with it is that it runs narrow, but it doesn't give me blisters or anything, and the heel is so comfortable that it feels like wearing flats. I can't walk in heels at all and these are easy to walk in. The copper color isn't very metallic, but it is pretty and goes with almost everything. The tie on the strap looks great on. I love these shoes.

Felt great...ugly color - I have a pair of Naot sandals and I love them! So I tried these for folk. They feel fantastic but the brown is just not an attractive color. It's too red to wear with many of my brown pants. I'm planning to return them and either get the black ones or try a different shoe in brown. I love Naot but I need some brown shoes that are really brown.

I was looking for a heel that would support my feet which overpronate (flat feet.) NAOT sandals have great support and this heel looked more square, so I gave them a go. Unfortunately, they aren't good for feet that overpronate. The heel tapers in and the shoe doesn't have much support if you have this issue. The style is nice; it's kind of a 50's/60's look to me (I think it's the little 'tie' on the strap- reminds me of a scarf tied around the neck.) I am not a fan of the velcro strap but that's how they chose to make them... The shoe looks a bit clunky but would fit in quite well with trousers and would be acceptable with a skirt or dress. I ended up going with the SAS Isabel which has great support. I truly wish Zappos would let you filter for things like flat feet so there wouldn't be so much trial and error. Very glad for the free return shipping - back they go!

I spent 2-3 weeks researching this shoe, reading the reviews, etc. Finally purchased and I kept recalling all the great reviews when I wore the shoes. They were so uncomfortable that my feet would hurt when I thought about wearing them. The worst purchase. I cannot support this brand.

Beautiful shoes and very comfortable. I love the versatile style and cute bows. They go with well with pants as well as skirts and dresses and I can easily walk around in them all day. Also very well made and a quality product. Highly recommend them.

Love these shoes!!! I really did not need more shoes but I bought these anyway because they are so comfy and so cute. I normally wear a 7 1/2 or an 8 shoe and have somewhat wide feet. I originally bought a size 39 but exchanged them for a 38 which is my usual size and fits well. I thought they might be a bit narrow but after wearing them all day in the Texas heat my feet felt great. They are also very well made and excellent quality. Naot, you now have a new fan and I will check out more styles in the future. Thank you

Beautiful shoes. Sizing was accurate (I am a 39/8 M). Shoe has a slim/narrow profile, but was not tight or uncomfortable for a M width. Good arch support. Bow makes them look more stylish.

This is good looking, comfortable shoe! It is classy and stable.

These are beautiful shoes, a little more $ than I like to spend but they will last for years. I wear them dressed up or down, and have gotten many compliments on them.

Once my tendon issue is healed this would be the perfect shoe for anyone that is looking for comfort, support and style.

Very high quality. Wish the toes were just a tad wider and the arch a tad higher but better than the competition by far.

I absolutely love this Naot Pleasure shoe. This is my 2nd Pleasure shoe in the grey Color in past 5 years. They are so beautiful and I walk miles and mikes in them every single day. Love them

This shoe is so cute and so comfortable. I wanted a higher-heeled shoe that was secretly not at high as it looked and that was totally comfortable. This is what I found in this shoe. The platform makes the shoe look higher heeled than it really is so I feel elegant at work without losing any of the comfort. The little bow detail is very elegant--feminine, but in an understated way. Basically, I love this shoe. The only thing about this shoe is that it seemed to run super narrow. Length-wise I was fine with my normal size (8 US/39 Euro), but it was so narrow that I had to return them and order the size 9US/40 Euro. This larger size worked out great and looks wonderful.

Best heel ever invented! I’m a flight attendant and I can wear these all day across any terrain!

These shoes are the affirmative answer to a professional woman's question: Can I find shoes that are comfortable and sharp-looking? I knocked off a star because the bow on the strap is not removable, and I prefer a more polished look. However, I get a ton of compliments in these shoes, and I would run a 5K in them.

Kismet! I ordered two pairs of another shoe in two different sizes. When the order came (the next day!), one pair that I ordered was in the box, along with these. So since these were the right size, and so stinking cute, I tried them on. Omg! Theses shoes are so comfortable, and fit perfectly. I haven’t worn heels for years, just too painful on my beat up feet, but these are feel fantastic. Leave it to Zappos to know what I needed before I did. Keepers! ;-)

Comfortable and funky. I like them a lot. I was hoping the "grey" would complement my grey work pants. The grey is more blue and thus didn't go with the outfits I needed it to. I returned and got the black pair. I'm very happy with them.
