My first Ugg - I love the color the feel and the warmth of the boot. The only problem I seem to have is that the left boot seems wider than my right one. So my foot feels a little sloppy compared to my right foot. So I don’t know if the make on the left one was just off. But I do love the Ugg in general.

WOW!!! I am very glad I got these boots. They are super comfortable, but you should order 1/2 size smaller. I won't return them though because they are so warm, soft, and like walking on air. I finally own a pair of Uggs!

1st pair - Was very happy to finally get a pair. I did have to get a size smaller and was happy I did. They are comfortable and soft to the feet. I hope I will enjoy these and other Uggs in the years to come.

For the price of these boots you would think they would have a more comfortable footbed! For the first few weeks the whole outter edge of the foot line made my feet sore. But great looking.

Not as good as I hoped - I've had these for 2 months. First mistake was ordering a 9, my usual size and they were slightly too large but I wore them out so could not return for an 8. The boots are loosening up even more making them clunky to walk in so I need to wear heavy socks. This is my fault and should you order at least a size smaller, you should be fine. The leather laces are annoying so I tuck them in the boots. The boots looked great when first purchasing but after having worn them outside in snow several times; they are already looking like I've had them for a few years. The shaft now lies down when boots are not being worn. The flip side is they are wonderfully warm and the grips are fine on snow and ice. Because of the shearling on the outside, jeans look best tucked in.

Ultimate Cuff - Comfort is great. Dark brown color is beautiful. I don't like the light cuffs...got these boots because I couldn’t get the plain tall boots, so I settled for the cuffs, which remind me of Santa Claus boots or boots for the slopes of Aspen. If the fur was dark brown, it might be better. Also, the long laces are a real pain in the neck. Constantly getting untied which could be a real problem when running up and down NYC subway stems...But, too late to return so I will have to live with these boots...

Not the best look - The shoe did not look like what I had seen on the computer.

I really don't like the sizing of this boot. It is too small in size. If the boot is too small, it throws the whole look away. I really don't want them anymore. I just want to send them back to Zappos! My foot has been growing a lot lately. 3 weeks ago I tried these boots on. They fit a little big, but looked really nice. Now I HATE them.

Okay kind of boots "that’s all" - Well...I ordered these boots a full size smaller (size 6) because I read your reviews for a sure fit. I wear a 7, but it was too small and too tight. Anyways I had to return them. Plus I wasn't too happy about how they looked on my feet & on me. I felt like I should be yodeling in the Alps looking for Heidi! Thanx anyways Zappos!
