Totally enveloped in toasty shearling! It defies description when your foot is surrounded by shearling (insole, upper and shaft). My feet are now warm in Colorado. I wear a 9 1/2 and the 9 will be fine as the shoe should stretch a bit. My toes can feel the end but a 10 would be sloppy in the heel. Thank you Zappos for the enthusiastic help finding a great boot!

LOVE THEM! My boyfriend bought me these for Christmas and I absolutely love them! He bought me a size smaller and they are a perfect fit! We live in WI and today its -10 out but my feet are soo warm and comfy! BEST GIFT EVER!!!

A big hit - I bought these boots for my sister in law for Christmas. It was a gamble but boy does she love them. She says that they are super warm and light on her feet. Also, Zappos is great! I ordered these the Saturday before Christmas and got them on Christmas Eve!

Homerun! This was a Christmas gift for my wife. She was ecstatic. The style I purchased for her could not be found in stores and she loved mostly how warm the boots are. I hit a homerun!

Love Love Love - My last pair of Uggs was stolen by my daughter. I waited 8 years to buy a new ones...DUMB...When I put these on my feet I fell in love again. I will never go without again ever...Had the last pair for over 5 years before they disappeared. Zappos had them to me in about 24 hours...nice!!!

Comfy for my big "dawgs"! My boots arrived on time - great packaging and ready to go. I have big feet and wanted to be sure to have a comfortable pair of boots and these fit the bill. I ordered an 11, not worried if it would be too big, just added a pair of extra socks. These are great boots, not my first choice, but I got on the band wagon too late. They are definitely a keeper! I'm going to keep an eye out for my first choice; maybe there will be a return! Love the boots; love the service, great job.

These boots are great in looks and comfort. Typical of other Uggs boots I have owned, these are supremely comfortable, and they always get compliments.

Christmas present for mom - I bought these boots as a Christmas gift for my mom...she absolutely loved them...they fit true to size...are very warm and comfortable...very practical and stylish for the winter months of northwestern Ontario...I want a pair too...

I LOVE my new UGGS!!! There just are no words to describe how wonderful my feet felt the first time I slipped them into my new, stylish Uggs. Suffice it to say that I had no intention of taking them off until Spring, but the weather has not cooperated, becoming unseasonably warm this week. Once the seasonable weather returns, out will come my Uggs again...I may even sleep in them! I have gotten tons of compliments already because they are not only comfortable, but amazingly cute!

Great Christmas Gift - I purchased these Uggs as a Christmas present for my friend. She loves them. They look great and are the most comfortable boot she has ever had. First she thought they would be to warm to wear all day, but that is not the case. I give them 5 stars on all counts.

Ultimate Ugg - I found the boots to fit well and they certainly keep your toes toasty. The only thing I didn't like was the laces are a bit hard initially. They do seem to be loosening up as I wear them. I wear a 9 1/2 - 10 shoe and the size 9 fit well.

Luv my Christmas present! My husband bought a pair of the Chestnut Ultimate Cuffs for me. This is my first pair of Uggs, but it won't be my last. I started wearing them with socks, not realizing you should wear them without. My feet don't sweat and they're so comfortable, I think I'm wearing slippers. I don't see a lot of girls wearing Uggs with the cuff in my area and that's another reason why I like them. Nothing negative to say. If you want a warm, attractive, and comfortable boot, this is the one to have!

Worth the money! True to size. Warm for cold climate, comfortable and stylish at the same time. Easy to get on and off.

Ultimate Cuff - These boots are super comfy and cozy and look amazing! Be sure to treat them with some kind of suede protector - so they don't get stains the first day out of the box. Highly recommend!

Great UGG boot - Excellent comfort with a great style. Boot was delivered promptly and with great care. I also purchased the UGG treatment to make them waterproof, this seems to help a lot.

Ugg's Booties - I needed a boot to keep my feet warm. In the past I have had the cheap imitations that looked like Ugg's, but decided this year to buy the real thing. What a difference!!! The first thing I noticed was the arch support. Plus there is a thick sheepskin lining inside that cuddles your feet. It's a very comfortable boot and I like the contrasting fur trim and ribbon. Overall, I'm delighted with these boots!!

Ready for the mid-west - I knew I'd be traveling to see the in-laws in the mid-west in December, and wanted something warm and comfortable, but cute. This shoe has done the trick. I've had lots of compliments on the looks. It's nice and cozy, like wearing slippers, but sturdy enough to walk around town. But like slippers, it doesn't provide much in the way of arch support, so I wouldn't recommend it for long walks (I did do 2 miles in it so it's not impossible). I thought the shoe might be too big and first, but after a couple of wearings it formed to my feet for a good fit.

SO comfortable - These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! I wish they were more waterproof but I purchased the UGG waterproofing material and they still look like new. Really cute boots - have gotten lots of comments on them.

Great looking boot and super comfortable. I usually wear a 7, but needed a 6. Definitely order down in size.

Candy for my feet... These are my second pair of Uggs; first got a hole after three winters of wear, my teenager still wears them. The only issues I have with this pair are that the leather tie comes untied and the fleece cuff is too wide to pull most pants over, so I tuck and go.

Great Boots!! I ordered these and love them!! Very comfy and oh so warm and soft. LOVE them. Uggs rock.
