Super comfortable - I love these boots. They are totally comfortable. The quality is everything you would expect from an UGG. They are in my opinion a little more stylish than the classic UGG boot. I bought the chocolate color and was a little disappointed that they were not as dark as the picture. Would probably order black if had to do over again. Great boot.

Love 'em - Wanted something different than my old Ultimates - started with trying the Kona as I liked the style. Went up in size, too big, went down in size, too small and I didn't like the overall "feel" of Kona. Finally, chose the Ultimate Cuff (espresso) and loved them. The strings can be annoying, but you can simply cut them so they don't hang on ground. They do come untied, so you can also tie in a knot and put a few drops of crazy glue as you don't need to tie and untie to use.

Love these boots! These are my third pair of Uggs and now my favorite. They are super cute and they are SO comfy. I ordered them at 7 pm last night and had them this morning. I don't know how Zappos gets stuff out so fast! I wear a 6 and ordered a 5 and they fit perfect.

I so wanted these shoes to fit like others had described. Unfortunately the front of the shoe is cut too short for me, so it hurt my bunions.

Fantastic Boots - I love my new Uggs boots. They look great, are very comfortable, and are toasty. Though I read a review that the strings come undone, I have not found that to be a problem. I am so happy with them and hope you enjoy them, too. As far as the size was concerned, I listened to Zappos recommendation and reviews. I'm normally a 7 1/2 and I got a 7. Happy I did as they fit perfectly. Zappos is great, too. Wish they sold even more things than they do.

Ugg Review - I love my new Uggs!!! They are extremely comfortable and very warm. They look great with just about anything. I do wish I had ordered one size smaller because they are supposed to be worn bare foot and fit snugly, but they are still great!

Cute Boot - Unlike some of the other styles these Uggs do run a bit big. I got an 8 in these and an 8 in the Kona boot and the Kona fit fine while this one was too big. Heed the advice and order the next size down, i.e. a 7 if you usually wear a 7.5 or 8.

These boots are very comfy and cute and I like how they have a bit more style than the Classic. They definitely run big. I wear a size 8 on my right foot and 7.5 on my left and a 7 fits perfectly. I bought an 8 first and after a couple of wears around the house the lining squished down enough that my feet were sliding out of the boots with every step with or without socks. I skeptically exchanged them for a 7 and the left foot fit perfectly but the right seemed a little short. However, after a few wears they are just perfect and plenty roomy. I wear them without socks but they fit with socks, too. The top is plenty big enough to tuck in my jeans and the tie makes it easier, too.

Love my Uggs! I always thought that Uggs were Ugly and was never going to buy a pair until I saw these. They are extremely comfortable and can withstand the Chicago winters better than the classic Ugg. I normally wear a size 6 in boots and the size 6 in these were true to size, I have just enough room. Definitely recommend these boots!

I am really not a follow the crowd type of person, but I just had to see what all the hype was about with Uggs...just like everyone says, they are the most comfy, cozy boots ever!! And Zappos is the greatest company...ordered my boots Thurs. pm, they were at my door late the next afternoon!

Highly recommend these great boots - Love, love, love my new Uggs. Great style if you have a larger size foot - I wear an 11 and the fleece at the top draws away from my big ole' feet. I usually am a narrow but these boots fit fine, my heel just slips a bit. Also, I would order whatever your true size is - they fit perfectly in the length. They keep my feet cozy warm and this time of year I wear them constantly. Thanks Zappos for making the buying experience such a great one - ordered these at 8pm and got them the next day at 2pm. Wow!

These UGGs and Zappos are awesome!! I ordered them at 7 pm at night and the shoes arrived the next day. My feet crave to be in the UGGs. I had to buy another pair today.

These are the most comfortable and warm boots ever! I have practically been wearing them everyday since I got them. They hold up well in the rain and are just so cozy. I tend to wear mine with socks and my feet do not even get sweaty. I get lots of compliments on them, but even if I didn't, I would still love 'em because they are just that comfortable!

Love my Uggs! This shoe fits great, looks great and is warm for the winter months in UT!

Awesome Boot! I've been looking for months for a pair of Ugg boots and finally found them here on Zappos! They are wonderful. True to Uggs reputation as always. Perfect fit (order 1/2 size smaller then your usual as Uggs will stretch a little), very comfortable and warm and very cute! I've gotten tons of compliments on them. Wonderful boots! I've had a pair of Ugg boots for 20 years and bought these to replace them. They are so comfortable and I love the look of them!

Toasty Tootsies - My feet are warm and toasty!!! My kids play ice hockey and so I spend a great deal of time in the cold. In fact, I'm writing this review from my hotel room in Michigan where my son is playing in a tournament and temps are FREEZING! I usually wear a size 9 so I ordered a size 8. My toes were hitting the front of the shoe but have since settled as the shoe stretches. I probably could've ordered the 9 but I'm certain after several wears they would've been big. I wear these boots without socks. I've only worn these outside of pants which easily tuck into the shaft. The tie isn't clumsily in the way. I did treat the boots with the Ugg's water/stain-proof spray which is amazing. My boots look great despite the sloshy snow terrain of Michigan. They don't look bulky at all. Really! Get this boot to keep the tootsies toasted.

Love my Ugg's - Wonderful is the word to explain my Ugg's. You do need to order a whole size smaller, I did and they are perfect. They are so warm and comfortable no need to wear socks. I love my Ugg's. I ordered chestnut, and I will be ordering another pair next year in black.

Wonderful! I have a narrow foot and am very hard to fit, but with the fur lining and a pair of socks these were perfect. They're very comfortable and I get compliments wherever I go. Plus, you can't beat Zappos service!

So warm - I got these to help keep my feet warm as I live in cold WY and they are wonderful. My feet stay nice and cozy and I did get them in a 9 as I wear a 9 1/2. They fit great and get lots of compliments.

Wonderful (by the second try)- I absolutely LOVE my Ugg Ultimate Cuff boot! I received these as a gift from my mom for Christmas in black, and after three days the back seam ripped completely open, and I had to send them back for a replacement. Unfortunately, they were completely out of black, so I went with the dark brown & they have been perfect!! I love, love, love them. I am a size 7 normally & the size 6 fits me perfectly. I wear them without socks because I love the way the sheepskin feels on my feet. I have had no problem at all with this pair, so it must have been a defect with the first pair. Zappos was wonderful about exchanging them - it was a breeze & I got them back the next day! I highly recommend these boots!
