Excellent Boots - Just love these! They are true to size (unlike all other Keens I've owned) and more importantly, they are a nice wide fitting. Very comfortable and very light weight, hardly know you have them on. Soft leather, nice ascents with the floral design, work well with jeans and skirts.

Casual with good support - They look a little like elf shoes....but they are really comfortable and hold my ankle steady. I wanted a shoe that gave a little extra ankle support and these do. They are a little bit stiff for the first 2-3 wears, but then are very, very comfortable. I would highly recommend them.

Soooo cute - These boots are comfy and cute. What more can you ask? They do have two draw backs though, they are a little hard to get on because they don't have that the pull on loop in the back, and they aren't really very warm, since they are lined in leather, the leather gets cold.

Cute!! These boots are sooo cute, and very comfortable. They are lined in leather so the leather gets cold and you feel the cold weather. They are great if it’s not too cold out.

Keen boots - Not as comfortable as the Keen slides I have. Definitely not big enough to use my orthotic inserts as I hoped. I have a wide foot and the slides accommodated this.

No arch support, but insole is removable so you can substitute orthotics. I found the shoe to be very stiff which made it very uncomfortable around the ankle bones when walking. Otherwise comfortable and supportive.

Very comfortable, but not for hiking. I was hesitant at first to try Keen shoes because I've heard they can run a bit small. These fit perfectly, however. The rubber sole is very grippy and gives excellent traction. Nice for riding my scooter, but not as protective as I'd like. When climbing ladders at work, I feel the rungs through the sole. Very cute and comfortable - just be aware of its limitations.

I love all KEENS - Like the other Keen products I have purchased, the Keen Napa Boot has not disappointed me. I love the look of them and the comfort. The only thing that is a little bothersome is getting into them. Because they don't have the hooks at the top eyeholes, but just the holes, you must loosen at least the top three holes of the boot strings before getting into them each time.

Keen is the best. These boots are a mite hard to get on; another wearer suggested elastic laces. The first time I wore them they were perfectly comfortable and fit great. Keep feet dry and warm; dried muck brushed right off, leaving boots looking fine.

Good stylish hiking boot - I’m happy with these and would wear them more often if they were a little easier to get in & out of. In that regard, they're a perfectly ordinary hiking boot, but otherwise they look & feel pretty great.

Keen is comfortable! Keen shoes and boots are the most comfortable footwear I have found. I have plantar fasciitis and when I wear my Keens, my feet don't hurt! These boots are a great bargain. On the downside, they are difficult to get on and off; a pull tab at the back would be a great improvement.

Comfortable right away - Just got these today and while walking around inside confirming they fit well enough to keep, forgot I was wearing new shoes. I could do without the little flowers, but they're very subtle so no harm. I bought at my size (wear an 8.5 in Keens normally) and feel like there will be comfortable room inside for an insole to provide extra arch support & cushion for urban hiking.

Not quite a hiking boot - The Napa boot is a fine low boot, useful for walking in fields, across sand, and on a rainy-day road. It is unusually light in weight, and therefore easy to pack for travel, and easy on hips and knees, when hiking distances. The sole is cushy underfoot, but a little too thin to protect one's foot on rocky and other uneven terrain. They do not replace standard hiking boots, but and a fine addition to an active woman's wardrobe. Plus, they look pretty!

NOT WATERPROOF - This boot is not made for snowy winters. It is good looking and comfortable on the foot but digs at the the ankle. Not very warm either. Sorry I invested in this boot.

I would have really liked this shoe, except that (unlike any other Keen I have ever tried on) it had NO arch support! I have rather good arches, but this particular boot felt like it was rolling my foot inward. I will try again with a different Keen boot style.

Alaskan Woman - This boot is longer in size than my other 7.5 Keens. Long and narrow. Stiff needs breaking in.
