Wow! Great boot!!! This is my fourth pair of Keens and they are wonderful! Fit true to size and very comfy. I am on my feet 12 hours a day at work on concrete floors and these help a lot! (And they look great too!)

Great boot - Very comfortable boot. Works great for what I want it for - walking.

Sporty look - This shoe is very comfortable. I changed out the laces with elastic ones and now I just slip them on and off. The material(s) and construction quality of this shoe is evident. I was hesitant to spend nearly $100 for a "snow" boot so late in the season, but this is a good quality product. I will definitely consider another shoe by this manufacturer.

Very comfortable shoe - needed very little "break in" time. Had great grip on wet surfaces!

I may be buying only Keens from now on. I love this shoe...it's cute and rugged and very comfortable. I wanted a walking boot for the winter and this is wonderful tho not for icy streets. What others might want to know: I have a very high arch and I have to really undo the laces to get my foot into the shoe. I guess my instep is challenging to this particular Keen. There is a huge amount of toe room which I think is wonderful. I bought the Ventura’s (canvas) last summer in an 8 1/2 and they are perfect. When these arrived, the 8 1/2 had my toes right up against the front of the shoe, so I returned them for a 9. The 9 is okay but I still feel I am somewhere between an 8 1/2 and a 9. Even with thick socks. So, Keen has some sizing issues. I can live with that. I will be buying many more of this brand of shoe for the sheer comfort alone. Highly recommend.

Good Choice! I was leary; a first time to order. There were no problems; delivery fast, product as described. Especially liked the wide toe box. Not dressy- utilitarian.

Love these boots! Like other reviewers, I agree that these are little hard to get on. But once you do, WOW, these are comfortable. My ankles had scabs after the first few wears but now they are fine and broken in. I recommend ordering a half-size larger than you normally wear.

Keen Napa Boot - This is my third pair of Keens and as usual, they are wonderful. I order 1/2 size up as my toes need the room and I like to wear heavier socks in cold weather. Soft and comfortable right out of the box.

Thank you Keen! Great boot! I've got a slightly wide foot that needs a lot of wiggle room in the toe box. Finally I've found a brand that doesn't squish my toes. These actually fit my feet as measured: 9.5. I ordered a 10 also, because I usually have to go up a size to get the width I need in the toe box. I'll be keeping the 9.5. What a nice treat to have found a pair of stylish, functional and comfortable shoes for my hard-to-fit feet! I plan to wear these around town during the winter months on days that I don't need a real snow boot. They will be my main pair of shoes this winter. Now that I've discovered Keen I'm sure I'll be buying more. Thanks Keen for the great fit & quality and Zappos for the great service. Not sure I'll be visiting too many more "brick & mortar" shoe stores in the future!

Like Butter! I purchased these for my wife-actually along with a pair of Keen Chamonix slip-ons-she absolutely loves them both. Her third pair of Keens. I ordered these along with a pair of Newport Trail waterproof boots for myself (my fifth pair of Keens). As is my consistent experience with both the Keen product line as well as Zappos...excellence! I wear full-sole orthotics, and these boots have a removable insole to accommodate the orthotics. The boots are warm and comfortable and attractive. I don't mind the little; inconspicuous flowers at all, kind of like them, in fact.

Great Look with the Usual Keen Quality and Comfort - I purchased these boots (in beautiful brown) for my sister for Christmas and she ADORES them! Keen is really leading the way by making practical shoes totally adorable and affordable.

Love this little boot! I love the fit of this boot, however, I have a really hard time getting it on... the instep seems a little too tight… but once I get it on, it is a perfect fit. I normally fit an 8, but got an 8 1/2. It is a perfect fit. I use a shoe horn to get it on!

comfy, a bit tight around the ankles - Nice and roomy, with good traction. I found the ankles to be too stiff at first--actually hurt if I laced them too tight! But I think they're stretching. Lots of space for your toes, and pretty cute too. Maybe a bit boxy but I like them anyway.

Break Out the Plastic -- This is Your Boot! My husband and I are tramping the cobblestones of London and Paris this month. This boot is the PERFECT urban winter boot. I can walk miles all day over uneven terrain, even hauling luggage, and my ancient, fussy feet are still purring when the boots come off at night. I have odd feet: too big for 10.5 narrow, too small for 11 med. So these boots were big on me. I added my prescription orthodics underneath a Nike insert I pulled from my newest cross-trainers. I added Smartwool walking socks and waterproofed the boots. Now everything is completely PERFECT. I'm a happy girl. Can't imagine doing this trip in any other shoe or boot. The ankle support is wonderful, and these boots are nice and warm without being heavy and hot. Plus, they look tres chic with my black cords and hooded grey wool car coat.

Functional boot - Third pair of Keens. I was looking for a higher shoe to wear when the weather got colder. I did find the sides rubbed my ankles a bit at first, but it seems to be breaking in and I don't tie them as tight at the top. Love Keens & Zappos.

Good looking practical ankle boot - Well constructed ankle boot. Saw these on a friend, thought they were really nice looking. Need to wear boot sock, as they are designed practically for walking in the out-of-doors uneven surfaces, day climbing, etc. I wear them in the city on weekends and cold, wet winter days. Comfortable! Would like to know where I could buy a matching pair of laces for back up if needed. Enjoy!

Love this boot! I was pleasantly surprised by how lightweight this boot is. I've been using it mainly for trail hikes, but the stitching gives it a more feminine look for everyday wear. The little flowers are not cut-out, but merely stamped, so they have proved to be waterproof in wet grass and rain and should fare well in the winter. Warm, but not overly hot. The leather is soft & didn't feel stiff at all. Great Keen support and flexibility.

Great Little Boot - The boot only comes in a B width, but because it has soft leather it accommodates my wide foot. I replaced the insoles with good arch support insoles and they are now very comfortable. The boots are light weight. I would recommend them!

PELHAM NH - This boot is comfortable, this is my 3rd pair of keen shoes, the only difference in this boot is the insole, it's not like my other pairs, and the others have more cushioning in the toe area.

Love Them! This was my first pair of Keens. I have since bought another pair of Keens in a similar style. I was looking for something that would be rugged enough for winter yet not look too heavy. I also wear orthotics and needed a pair of boots that would accommodate them. Although the insole is removable, I was able to leave it in and just drop the orthotic on top. They fit perfectly. I also like the reinforced toe area. The tips of my shoes always seem to scuff and need to be kept polished. With these I do not have that problem. I like the stitching and the embossed flowers, gives the boots a feminine touch. They did take a couple of days to break-in especially around the ankle. Because they are not "water proof" I did apply a water proofing spray. So far so good. I will most likely buy another pair of Keens next Spring/Summer.

A good all-around shoe - This shoe is very comfortable. I have a pair of persnickety feet but they seem to like Keen footwear. So this is my fourth pair of Keens and I'm contemplating the fifth. And like other reviewers, I'd recommend ordering a half size larger than you normally wear. I wear a 9, (and I have narrow feet) but I ordered a 9.5 and they fit very nicely. Aesthetically, I like how they look in the casual, sporty sense, but I was hesitant that they had a flower pattern cut into them (though I understand that appeals to others)...however, the pattern is subtle enough for my taste, and yet evident enough for those who like that. I'd love to give a review of how it fares on a very cold, Chicago winter day, but we have a month or so to go before we get to that point! All in all, I like my Keens!

Workhorse meets Fashionplate - Finally, after ordering 6 pairs of boots, I found ones that actually fit! They are a bit roomier than other Keens but seem like they will accommodate hiking socks nicely. Like other reviewers said, I will wear these for light hiking, but they are so fashionable, I will definitely wear them around town. They don't look bulky like other hiking boots. I got them in raisin and absolutely love the color. They are even lined in leather

First time Zappos shopper - Excellent boots! Very light, cushy and cute. Exactly what I was looking for - something that can be used for light hikes in the woods but be pretty enough to wear with everyday casual clothes. Also, this is my first order with Zappos and I am IMPRESSED with their level of service. I guess from now on this is my closest shoe store.
