The review that talked about this shoe causing plantar fasciitis seems to be removed but this was my experience as well. However, I love this shoe - it is beautiful and the leather is soft and supple almost glove like. I have low arches and the arch support just hit in the wrong place causing a lot of pain. I put in foam inserts but the problem only went away when I cut some half moons of a Spenco insert and put it in a strategic place under the other inserts. Now the shoes are very comfortable and I love wearing them. My feet are narrow with long toes and the 7's were too short but the 7 1/2 was too big until I put the inserts in. However, I could have worn them with thick socks and they would have fit. I had to do a lot of adjusting to make this beautiful shoe work but it was worth it.

Very cute, comfortable shoe, but it was more delicate looking than I had thought. I was looking for a more rugged slip-on.

Having had hip surgery 3 years ago, I have to wear shoes that support me without any pain from being on my feet. These shoes do just that.These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. Loved them so much I got another pair in brown.

The ultimate in comfort! I received these shoes two days ago and they are so comfy that I'm even wearing them around the house. I have a closet full of shoes and know that these will remain my favorite for when I have to spend a lot of time on my feet. The footbed is so soft and supportive. My over-60 friends thought the shoes were really cute. My younger friends giggled a bit and thought they appeared a little frumpy. I don't care!! I don't want sore feet, so these are my winner for the winter! I ordered ten pairs of the highest rated comfort shoes here on Zappos and these are the only ones that I found to be perfect. If you have a big walking trip or just prefer comfort over all else, these are the ones to buy.

I have a pair of these in navy and they are the most comfortable and versatile walking shoes I have ever had. Great for travel because you can wear them in so many situations. I love them, BUT I cannot get another navy pair. Why is arcopedico making these ridiculous colors like purple and orange, but not navy which is classic and goes with everything? Dear Arcopedico, PLEASE PLEASE MAKE THE NAVY QUEEN II SHOES AGAIN.

I absolutely love these shoes. They don\'t weigh a ton, even in my 12 N size! Actually very light weight and I can move easily in them. Leather is soft and supple. I bought 2 pair and thinking of another! I think all the shoes are running smaller for some reason though.

For narrow feet, too - The description fails to mention the single feature for which I choose this shoe: the "toggle" decoration is actually an adjustable elastic around the top (that part that always gaps on those of us who can no longer find AA widths). The elastic also hugs the narrow heel preventing that movement that causes blisters (and often ruins the first day of my vacation). So I bought the camel-colored (size 9 shoes should try to blend in, only clowns buy "cute" shoes that size), wore them almost every day for 2 weeks in Europe and was happy with them every day, even when it rained and they got soaked. It removed a tiny spot I'd been afraid to clean. They are too wide but seem to be shaping themselves to fit my foot; the leather is glove-soft.

Really like this shoe. Have in as many colors as offered. Have bunion on right foot and these shoes are very comfortable and nice looking.

New find - I probably would never had heard of this brand were it not for Zappos (without doubt my favorite online store.) I normally wear a wide or extra wide shoe (and am cursed with bunions), so I was a little skeptical about ordering these, but, after reading reviews here, I decided to go ahead (since there's really nothing to lose with Zappos great return policy). I am glad I did, since this shoe is extremely comfortable; the glove soft leather sort of molds to your foot. I've worn these to work two days in a row now, and am not even tempted to kick them off immediately when I get home. Given the high quality construction and materials, I think these are actually very reasonably priced, and I will certainly look into buying other styles from this brand.

The "Queen" deserves a bow! These shoes are very comfortable, smart looking, lightweight, and perfect for travel. They can go with dress up or dress down.

My second toe is slightly raised because a bunion has forced it upwards, and it rubbed against the toe box. There isn't room to wear socks to soften the friction. Sadly I returned the shoes.

Frumpy black shoes, though if they fit I would have kept them because it's so hard for me to find shoes, but too short for the stated size, and with a slippery sole.

These are beautiful shoes and fit pretty well. They aren't padded and I have some foot issues so I would have to put a little something in to soften it, but no big deal. I returned them because they don't fit well enough and I didn't want to spend that much money.

These were way too small and had to be returned. Please bring back this shoe in the other colors - green, red, etc.

So, these aren't the most stylish shoes, but I like the simple design and the soft leather. For someone with wider than normal feet, I appreciate the roomy toe box. When I first put them on and tightened the elastic, the lace loop stuck up into the air, and I thought, "Oh, hell no." Then I figured out that I could wrap the excess lace loop around the toggle, and it was a game changer. The shoes are now a keeper.

These felt short to me. I wear an 11 1/2 but ordered a 12 since that’s how they come and it was short. They are normal width. I have a narrow foot and was hopping to get by but no way. Very cute.

Very comfortable right out of the box. Can dress ‘em up or dress ‘em down. Very pleased with this purchase.

These looked clunky and dowdy on my feet. Returned the shoes. There are better compromises out there between comfort and a fashion-forward look!

I wanted to love these shoes as I have 5 other pairs of this brand and like the them very much. Unfortunately, I had problems with the style. There seemed to be very little arch support and the leather piece with the adjustment nut on the front of the shoe was too tight for my arch.(The nut allows the wearer to pull the front tighter, yet it was already too tight for me to begin with and was pressing on the top arch of my foot.) Thank you, Zappos for letting me give them a try. I am sorry that they did not work for me.

This is my 2nd pair of Arcopedico New Queens. I have a pair in black, and realized I was consistently wearing them but needed to update a new color to go with non-black outfits. This silvery taupe is just right and the shoe matches the fit of my "old blacks" although they felt a little stiff at first. After a couple of days of wear they are fine. I have a very narrow foot, and need a shoe that fits well at the heel, and comes over the top of my foot so these fit the bill perfectly.

This shoe was not a good fit for my problem feet. My foot did not rest in the back heel area properly, and the front was too tight across my high instep. It is a nice looking shoe for the right feet!

Comfortable upper with a flat, rather hard sole. One can add support, but there's not enough height in the toe area.

Very comfy shoe. Starts out tight but after wearing around the house for a couple of hours they fit perfect. Very soft leather. Not the prettiest shoe though. Looks kinda like a grandma shoe.

Owned a red pair many years ago. Did not have the reinforcement layer toe area. Cannot wear these due to hammer toes and diabetes . Rubbing will create sores. Too bad. I was so looking forward to this pair.
