Cute Comfort - Very comfortable, and also cute. Great red color. I wore this shoe all day and did not experience any break in time. The elastic does not dig into the back of my ankle like some other shoppers experienced. Overall, extremely comfortable. I am a size 8 narrow-medium, and the size feels perfect. I am extremely happy with this shoe and would recommend it. If it doesn't work for you, Zappos is awesome with returns!

Good casual flat - These are comfortable flats. I needed something comfortable and casual, but dressy enough to wear to work. The only issue I'm having is that they don't breathe at all and leave my feet very sweaty. I know it's gross, but it's a significant enough issue that I'm bringing it up here.

Far better than I expected - Was looking for a pair of casual red flats, and these caught my eye. Naturalizer Creston has far exceeded my expectations. The red is a great color, and they are incredibly comfortable. While not exactly "fashion forward," I don't see these as "old lady shoes" either. I think these compare favorably to some of the Arche flats that I own, at @ one fourth the price. I ordered in my normal size, i.e. 7.5 W, and they fit perfectly.

Great and Comfortable Shoes! These ballet shoes are great! I finally found shoes that don't give me blisters after a day or two of wearing them. At first, they felt a little big at the heel as some other people have mentioned, but I have found them really comfortable the more I walk around with them. I would recommend them to anyone who gets blisters on their heels. I now have them in black and in the brown.

Fabulous! Love this shoe! I own 3 pair--black, red and gold. Super comfy right out of the box and can be dressed up or down. They do not look like "old lady shoes" at all!!

Naturalizer Creston - Extremely comfortable. After I read the reviews stating that shoes fit wider & bigger than marked, I ordered shoes in red - 7 1/2 AAAs, which fit great [normally, I wear 8AA].

Needs breaking in - I love this shoe and it really looks great. However the back rubs unless I put a band aid on my heel. The shoes are now starting to feel more comfortable. It is worth the breaking in period! I have a very narrow foot and need the elastic.

Great Shoes! I love these shoes. I wanted shoes that were comfortable that I could wear to work and wear after hours. I got these shoes in black. They are very comfortable except that they rub a little in the back and squeak a bit when walking. The padding and arch support is great. I have received tons of compliments. Well worth the price!

Love 'em - I already have a pair of these and I will buy them again when the first pair bites it. I walk about a mile a day in them for my trek to work and they feel like sneakers but are funky and cute. Dey ain't no granny shoes!

Don't give up on finding the right size! Like many women I have problem feet: they are short, with blunt toes but narrow heels, and 'leftie' is developing a bunion. Most shoes other than clogs/mules give me raw heels. The Naturalizer Creston is comfortable for me because my foot doesn't sink down into the heel and the elastic band keeps it on. (It's also cute.) The problem I've had with this shoe is that its sizing is not consistent. My first pair, in black, came from a local department store, and they fit me in size 6-1/2M (I usually take smaller). I ordered from Zappos the 6-1/2M in light beige (a.k.a. "Palomino") and had to return them because they were much too big. At the time Zappos was out of the 6 in beige, so I reordered the 6M in "Champagne" (which is a nice color but has a slightly silvery sheen I could live without). I will keep this pair. The fit is acceptable even though the left shoe is slightly bigger than the right. So if you like the Creston, don't be discouraged if the first pair you order doesn't fit--just keep trying. Zappos makes it easy: I ordered the first pair on a Monday night and received the package Tuesday, reordered Tuesday evening and got the shoes Wednesday!

Super comfy....you can walk for hours! I bought these during a work lunch break and immediately switched out my shoes because these were soo comfortable. I bought my regular US size but they slipped out just a little, so I asked the sales rep for a heel grip and those worked perfectly to keep my feet in and comfy. The padding is great and kept my feet supported. I can walk in these for miles! I, too, wished they were more stylish but for my sore feet days these will work just fine!

Like walking on air - Bought this simple ballet flat for a trip to France. Walked all over Paris on those unyielding museum floors, up and down in the metro, hours of walking every day, and the shoes were completely comfortable and supportive right out of the box. They are dressy enough to go with ‘business casual’ attire, and also look great with jeans. Loved them so much I bought a second pair.

Cute and comfortable! I bought this shoe for a month long trip I'm taking to Ukraine and Czech Republic. I needed a shoe that was both comfortable and could be dressed up a little. This shoe is great for that! I have wide feet, so I bought a 1/2 size up, but the leather stretches nicely, so my pinkie toe is very satisfied :) My only problem is that I can't find any socks that will fit under these, and will remain on my food. The slipper socks tend to show around the edges of these shoes, and they also tend to slip right off my foot... so that would be the only drawback.

Comfort vs looks - I got these and was overwhelmed at the comfort. They are great with slacks and I will wear them with skirts, too because I can't find a flat that looks dressy and is comfortable. I cannot wear heels anymore, I have a very bad back with nerve damage in both legs. In heels I fall a lot... not good. I just wish Naturalizer could make this shoe a little classier looking and keep the comfort.

Pregnant and I've finally found comfy shoes! I needed to get some new shoes (my feet grew a half size larger and I have wide feet). These are so comfortable and there's no break-in period. I'm on my feet all day since I'm a teacher and these feel wonderful. I got the dark brown and black colors. Thinking about getting the red ones since they look cute. I get compliments on them all the time.

For the narrow width shoe wearers - Ordered these before we went to Vegas as I knew there would be much walking. Worked great! I wear a 10AA shoe (how hard are they to find) and they fit well. Wore them without and "ped" and no blisters! Please, responders, let us now what size you normally wear so we can compare! Thanks.

Great walking shoe! Love the color, quality and look. This is a shoe I will wear to work for a casual -- but not too casual-- alternative to a sneaker. I want the black pair next...

Naturalizer Creston - Love the shoe but I wear 3AAA and this was way too wide so I had to send it back. Hope they get narrower and ones that fit.

What a great experience. Don't know which I like better, these comfortable shoes or having them within 12 hours of my order and I live in Florida!

I love these shoes! I love these shoes! I just bought my 3rd pair in a different color. Super-comfortable! I wear them almost every day either to work.

BEST FLATS EVER! I've been looking everywhere for comfy and stylish ballet flats have had no luck until I found these yesterday. Naturalizer has done it again! These are the most comfortable shoes ever. Even better than tennis shoes! I walked in them all day today to break them in and no blisters or rubbing against the heel. I have really narrow heels and so most closed toe shoes slide off of my feet. These are perfect. I recommend them to everyone!

Cute and Comfy! I am gonna have a baby in about 5 weeks, and I really needed another pair of comfy flats to wear for both work and the weekend. The other flats I own (Steve Madden) have no cushion or arch support. When I first took these out of the box I thought maybe they looked a little too frumpy and not stylish enough, but I tried them on and fell in love. Plus the red color makes them very cute and funky. I wore them to work today and have received tons of compliments on them! And my feet have never felt better. Great shoes and great service as always by Zappos.

Very Cute - Soft leather. Elastic back. Cushy foot pad. I plan to do a lot of walking in Europe in these shoes! I always buy a 9 in the Naturalizer brand and this shoe was no exception... I got a 9 and it fits fine.

Love these shoes! They are so comfortable right out of the box. They are cute and provide good arch support. I am on my feet all day and walk miles, I even walk to work and these shoes are my favorite and I am getting more colors. I did have to send them back for 1/2 size smaller than I normally wear, but Zappos, as usual, made that so easy!
