I have been amazed by your services to the customer. You do accomplish this very well and it keeps me coming back to Zappos. I had been eyeing this Ugg boot for awhile with comfort and style in mind. I placed my order for them and having read in a review of it that it runs large and to order it a half size smaller than normal size and they fit just great and they are so comfy. I find the printing of reviews helpful. Thank you.

I recently bought my first pair of Uggs and I can hardly bear to take them off. I usually wear size 7, but on the recommendations of others I bought size 6 and they're perfect. I love 'em.

Zappos makes shoe shopping so easy! These boots were just what my daughter wanted. She didn\'t have to settle for what the store had, we went right on Zappos and got her the perfect size and color.

This is my third pair of Ugg Classic Short boots, which are my favorites for all-around, everyday wear. This time, I tried the grey color, which is quite nice. Only problem is that I think Ugg has changed their sizing, at least in the Classic As usual, I ordered down a size (I'm an 8 in "normal" shoes and my other pairs of Classics are size 7's and fit perfectly), but this new pair seemed much shorter than usual; they feel more like a "normal" size 7.5 (which is why I say that it feels a half size larger than marked), even allowing for the fact that they will stretch a bit and the shearling will conform to the foot. I noticed that the sole is different on this pair, maybe that is the reason. It's the same sole that was on the Classic Cardy's that I tried and I needed those in an 8, too, as those 7s were also too short. Ugg's sizing is a kind of frustrating, but once you find a pair that fits, Uggs are the best! As always, Zappos is the greatest, especially for a picky customer like me! My husband wants to know if Zappos is sick of me returning stuff yet.

I bought the grey Uggs for my daughter\'s birthday and she loves them. She says they are comfortable and stylish. I had to return one size that didn\'t fit her and the return was so easy.

I have the classic short Ugg boots in chocolate and I love them! However, I wear a 6.5 or 7 and I originally ordered a 6; they were way too small. I had to return them for a 7. Hope this helps and they're definitely amazing boots!

Love them! Third pair of Uggs, I ordered the chocolate this time. Normally I wear a 6 1/2 to 7; ordered 6 and they fit perfect. Zappos is great, love the customer service, were delivered next day!

Love the classic Uggs. My daughter had the cheaper knock offs last year and this year got thre real thing. Ever so much better!

These boots are warm, comfortable, and well worth their price tag; they will literally last for years! My only problem was I didn't wear socks with them the first time I wore them, so I developed a bad blister on the back of my heel. Still the best boots though! The sole is sturdy, the lining is plush and the color (I purchased sand) is a perfect neutral for looking cute in year round cold temperatures. I normally wear an 8 or 8 1/2 and the 7s fit perfect! I received these less than 28 hours after ordering them! Thanks Zappos for the great shipping!

First I have to give kudos to Zappos for their unbelievably fast shipping. I ordered my Uggs around 10 pm Wednesday, and they arrived at my front door at 2 pm Thursday. Amazing! As for the Uggs, Wow! This is my first pair, but they won't be my last! Now I understand their popularity. These boots are the most comfortable thing I have ever put on my feet. I haven't taken them off since they arrived! They're a lot cuter than I expected them to be, too. I usually wear a 6.5 or 7, but bought these in a 6 and they fit perfectly! The Chestnut color is beautiful and the lining is heavenly soft. And to any "older" ladies reading this, buy them! So what if they are a fashion statement among the young crowd. I'm 55, but consider myself stylish and young at heart. Uggs look fantastic with my jeans!

I first tried the Ugg Classic Cardy boots and sent them back to try these instead. These are much warmer and fuzzier. I have yet to wear them in the snow but sprayed mine with waterproof spray so hopefully they will stand up. These boots are perfect to slip on when you\'re just running out of the house, and also for cold weather. I like the shorter cut as it doesn\'t look strange under jeans. You can also wear boot cut pants and tuck them into these boots and it looks good. Not a lot of arch support, but I wasn\'t expecting any. Definitely of much higher quality than the knock-off brands I have previously tried on and owned. You can feel the difference right away. Overall, comfy, fashionable, and warm.

These boots are so comfy and warm. I love them. I recommend buying the Ugg waterproofing spray as well, so you don't get stains on them. I would agree to order a size smaller than you usually wear.

I am in love with Ugg boots. I purchased a pair two years ago, and wear them all the time, and they still look new. Last year I bought myself another pair in a different color. The slippers are also wonderful. Warm, soft, and so comfortable. This year I got a pair for my daughter for Christmas. She is going to love them. Zappos is a great place to shop. My order came so fast, and they upgraded my shipping at no extra cost. Do yourself a favor, and try Uggs. You'll never want to wear anything else.

Wonderful, perfect! The M width is so comfortable and cozy! Love these. Ordered a pair once before from the Brand name store, it took a week to receive. Went with Zappos this time and had them the next day, and they were less money as there was not a shipping fee. Thanks Zappos. I then ordered them for my daughter.
