I love my new Uggs! They are so comfortable! I normally wear a size 8 and ordered a size 7 and they fit perfectly. I wore them for a weekend of outlet shopping after getting them and they met the challenge for comfortable footwear. I would recommend these boots to anyone!

First time chocolate user! Well, in the color of my boots, that is. Thought I would try a different color this time instead of the standard Uggs brand-color, and wow!. Do I ever love these! The boots of course are perfect in every way like they always are: great fit and feel, warm but not hot, good traction on all surfaces, and so easy to slip on and off! But I gotta tell you, the chocolate brown color is awesome! Rich, deep, shows little dirt, and comes off in a subtle yet classy way. Always buy Uggs boots and if you have not already, give chocolate a try!

Theses shoes are the most comfortable boots I\'ve ever had. Zappos was extremely helpful when I needed to exchange because of sizing issues. If you want really comfortable boots that you never want to take off, buy Uggs.

Just bought these for my 10 year old, she loves them, wears them all the time. Super warm and very comfortable. I own a pair myself and can\'t live without them.

I tried to get these Ugg boots in gray last year and they were sold out. This is my second pair of Uggs and I do love them. I read the reviews about sizing and decided to order my size and a size down. I tried on both and kept the size down. I also learned to wear without socks and they are so comfy and warm. They look great with jeans, too. I would highly recommend these over imitations (which I have tried). I also own Ugg slippers (love them too).

Love my Uggs! However, in the past i have always got a size 7 and this year they seem more snug than usual. They will loosen up with a little wear. Zappos is awesome, free overnight shipping. Couldn't ask for better!

I ordered the chocolate brown classic short Uggs for my daughter's 12th birthday. I took the advice of the other reviews and ordered a size down. She normally wears an 8 and I ordered a 7. She opened them up on her birthday, they fit perfectly and I don't think she has taken them off since. She absolutely loves them!

These run a little small. I usually wear size 8 to 8 1/2, but I ordered a size 7 (as recommended by a friend) which was perfect. I recommend you order one size below what you would usually wear. Excellent customer service. Would definitely order from Zappos again.

I love these boots. They are so comfortable and warm, great weekend wear. They were my introduction to Zappos which is a fantastic place. I have very small feet for an American woman (size 4.5 - 5) and Zappos is the only place I have found that carries normal shoes in my size. Coupled with the free shipping, I tell everyone about the site.

I purchased these boots for my daughter. She is a size 8 1/2. We ordered the size 8, but found them too small. I am sure they would not have lasted her till January. We then ordered the size 9 and they were perfect. We found that we had to order up instead of down as many of the reviews stated. Zappos is just unbelievable. They shipped both boots within 24 hours which made my daughter extremely happy. It is a delight dealing with such a great online shoe company. I recommend them to everyone!

I love these boots, but the thing I love most about these Ugg boots that I never take off, is the customer service I received from Zappos. Every business should take a clue from Zappos. Kindness + good policies = me and my big mouth telling everyone I know how awesome Zappos is. The boots make me feel like a "young-un."

These Uggs were just what I expected. The color was as it was represented. Since these boots do not come in half sizes make sure you go down in size not up. They run large. The biggest surprise was that I ordered them around 10:00 am and had them on the doorstep the next day by 4:00 pm. It was great! I would order them again.

Perfecto! I love classic short Uggs! They are very comfortable and extremely warm. My feet are always cold, but never when wearing Uggs. The short style is very flattering and sexy. Order a size down as recommended. If they ever go on sale, I'm definitely getting another pair in a different color. Worth all the money.

I love my Uggs! I live in these every day once the weather gets below 50. \r\nMy only complaint is I think they changed the sizing... I wear an 8 1/2, and had ordered an 8 before and they fit perfectly. When I ordered an 8 again this year, I couldn\'t even get my foot in. I guess they decided to make them more true to size? We will see how the 9 works!

I ordered the Ugg boots for my granddaughter\'s birthday gift. I wasn\'t sure they would arrive in time and I was prepared to wrap a picture of them and tell her they were coming but they arrived in perfect condition 2 days before her birthday! I originally bought these boots 1 size smaller as per the previous reviews. I found them to run true to size and needed to exchange for my actual size. Love the boots. Must comment on the customer service from Zappos. There is no better customer service department than the one at Zappos. I have bought several pairs of shoes and boots from them and have had only this problem with the size. Exchanged in less than 5 days with no hassle. Keep up the great work.

These shoes rock. After 3 northern winters, I reluctantly jumped on the Uggs bandwagon, and no regrets! These shoes are like warm fluffy pillows on my feet. A silver lining on a gross cold day. I still don't understand their appeal to people in warmer climates (or paired with cold little skirts), but up here in the freezing weather, I'm in love.
