They were punctual (despite the fact that UPS delayed the package for a day) and the boots were perfect. My wife liked them a lot.

Love this shoe. In my experience, Ugg boots fit true to size. It's incredibly warm and comfortable. My feet never get hot in these either, just pleasantly toasty! I live in Boston and Milwaukee so I need a shoe that'll keep me warm all winter. Buy these shoes!

I love these boots! They are great worn bear foot. This was my first time wearing Uggs, and they do not compare to any fake brand out there! I love my Uggs; I ordered chestnut, and the size felt great. As for Zappos, shipping came even before expected. Thanks so much for great customer service and an amazing product!

My feet have died and gone to heaven! They may not be the prettiest boots you ever wear but they sure will be the warmest and most comfortable! I usually wear and 7 but followed the advice to order 1\/2 size down. They are a little snug but have stretched a little over time. I will most likely buy another pair in another color!

They're Uggs. Enough said. The product delivers. They're true to size, comfortable, well-made. It's Zappos. Enough said. Excellent customer service, delivers a well packaged product on time. Free shipping both ways. Zappos raises the bar for the others to try and emulate.

I purchased these boots last winter and although they claim they are not to be worn in snow, on ice or for heavy walking. I live in Rochester, NY and our winters are frigid, wet, and snowy. However, I wore these boots last winter and I spent a lot of time each day in the cold weather and these boots not only kept my feet warm, but they were extremely comfortable as well. Before you order them, definitely remember to order a size smaller; they do run big. I love them. I bought two pair and can't wait to buy two more pair this year.

These are very cozy. I like the fact that you can order new insoles when they wear out; this extends its life.

These are my basic winter wear. I have worn them now for three years and just purchased my second pair. If you want warmth and comfort, nothing compares to a toasty pair of Uggs! The best part for me was ordering them through Zappos - they were here in two days and the service was as always great!

Just like everyone says, these boots are perfect and they are a staple to any woman's wardrobe. I cannot wait until southern CA starts to feel like fall/winter so I can wear these. The only complaint I have is that when I tried them on without socks I found that they were a little itchy. My skin isn't too sensitive, but it is when it comes to wool. So I'll have to wear socks with these. I'm a 7.5 and I ordered these in a 7 and they fit perfect...even with socks! I got them in black and now I'm going to order them in either the beige or brown color.

My granddaughter hasn't taken them off since her birthday! And we live in Texas where it's not cool here yet.

I bought these for my daughter. She loves them! This is her second pair and she says nothing keeps her feet as warm. Make sure you waterproof them, though. Buy them snug because they stretch with wearing.

Third pair of Uggs! Love them! I am a home health nurse, and in wearing Uggs, my feet are toasty warm during bone-chilling winters! I ordered full size smaller than my shoe size. Fit great! Zappos an excellent resource!

The day before my granddaughter left for college, she realized she needed Ugg boots for the cold winters she would face in Northern New York. So, Zappos to the rescue! I ordered the boots online from Zappos and the next day they arrived (no shipping charge) in her hard-to-find size 5. How's that for customer service!

Bought these for my wife and she loves them. I bought her the first pair about a year before were married and that has been about 6 years now and they still look pretty good, so durability is great and comfort is awesome from what she tells me. I just bought a pair for myself this year as well and I look forward to the weather cooling off before I wear them, but from just cruising around the house with them on man they're the sh**.

I bought the Uggs Classic Short Boots for my niece when I was visiting her this summer. She was happy to get them in the color that she wanted because she had previously had to settle for a second choice when purchased from another store a few years ago. Thank you Zappos for great service!

These classic Uggs are for my 17-year-old. We always buy "ONE" size smaller. That is how they fit. She buys 2 each year!! Love Zappos...GREAT Variety!! GREAT customer service, and shipping!!! & Awesome Return policy!!!!

I love these boots! You should get a full size smaller than your regular size so you can wear them with thin or no socks.The comfort is so nice I can't wait for the colder weather. It's a good idea to seal the suede with a spray made for UGS. Keeps them sealed from water.

I bought these for my daughter who lives in SF. They're her first pair of Ugg & she loves them. Her regular shoe size is 7; bought the boots in size 6 and they are a perfect fit.

I am very particular about my shoes and I only wear higher end shoes (Prada, Manolo etc.) The chestnut short are my first Ugg experience and they are wonderful. I wear a size 8 - 8.5 and ordered an 8 and they fit perfectly length wise with room for socks. They are very cozy. I can see why they gained popularity so quickly.

Bought these as was exchanging another item & had been wanting Ugg boots. Very pleased with the product which arrived promptly & looked just as expected/I hoped. I have only worn them around the house as it's too warm at the moment. However, they seem to fit perfectly as I followed suggestion to buy 7 as I generally wear 6.5.

I ordered the Chocolate classic short boot. I love the color. If you haven't seen these in person yet, they are darker than in the picture, which I actually like more because they don't get messy easily and the color is rich and more mature looking than the sand or chestnut. I am a true size 9, and ordered an 8 which was perfect. They are comfortable and warm. Don't recommend wearing them in the rain though (I am in college and a lot of girls tend to do that but it looks awful and ages the shoe faster). Very happy with my upgrade to next day shipping as well!
