Uggs are the best..and Zappos makes them better. Same price as the Ugg website, but without shipping charges - and super fast delivery. Wow, Zappos!

Very comfortable and warm. Worth the money.

I have passed on buying Uggs for several years, because of their "lack of style." I bought a pair for my 8 year old son, all he did was tell me how cozy and warm they were. So I decided to put aside my issues with Uggs and give them a try. They are very and cozy but need to be worn with and to the right places. Definitely treat them with the repellent.

Uggs...the winter equivalent of the summer flip flop - they are so easy to just throw on. I usually wear a size 9 but I wear an 8 in this style of Uggs.

Though Zappos was slight more expensive, I am glad we made this choice due to the excellent and expedient service and website.

Finally, Ugg boots for me. Thank you Zappos for fast shipping. I wear an 8 and did not size down. They feel good. I didn't want them too tight. Love them.

Love these boots. I own 2 other pair of Uggs and these seem to run a little larger than my other boots.

My teenage daughter wanted these boots with a passion, but we were having difficulty finding this exact style, color and size in our stores. She had tried them on in a different color at the mall, so she knew what size she needed. I had read about Zappos somewhere recently and decided to check them their site out to see if they might sell this ever-popular Ugg brand boot my daughter would not stop talking about. Sure enough, I found them immediately after a quick search. I decided to order them so I did not have to go looking for them at another store again. Of course I did it by phone since I am just more comfortable with that method. It was simple and painless and shipping was free! Amazingly, they were at my doorstep the very next day! The next time I am looking for shoes or boots, I will definitely check out Zappos first.

Great boot, warm and comfy. Needed a half size so had to go up and worked out great.

My daughter absolutely loves these. I think the instructions stated to order one size up, and I did, and she says they're perfect.

My daughter's second pair. She, as does every Ugg owner, loves her new Uggs. Zappos return policy is amazingly fantastic. I returned, reordered on a Sunday and the new Uggs were at my house on Monday.

First of all thank you Zappos for fantastic customer service and fast shipping. I love these boots super comfortable and I am extremely picky and have particular feet.Be sure to order a size down I wear an 8 normally and a 7 fits perfectly. I really think these are a splurge but oh so worth it the cheaper imitations do not compare!

I absolutely love these! Super-comfortable and warm. I always have to go down a size in UGG shoes instead of an 8, I ordered a 7, and they fit perfectly. I got them in gray, which goes with basically everything. Love, love, love! And of course, like everything from Zappos, they arrived sooner than expected.

I bought the boots as a gift to my mom. And she loves the boots very much because they're so warm and soft. And the most important, these really good boots make her a real cool mom!

I have three pairs of the classics (black, brown and chestnut) and I love all of them! There was some dye transfer after I wore the black ones for the first few times (none with the brown ones) but it eventually stopped doing that. These are awesome paired with the Ugg stain and water treatment spray. I am now buying a black pair for my Mom! You can't go wrong getting these Uggs! Just FYI-I usually wear a 6½ and the size 6 Ugg fits great!

Bought them for my mom who lives in eastern Europe. Winters are very cold over there. She absolutely loves her Uggs. Very comfortable, warm, soft, the best winter boots she ever had! I own myself two pair of Uggs.

I just received my Uggs. Shipping was super fast. I ordered them on a Monday night at 10:00 pm and received them Thursday evening. I normally take a size 7 1/2 to 8 (mostly 8) so I followed most reviews and ordered the size 7 but they feel a bit snug. I am not sure if I should exchange them for the 8 or if these ones will stretch like some reviews say. I guess I will wear them around the house for a little while to see if they stretch. Hopefully they do.

These boots are the best, most comfortable shoes ever. I have had them for three plus years and they still look and fit great. After the sheepskin wears off a little, you can wear socks with them and they're still totally comfortable. I practically live in these boots every winter. They do run a little bigger, so I would recommend sizing down. Love them!

Great purchase. Definitely order a size down. I have a high instep and have put off ordering for years since I did not think I would be able to get my foot in without a zipper. I was in desperate need for super comfortable shoes for a trip I was taking that had a lot of walking involved, so I ordered just for fun. I listened to the other reviews and ordered a size down against my better judgment. When I tried them on I could not believe how easily my foot slid in. The smaller size was a perfect fit. The boots were so comfortable I knew I would feel like I was wearing my favorite slippers. I am so glad I bought these boots. They are my favorite go to-s now!
