Love these boots, they are so warm and so comfortable. Fit perfect (I wear 7 1/2 or 8 and I ordered size 7 as they suggested).

Great boot! Super warm and cozy, This is the staple to my winter wardrobe. Invest in the "Ugg" shoe care kit. Has waterproof, a brush, suede and leather conditioner and sheepskin refresher. Makes the difference when you want the boot to look nice and smell fresh.

This product was delivered very quickly and, of course, is exactly what I wanted. Zappos always has something for everyone.

These are great especially since I have shorter legs being 5'3. I typically wear a size 6.5 - 7 and I ordered size 6 this time. I ordered a 7 in my tall Uggs and they aren't as snug as I'd prefer. So ordering a size 6 has been a good choice so far. They fit just right! Oh and I have high arches and really don't think there is arch support in these boots but the lining helps with that. I've not had a problem with it yet.

Incredibly comfortable, as you would expect from Ugg. Definitely worth the money and the gray is beautiful. Zappos shipping was fast too.

True to size, does not run large like it states. Order your regular size. Great boot otherwise.

I think these boots are so ugly! Although, my 14 year old daughter is dying for them. Personally, I wouldn't wear them if you paid me! The ratings are from her.

These are the most comfortable boots I have ever owned. I sized down one whole size and they fit perfectly. I liked so well that this Christmas my three teenage gran children are each getting Uggs from Zappos, who delivered them within 3 days!

Longest lasting boots I've ever owned. I buy a pair every year, but could still wear the ones from 3 years ago if I wanted.

I normally wear a 6.5 and fit perfectly into the 6. These are the most comfortable shoes/booties/slippers ever! Warm and cozy and soft!

What can I say, these are so awesome and comfortable. Don't even need to wear socks in the winter they are so warm. Anything by UGG shoes is a great buy!

This is my second pair of Ugg Classic shorts. I loved my first pair so much, I knew I needed another pair to get me through the cold PA winter. These are warm and cozy! I usually wear a size 8 shoe, a 7 in Uggs fits perfect. Worth every penny!

Not only is this the second pair of Ugg boots that I purchased but this is the second time that Zappos delivered in every sense of that word!

I have always thought of Uggs as being hideous. That is until I had 2 ankle reconstruction surgeries and I knew I needed to think comfort first. I read the reviews, but decided to go with my true size and these are perfect. I absolutely love them, and I now think they are cute (with PJs or Jeans!). Easy website, excellent delivery - and I love the boots. We were camping in Baja, where the night time temps were about 45, and they kept my feet very warm.

First, I appreciated the nice service I got and I love my Ugg boots. I have metal and screws in my left ankle and leg; the boot keeps it so warm, no pain from the cold. Wish I could afford several pair. Zappos has the best customer service ever.

UGG is one of my favorite brands for comfort and style. The classic short is comfortable and warm and provide just the right amount of support. I have been and always will be a fan of UGG boots and shoes, and have four pair of the boots! Outstanding!

Own 3 pair of Ugg boots. Love them all, but these are the most versatile and comfortable. On/off so quick and easy. The grey is a great neutral. Ugg sizing varies a lot from style to style, so read the Ugg sizing tips and available customer reviews before ordering (but don't sweat the sizing: Zappos "zaps" all worries with fast free shipping and return shipping). My Classic Short are several years old, so sizing may be different in 2010. I normally wear a half size in street shoes in most brands; per Ugg tips, I ordered 1.5 sizes down(!) and it was the correct fit. Do buy and use the kit for cleaning and protecting.

These boots are amazingly warm and resilient.This is the 2nd pair I've gotten for my granddaughter! She outgrew the 1st pair before they even came close to wearing out, so now those are mine! I plan on buying another pair very soon. And from Zappos of course!

I love this store. All my children and granddaughters have these boots and other boots from Zappos. The short ones do seem to run a 1/2 size smaller than the tall ones.
