Arrived so quick and they look great on my daughter. Be careful when you buy UGG shoes from china because after less then a year they are already falling apart on my daughter. These seem like the true UGG shoes. I'll let you know in a year!

These are a standard in our house with 3 girls. Several colors. Incomparable warmth and comfort. Only ever get from Zappos, too. Very quick shipping (2 days?) and free!

The boot feels very snug when you wear them for the first time, but after one wear they feel perfect. I wear a size 10 but ordered a 9. I absolutely love them.

My daughters (one in HS, one in college) and I have all been Ugg fans for several years. We own 6 pairs between us. You will not find a more comfortable boot for casual wear. We mostly wear ours with jeans, tucked in or out. They run a bit big. We all normally wear a 6 1/2 shoe, but a size 6 UGG Classic Short fits perfectly. Recommend that you invest in the waterproof spray, and apply it before you wear the boots. If you do that, try and keep them out of the rain, and replace the insoles when they start to wear out, your boots should last you for many years. And while there are many places to purchase UGGs, you can't beat Zappos for the value and the fabulous customer service!

The boots are wonderful. Ugg boots do run big so order a size smaller than normal shoe size. Zappos.com is quick with shipping and I've ordered several times and have always been happy with my purchases.

These are the perfect classic Uggs. I gave them to my daughter for Christmas -- she had bought several pairs of knock-offs over the years, not wanted to pay for real Uggs. She absolutely loves them and I know they'll last for years. BTW, buy them at least a half size larger than your normal shoe size.

We love these boots, and love Zappos customer service! We did order the boots one size smaller as recommended, and they are too small. We are returning them to Zappos to exchange them for a bigger size.

I couldn't love them more. I have only used them for warmth while in really cold weather while doing a lot of walking. They were comfortable and kept me really warm.

This is our third pair of Uggs in four years. My daughter and I share them. Once you start wearing them in the winter, you never want to wear another pair of shoes and they are so warm and comfy.

Uggs of course are great. The service I get with Zappos is also great. I would recommend this product to everyone and to use Zappos when doing so.
