Love this boot! This is my 2nd pair of Uggs and I love them! I wear them all the time and find them very comfortable! I tried their Carly version and definitely didn't like it as much I love their original! Plus Zappos rocks! Got my Uggs in 1 business day! Gotta love Zappos! Super customer service!

Love these boots and love Zappos. Even the customer service on the phone was so friendly and helpful which is refreshing. I got these in like a day or two even though it said it would take several days. Worth the money and can't find them cheaper! And shipping is free.

I absolutely LOVE these boots. I am a size 7½ and took the advice offered on the Zappos.com website and ordered a half size down and was completely satisfied. After receiving my pair, I loved them so much that I ordered my best friend the same exact boots!

Great Customer Service! My daughter loves the boot. It is just as described. We always try shoes on in the store before ordering on line so no problems with the size at all.

Cheaper Ugg 'wanna-be' boots simply cannot compare to the real thing. I got my first pair of tall classic Uggs over a year ago and they made it through a super rough NE winter and still look great. Then I got some Ugg shoes, and now I'm on the Ugg short. Went out earlier today and tried on some imitations and when my feet slipped into the Uggs I wondered why I ever doubted buying them! They are beyond amazing at keeping your piggies warm, they're super cozy, and comfy and they're Uggs! Well worth the money. I wear all my Ugg boots with regular jeans, skinny jeans/leggings, sweat pants, etc. My staple winter boots are Uggs. I find the "classic" styles are true to size. I'm a 7 and ordered a 7 and they fit perfectly. All other Ugg styles seem to run small. But who cares?! With Zappos, you just return (for free) and they send you a new size! 'Cause they're awesome like that. You cannot go wrong with these boots. Unless you live in FL (which I used to) and then they are actually a total waste of money.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful, these boots are always my favorite. Easy to put on, super comfy and warm and they look great. I have worn these for years and hope UGG never stops making them!

I own five pairs of these boots, in five different colors. As soon as the weather cools down, I absolutely live in these things. Comfortable, cozy, and cute. The Ugg Classic is definitely geared toward fashion more than function, and not designed to be worn in heavy rain or snow, but if you're looking for a great casual boot that goes well with almost anything, you can't go wrong here. They do run large, and will stretch with wear, so buy a size smaller than your normal shoe size. Also worth noting: the grey is quite a bit darker than pictured, which I actually liked, as it won't show stains as much. Great shoe. Five stars from me!

I ordered the UGG classic short in grey for my mom and she absolutely loves and adores it to pieces! Size fits just right; she normally wears a size 6 and I ordered 1 size down, which was perfect fit for her.

I ordered these a little over a year ago; they have been worn gently and I always use the care-kit on them. Today they somehow got a small hole in the toe of the boot through the lining and the outer. I emailed Zappos, but figured since it was past a year I would be out of luck, however, they are sending me an exchange, send overnight free of charge (I'm actually getting a refund, because I paid a lot last year). There are plenty of reviews on the boot. But I wanted to give a review of the awesome customer service from Zappos. It is definitely worth the occasional higher price to receive this kind of service!

What's not to like? Uggs have become a staple shoe for the fall and winter. The Classic doesn't disappoint. Wonderful service with Zappos; I'll be back for more!

Warm, comfortable and super cute! What more can you ask for! Does run big, I ordered a size smaller than I usually wear. Be sure to get a water protectant spray!

First of all - these came "freaky fast." They are so comfy and fuzzy. I looked at other reviews and saw that these ran a bit large so I got a half size smaller than I normally would. Perfect!

I didn't think I would ever own Uggs - it just seemed like an expensive fad. However, on a chilly morning I ordered these and love them! It feels like you're wearing bedroom slippers and they are great to wear to and from work! I got the classic short in black since I mostly wear black to work, but I will probably get the dark brown too. Well worth the price. And of course Zappos always delivers excellent service.

I bought these for my granddaughter, whose mother and I each have several pairs, always through Zappos. Fantastic boots, sheer luxurious comfort, never too warm or not warm enough; possibly size down. Zappos is clearly the most enjoyable online shopping experience I've had. My purchases arrive within 48 hours; no tax, free shipping (both ways, in case of return). Last pair had to be returned as granddaughter changed her mind about the color. I simply printed out return label, dropped at my nearby UPS store on Monday, received back at Zappos today (Wednesday) and my account's been credited; all within 3 days.

Love these boots! I want them in every color. I wear a size 11 but I ordered a size 10. Zappos is the best and has the best customer service ever.

These are my first pair of UGGs and I LOVE them. I don't want to take them off. I did order a size down as the reviews suggested but they ended up being too small. The size 8 was perfect for me and I usually wear a 7.5 to an 8.

Having ordered merchandise online for many years, I can say, without hesitation, that Zappos beats out all other competitors in and out o the field as to courtesy, superior quality of items, speed of delivery, and just plain old helpfulness in all aspects. I ordered shoes and got them the next day. The service representative who handled the sale was super courteous and helpful. From now on, it will be Zappos for me.

Can't say enough about Zappos! Ordered the Uggs in size 9 (her normal shoe size), and they arrived the next day. When they were given to her on her birthday she let me know that her Uggs size was 8. I called and talked to the most wonderful woman, who not only did the exchange for me but stated, "instead of charging your card again and then refunding when we get the 9s back, we'll just send the 8s and slide the payment over." She then emailed me the return free shipping label, and the 8s arrived before I could even get to the UPS to send the 9s. Wonderful company, will always shop Zappos. Thanks so much!

Very comfortable boot. I am a true size 9 but it was recommended to order a size down. I found the size 8 to be too small. I re-ordered the size 9 and they fit perfectly. The boot is very warm and very comfortable and I would buy UGGs again in the future.

UGG Classic Short bought these for my daughter and she loves them. She takes a size 8 and I bought a size 7 and it was perfect.
