Love my Uggs and Zappos. Sizing was just right and they are so comfy.

I had gotten the black and the chocolate Uggs for my sisters and they love them. I also own a pair (Sand) and love them. I plan on getting more. They run true to size and are very comfortable.

This was my first time using Zappos, and I am now a full-fledged fan! The customer service is better than Nordstrom. We bought a pair of Uggs for our granddaughter that had a slight defect. They immediately sent out a new pair directly to her, even before we sent back the original, so that we would have the box to ship it back in. In today's world, customer service is hard to find, and customer service of this caliber -- impossible. Thank you Zappos for doing the impossible.

I ordered these Uggs for a grand-daughter and she loves them! The 6 was too small so I exchanged them for a 7, and she says they are perfect.

I love these boots! They are a great color to wear with jeans and are warm and super comfortable! This is is second pair of Uggs I have purchased, I love my chocolate brown pair also! I wish Ugg made jackets!

Order a size larger than normal. Boots are flat and take some getting used to but are very cozy and great for this cold weather.

I had originally received a size 8 as a gift, and tho they were what was called for for my US size, they were too small. If a 8 1/2 had been available that is what I would have ordered. Since it was not I ordered a size 9. They are a bit big but not unconfortably so.

Great, warm, snuggly boot. I have wide feet, so it may be too wide for others, but for me it was just right.

Bought these in black and grey. I love them, especially now with all the snow in NY. The shipping was lightning fast. I ordered Thursday evening and got them the next day. I love Zappos and will always order my footwear from here.

I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I think I got a great price and they fit perfectly. I know other reviewers felt the boots were a size too big, but these fit my feet perfectly! The only thing that could make these boots better is if a care kit came with it for waterproofing, etc.

Warm, comfy boot. Comes about 1/3 way up calf. Does stain from snow with a wet mark, this takes a few hours to dry.

I received these on Friday and pretty much wore these all weekend to sooth my aching feet! I never thought I would own a pair of UGGs but I can see why they are so popular!

Love these boots! The color is fantastic, perfect with jeans! I have five pairs of Ugg boots they are the best. Order one size down because they stretch. Do not wear in slushy weather. Must water proof if you live in the snow country.

Although Ugg boots aren't the most attractive, you can't beat the comfort and convenience of these boots! They keep my feet so warm in the cold Chicago winters.

Love my first pair of Uggs. I don't want to take them off! I usually wear a 6 1/2 but a size 6 was too small (my toes were hitting the front of the boots and it hurt).

I love them!!! They are so warm and adorable. They go with everything and are pretty durable. I have a couple other pairs and they are all amazing - out of 5 stars I give it 10<33!

I have pink and brown UGG shoes however the black UGG shoes are absolutely the best. I can wear the black UGG shoes in snow and rain and no stains or spots on the boot and the color matches with a lot of items in my closet.
