I'm addicted to Uggs! I love them and need every color if I can get them. I love ordering from Zappos! There reliable and always give you what you bought and I never have to worry about being unhappy with my purchase! Plus they expressed delivered it without even charging just because! Zappos is addicting & the best!

I bought these for my daughter for her birthday and she just loves them. I have a pair of UGGs myself and know they are of the highest quality. I just love Zappos. There customer service is outstanding, they stand behind their products and you can't beat their shipping.

I have worn UGGS for years and needed a pair of short black boots for the winter. As always, they are wonderful. Very comfortable and warm. I wear an 8 1/2 narrow shoe, but I always need a 9 in an UGG. The size 8 is just too short for me. The size 9 allows me to wear winter socks with the boot. UGGS are great as around the house shoes or as a comfortable way to keep warm in the winter while outdoors.

Perfect boots to wear indoors if you suffer from cold floors and outdoors if you want to look cool. Zappos' service is impeccable!

I love my Uggs! shoe runs big and wide. I usually wear a 7 1/2 wide, but these size 7 boots left me with room to spare. Warning: wear dark colored socks with the black Uggs - your feet will be stained black without them.

I love UGG boots. I really don't want to wear anything else. These are lightweight and they aren't hot even though they are fully lined with yummy fluffy lining. I don't wear socks with mine and I feel like I am walking on two little clouds. The only thing is that I wish I would have bought a size smaller, but after I received them I couldn't bear to send them back so kept them. It's okay, I will shlump around in them. Go Zappos!

I can only confirm what everyone else says; Zappos is the best for service. I normally wear a 6 1/2 and I needed a 7 in these. The heels are a little wide for me, but I needed the 7 for length and arch width. Someone told me that they should be worn without socks. Really? Can anyone tell me if these boots can be waterproofed?

Absolutely in love with these boots. Plan to buy another pair in another color next year. Best money I ever spent!

Perfect for cold weather. They are soft and fuzzy on the inside - I feel like I'm walking on a cloud! I am definitely satisfied with my purchase.

Great boots as always. These classic boots tend to be a size bigger. I'm normally a 6 - 6 1/2, but for the classic I need size 5, whereas for the Sundance ones that have replaceable insoles I needed size 6. So be careful. Again thanks for Zappos - great service!

The boots I ordered were in stock, and I had them without charge in days. I then ordered the water and stain repellent at 7:00PM one evening, and it was delivered the next day to my home in Michigan at 1:00PM again without charge. What service!

They're great, I love them. Many people told me that Uggs run big and to order 1 size down, but these are true to size for me.

Love your site as well as Customer Service. My husband ordered me Uggs for Christmas not knowing the history of the Uggs. I ended up ordering 2 other pairs to make sure I had the right size. Needless to say I had the boots within 1 day of ordering and have not had any issues with returning the incorrect size. I will continue to shop with Zappos. You just cannot beat Uggs for comfort and this color is a little different than the norm but perfect for a lot of my casual tops. Of course you absolutely cannot beat Zappos for choice or service.

I'm a big fan of Uggs and was so excited the classic shorts came back in stock in black! I wear these with tights and jeans, around the house and under my suit pants in the winter. They have been a very useful addition to my wardrobe!
