A fantastic boot. Never had anything so warm and comfy. I normally wear a 7 1/2 but ordered the 7 and it fit perfectly. With no arch support I would not recommend wearing all day.

Having had major surgery and on crutches for months, this boot was the cure! Lightweight, super warm, and even got the kids' okay! My daughter has worn out every pair she's ever had so they are worth the price! Recommend spraying with rain repellent first; that way dirt brushes off.

Love these! I put them on and wear them all day - they're like slippers, and cute with skinny jeans. If you are a half size shoe, then go down in size. They are wide boots.

I don't know why people are bad mouthing these Uggs. They are the best pair I have. I have 7 pairs. True to size, comfortable.

Bought these as a gift for my girlfriend. She absolutely adores these boots. I think they are ugly, but to each their own.

I purchased a pair of Ugg boots from Zappos this year and was very much impressed by 1) that the price you see is the exact price you pay and 2) how fast that get your merchandise packaged and shipped out to you. I had them in no time. I must say that Zappos is one of my top 3 places to shop. I love the handwritten thank you cards that are sent out to their customers sometimes (real nice touch). The customer service is awesome and better than I've ever got at any department store. It shows that they really appreciate their customers. Thanks Zappos!

Cozy and warm. Light and easy. This is the boot to wear to stay warm all day. Careful, do not wear in rainy weather - won't stay nice.

Love these boots. Debated purchasing them for a couple of years, because I live in AZ where I don't get too much cold weather. I am so glad I did. They are very comfortable, and I feel like I am wearing my bedroom slippers outside. I also thought at age 62, I was too old for these boots. But then I figured, who cares!

I actually use these as slippers during the winter months. In my bare feet these are heavenly for keeping my feet warm, yet soles are firm enough to get around well. No sweating, just warmth. I bought one size bigger and they fit perfectly.

I love these boots so comfy but are a little bigger as I normally wear an 11 but got a 10 and they were perfect.

Love my Uggs. They're super comfortable - no need to wear socks, and they do not turn your feet black.

Love these boots. I'm hard to fit and when i first got these, I thought they were going to have to be sent back but they do stretch and are the most comfortable boots I have ever worn. I have bad circulation and these keep my feet warm like nothing else.

Zappos is simply the best shoe store on the planet! My daughter desperately wanted a pair of Ugg boots, but all of the local stores had long since sold out. A department store found a pair in another part of the country and offered to ship it to the store -- in 10-12 business days. Nice, I guess, but, my daughter wanted to wear them for a special occasion that was coming up, so waiting that long not an option. That's when I remembered about Zappos. We came home defeated and exhausted after a long day of searching store after store, but I got online and went straight to Zappos.com. I was blown away when I saw that the website showed them to be in stock, but I was hesitant to believe it after our disappointing day. So, I called Zappos and found out that, not only were the boots indeed in stock, but there were 120 pairs of Uggs in my daughter's size alone! Amazing! Plus, they offered to ship them next-day for free! It was nearly too good to be true, but it wasn't. That's just the Zappos way. The boots arrived as promised, and my daughter was thrilled, as was I. Zappos has the best customer service I have ever experienced from any company ever, plus a lower price than department stores and free shipping. From now on, Zappos is my first-stop store when shopping for shoes. (The Uggs were great, too!)

Usually European size 36 fits me perfectly. But with Ugg, I wish they produce 36.5. Have two pairs of Uggs, one with 36, the other is 37. But, still they are very comfortable in most of cases. Also love the simple and causal style!

I wear a half size, so I ordered two pair, one larger and one smaller. Because of Zappos awesome pre-paid return policy, I chose the pair that fit best. and immediately returned the other pair. The boots are great. Zappos is great too!

You have to have at least one pair of Uggs. I tried the less expensive versions, but there really is a huge difference! Uggs are are so warm, comfortable and stylish and yes I think they are stylish. I bought the gray and plan on getting the tall Ugg in chestnut next season. These have been my go-to shoe all winter, except for parties or clubbing!

I have the Coral UGGS; they are the best. I get many compliments on them also and not many people in Baltimore wear color Uggs. I ordered a 7, which feels so much bigger; my next pair, I will be ordering an 6. I love these boots.

I love these boots. They are so incredibly comfortable, and seem plenty warm for this very frigid South Dakota winter. Other reviews suggested ordering a half size larger, which I did. Honestly, I don't think I needed to - even with a heavy sock, there is plenty of room. These boots do not qualify as being pretty, but they are definitely warm and comfortable, with the added bonus of having great traction on winter sidewalks.

Really appreciated the speedy delivery of my Ugg boots. The fact that the shipping was free and I get my product quick, makes me put Zappos on my #1 places to shop online!

Awesome boot. So comfortable and looks cute with jeans or sweats! Kept my feet cozy and warm all winter. Fit was large and with wear, stretches a bit so order a size down.
