Not only were the Uggs lovely but they arrived early. Since I wanted a half size, it was very helpful to be advised to order the smaller size.

bought a pair of Uggs in gray and it is a great color gray I love it. Also I would like to say I live in Redondo Beach Calif. And I have been wearing Uggs for over twenty years. You could only fin them in the Surf shops around town. The quality was so much better then. But to the customers who complain about this it's not Zappos fault they just sell them. The Uggs were made in Australia then. They are now made in China. I still love wearing them but have noticed a big change in the quality But thank you Zappos for selling them because its so hard to find them in the colors you have.

I absolutely love these boots! They are so warm and comfortable. It took me a long time to give in and buy a pair as I was not sure about the look. But I am so glad I did! The only bad thing is that now my other shoes pale in comparison- I want to wear these all the time! I wear an 8 or 8 1/2 depending on the shoe, and I was advised to go a size down. However, I ended up returning the 7 and going with the 8, as I liked the fit. I also recommend these boots for flights. They are easy to take on and off in security and they keep your feet at a nice temperature on the plane. Also there is plenty of room if your feet swell like mine do on long flights. All in all, they are highly recommended!

I just got my Navy classic short today, I have been trying to get Navy for three years finally. I ordered them at 6:00 PM on Tuesday and had them by 5:00 PM on Wednesday. Zappos, you are the best. Thanks, Angela, for getting them to me so fast. Great job! They are so comfortable just like the other two pairs I got at Zappos. You all do a great job! Keep up the great work!

I wear a 71/2, and I ordered whole size (7), and they fit perfect! I received them in 2 days at no additional charge. I am always satisfied with the product and service from Zappos.

Had a pair of these before and loved them. So, I bought another pair. They are like wearing very comfortable, warm slippers all of the time. The description says they run larger than regular shoes sizes and this is true. I usually take a 7 but ordered a 5 and they fit just right.

I wasn't too sure what kind of Uggs I wanted, tall or short, but I decided on short because I could wear it with more things. They are super comfy, I never wanted to take them off. You should probably get a smaller size because it later forms to your foot. All in all it's worth the money.

I love my Uggs. They were so comfortable, they fit true to size & I didn't have to pay any taxes or shipping & handling fees. Very convenient for me.

I love these Uggs. They are so comfortable and warm! Worth the money and the service is so good! I received my order right away! I ordered the wrong size and they sent me another one right away and had 14 days to send them the wrong size back and they paid the shipping cost! I love Zappos.

Love them! I have had my last pair for 4 years and they still look good. I like this pair because they are a little shorter. So comfy and soft. My only complaint is there is no arch support. I can't wear them every day because I am on my feet a lot for work.

These boots are ultra comfortable, with and without socks. They are warm and cozy and look great with everything--leggings, skirts, jeans, etc. One of the best Zappos purchases I've made.

Wow, I love these boots! I just want to wear them with everything even colors that don't match. The comfort is great!

I love the boot; however, I wear an 8 1/2 shoe and the advice was get the 8 and it was too short. Sent them back and ordering a 9.

Love these Uggs. Wore them all through big blizzard of 2010 and feet stayed dried. Very comfortable. Can wear all day and feet never hurt. Great boots. Highly recommend.

Zappos is a great company. They honored a guarantee that was past the time limit, sent a ticket for postage and return of the defective shoes. Great service, as I had the replacement shoes the next day. Will use this company first before I purchase any type of shoes or boots in the future.

I love these boots! They are my first pair of Uggs and I wear them all the time. They are supposed to be worn without socks so your feet feel delightfully snuggled when wearing them. They do run large so make sure you get a size smaller than you usually would. I normally wear a 7.5 to an 8 so I purchased a 7 and they fit perfectly! The classic short are perfect for wearing with your jeans either tucked in or not.

My first Ugg purchase and I am a forever fan! I am a size 7ish (mostly 7's, but an occasional 7 1/2). My friend told me to buy a larger size (8), but everyone on the reviews said you could possibly go a size lower. I stayed with the 7 and it was perfect! More than perfect. Never in my life have my feet stayed so warm and yet were not sweaty. I am always cold and I just used them for a trip to Steamboat and was never cold for 1 minute. I am not exaggerating...these boots are my new best friend. I do not want to part with them and will buy some new ones next season. They are everything everyone says they are and more. Ordering and shipping were also phenomenal!

Great product but even greater place to buy it is Zappos. I messed up the order and they corrected it within 1 day!

They really are that comfortable! This is my first pair of Uggs and I plan on buying more from Zappos. Excellent customer service, fast delivery. Overall one of the most positive experiences I have ever had online.

Love these boots. I purchased the cleaning kit too since I want them to look their best. I can see a different color Ugg in my future.

Comfortable, I have these short Uggs in Chestnut, Grey, Black, Chocolate Brown. I am 5'2 so they are great for me. I wear a 7 in shoes so I have these in a 6 and they are perfect!

In the past I have bought boots similar to UGGs and I must say after purchasing my first pair and there is a a significant difference. My feet feel wrapped in cotton! Only downside, these are not made for wet weather but extremely happy as are my toes. Did take the advice of others and ordered 1/2 size down and glad I did.
