Ordering from Zappos was quick and easy. I went to 4 different stores looking for this shoe. I came home went on line, ordered, no shipping, and they were at my front door in days. I love the boots and where do you think I will look for shoes next time?

These are the warmest boots imaginable! The sheepskin lining cushions your feet like a cozy blanket by the fire! Be sure to waterproof them before wearing.

Am I writing to review the boot or the Zappos? The boot is just fine, and I am plenty happy with the purchase, but Zappos? Wow. What an incredible company to work with. I'm so impressed with you guys. It's like there is a friend over there in the business. Thank you so much! I'm very appreciative of you.

All too often reviews are written for the younger crowd. I'm here to speak for the older generation (way older). I agonized over buying a pair of Uggs. Too youthful, too expensive, not very fashionable...or so I thought. So, of course I gave in and purchased a pair. I am here to tell you they are perfect for me and any one of the senior citizen persuasion. They are comfy, cozy, warm - everything anyone could ask for in a shoe/boot. I have hardly taken mine off (except to sleep) since my first purchase. Yep, bought a second pair and am now considering the purchase of a third pair. I would suggest that anyone of any age who might be on the fence like I was to go for it!

Super cute and comfortable, Uggs are perfect for kicking it in colder weather. They are not cheap and I definitely recommend weather-proofing to protect them!

Zappos was incredibly quick in getting the Ugg's to me. That was wonderful. Website is very user friendly. Quality of the product was great.

If you have never owned a a pair of Ugg boots, try them! I was so in love with my first pair, I purchased another pair, black this time. The lambswool inside the boot is so very soft, and silky, and warm. These boots almost make winter tolerable. All of my family own many pairs of these comfortable sassy boots. Go ahead, try a pair, you, and your tootsies will be happy! You will not want to take them off, but then there are my Ugg house slippers.

My daughter is so very happy with her shoes! This company is the best - very efficient, helpful and most of all friendly. I will continue to shop with Zappos and will recommend them highly to everyone!

Warm. Amazingly comfortable without socks. Wish that the footbed liner was removable/replaceable but it is not. Looks good with leggings and a winter coat. Feels like wearing socially-acceptable slippers in public!

These boots are great. I wear them for walking around UMass on those cold days, although I wouldn't recommend wearing them in slush because that will just ruin them - and no one wants to ruin boots at this price!

I was an Ugg hold out 'til last month. I bought these after reading a lot of reviews and I am a convert. I didn't want to take them off. Since then I have bought two other pair! Got a size smaller as was recommended, and the sand color is holding up well and still looks new. And don't wear socks; this is one of the simple pleasures of life, having your feet surrounded by heavenly pillows of shearling fleece!

Not only are these boots the most comfortable warmest things I've ever put on my feet, but Zappos is the best online shopping experience and customer service is 5 star!

I love my boots. I usually wear old Danskos boots but for this winter in The Finger Lakes region of NY it just wouldn't be realistic. These boots are comfortable, like your best bedroom slippers; warm and dry. I usually have trouble with boot sizing since I can run a size 7 to 7 1/2, but the size 7 was perfect with a little room to spare. They are easy to keep clean too! I am looking forward to owning another pair!

I bought these for my daughter, because I love my Uggs and wanted her to have a pair too! I bought an 8 and a 9 so she could try both sizes. She usually wears a size 9, and kept the 9's. I was able to return the 8's easily thanks to Zappos free (and easy) shipping!

These are the warmest winter boots. Feel like slippers! I'm not crazy about the look, but you can't beat the comfort. I wear a 9 and ordered an 8, they fit perfect! Look in to buying the water and stain repellent! I wish someone would have told me!

Such warm and snuggly boots! They keep my feet perfect temperature; not too hot. Wear them inside and out! Love them.

I ordered the Ugg boots for my daughter for Christmas and in the processing of shopping local stores could not find them and if i did they were way over priced and finally decided to go online even though it was very late and wasn't sure it would be delivered for Christmas. I went to Zappos and sure enough they had them and in a lot of colors and sizes so I just figured if they didn't get here I would give her the picture and say they are on the way. The day after I ordered them, Wahoo, and it was free shipping and if they didn't work it was free return shipping also. I was impressed.

A must have staple for your winter wardrobe...goes with just about anything casual from jeans to leggings. Extremely warm on my walks to work in the frozen tundra of Philadelphia. I recommend weather proofing them with a good leather protector. I used the Aldo brand and but Ugg sells one too.

My 5th pair, and as always - the most comfortable shoes ever! Buy one size smaller as they stretch within a week, and Scotchguard them!

Uggs are the best thing since sliced bread for warmth, comfort, and usefulness. I am so happy with mine that I now own six pairs!
