This was my first purchase experience with Zappos, being Ugg Boots, it proved to be very satisfactory. Zappos provided prompt service, delivery and a great quality product. I am a pleased customer.

Love these, warm, good fit, durable. This is probably the 5th pair of Uggs in our household and they hold up really well. I do suggest spraying with a waterproofer to save the suede from salt & water stains.

Love these boots. They've been great keeping my feet warm during the Polar Vortex that hit the east coast this week! Here's a piece of advice- I sprayed them with the Ugg boot spray and the dirt and grime magically wipes right off! Wish I had done it with my old Uggs. Even with the spray the suede feels amazing and looks even better! Very happy with this purchase?

This is a cozy, cute boot. My girls love these boots and they wear them all the time in snowy Colorado. They do require waterproofing and cleaning to keep the suede looking nice and they are actually not great in the snow, the treads can be slippery. Despite that, we have had Uggs for years and they are a comfortable, quality product that will last. The fur does pack down a bit, we have gotten them 1/2 size smaller and they've been perfect.

These are my first pair of UGGS. They fit like a dream and are my new winter flip flops. I wish I had bought them years ago! Comfortable and warm! Fantastic buy!

If it's cold enough I wear these daily!!! They are perfect for home, heading to the surf, after surf or for just hanging out. If you are in between sizes I go down. I'm usually an 8/5 in shoes but 8 in flip flops and heels. 8 fits me perfect as the fleece will pack down.

I love Ugg! This is my 16th pair of Uggs and I am totally pleased with the quality and look. Ugg keeps my feet warm and I am happy with all that Zappos did! They got here extremely fast. I will never stop buying these boots. I recommend these Ugg boots to everyone! I also have nine pairs of slippers, seven pairs of gloves, two coats, four bags, and five pairs of pants/shirts made by Ugg. Absolutely amazing quality! Ugg is the best! Believe me, you all need Uggs in your life.

These boots feel so soft and fluffy compared to my old UGG Bailey Button Bomber boots! I ordered a size 6. My Bailey Bombers were size 7 and they fit but with a lot of wiggle room when the lining was compressed, so I opted to try the size 6 in the classic short. I normally wear a Size 7 in running shoes and a size 6.5 in heels and flats. The boots fit on snuggly, just the perfect amount of comfortable pressure on my feet. I would recommend ordering based on your flats or heel size.

I bought these boots for my daughter. We were told by local shoe stores they did not make women's 11. Sold me men 9. They did not fit! After checking other sites, it was Zappos to the rescue....not only did you have the correct size. We received them in a couple of days. She loves the boots and I will use Zappos a lot more! I purchased these boots for my Wife and she absolutely loves them! She has other boots like these but are knock off brands and she says there is no comparison!

Loved my UGG's! Christmas gift! One thing-I wear a size 6 and the hubby got a 7 (no 1/2 sizes) because in boots I always go 1/2 size up. They are a little big-but I LOVE them! Warm-no sweating.

I love Uggs. I had a pair of mini Uggs but decided to get the short classic for Christmas. First I order 5 but they were to small so I reorder my normal 6 and they are good, little loose but I like it. They say to order smaller size but in my case they were really tiny . My mini Uggs I had, they were 5 and they fit great. My feet are narrow so I'm not sure if the sizes got little smaller or my feet got bigger. Doesn't matter customer service was awesome. I called to exchange and had a new pair next day. Very impressed. It was my first time ordering from Zappos.

I'm back to awesome Uggs again! I still have a pair of Ugg boots that were given to me as a gift about 16 years ago, long before they were made popular by Oprah. The tread has completely worn off the bottom and they obviously look well worn, but they have not fallen apart and I still wear them out in the yard for chores when it is cold (but not slippery since the tread is gone!). Since they were so worn I decided a couple of years ago that it was time for some new ones, but I made the mistake of thinking I could save money by ordering a pair of another brand that looks almost identical, but cost about half the price. Big mistake! The new ones felt acceptable for the money, but not like the feel of slipping your foot into a cloud when you put Uggs on. The thing that really upset me though was that by the time I had worn these boots about a half dozen times the wool on the inside bottom had already worn a bare spot through to the hard slippery sole underneath! On both feet! That is not acceptable to me! Another thing is that the boots feel heavier than Uggs do on your feet. I just compared the new ones with my Bearpaws and the Uggs are so much lighter. Of course I don't know that these Uggs will last as many years as my last Uggs have, but from what I have read they still should. For the people who cannot agree on whether these run true to size or not, here is my opinion. I normally wear a size 6. The size on my old Uggs is long worn off so I didn't really know for sure what to order. Since Zappos is so wonderful about returns I ordered a size 5 and a size 6 and will return one. Having both here to try on at the same time I chose the 6. I could have worn the size 5, especially if they do stretch out a little bit, but here is why I chose the 6. I have always been one that does not like my toes to feel cramped. I rarely wear dress shoes and always want "wiggle room" for my toes. I have often mentioned that my toes "don't have room to breathe!", if I have on a pair of snug shoes. When I put the size 5 on, my toes were smack at the end. Technically I would say they fit, but they could barely move at all. And that was barefoot. I could not have worn them with socks, and although I know you do not have to wear socks with Uggs I usually prefer to, except around the house. So, when I put the size 6 on they still seemed to fit and did not "feel" the least bit too big, but there was not quite a half an inch between my toes and the "end" of the boot. (although that half inch was mostly filled with the fur that will compress some). When I put socks on my toes can still wiggle, but not much and I expect as the wool compresses a little bit they will be perfect! The wool, or whatever it is filled in the space, but allowed my toes to wiggle a little bit. I think it comes down to this. When you decide whether to size down a size from your regular shoe size, you should take into consideration whether you are a person who likes a little "wiggle room" for your toes, and also whether or not you will be wearing socks when you wear them. If you like wiggle room and wearing socks, then stay with your normal size! If you like your boots to feel "snug" on your feet (not tight, just perfect fit with no extra room at all) and you will wear them barefoot most or all of the time, then order a size down! That's my opinion anyway! I am so excited to again be wearing real Uggs and I expect them to last me many years which will certainly be worth it in the long run! No more cheap boots for me that last only a few months at best. I am normally a person who wants the best price on everything and typically frequent yard sales, thrift shops etc. to save money. I buy almost everything generic because I refuse to pay good money for what I consider a name only. In the case of Ugg, you are getting what you pay for! Warm, snug,soft, light comfortable boots that make you feel as if you are walking on a cloud and will probably last you many years! I love Uggs!

Can't go wrong with UGG! We tried on boots locally to decide what size fit best. My daughter is a size 6 1/2 shoe, so the 7 fit with enough room to grow.

I bought these boots for my daughter at Christmas. She loves everything about them. She had bought a similiar pair in looks for a little less money and has been so unhappy. The instant she put these new UGG Classic Short Boots on she said she didn't ever want to take them off. They fit like a glove and were more comfortable than any boot she had ever worn. If it were not for the Customer Service rep at Zappos working so closely with me I may have never bought them. Not only did she review various choices available at Zappos she even mentioned another company who has a boot I had asked about. That sewed up the deal for me to only buy from Zappo's. That shows confidence in what you offer and that instilled confidence in me to only buy from Zappos!

I love these boots! Wish I would have bought them years ago. They are a true fit to size and the warmest boot I have ever had. I loved them so much I bought my sister-in-law a pair for Christmas too!

Great boot- just ordered these replacements because I wore my other pair to death for five years. Comfortable boot and the chestnut color goes with everything. Don't get them wet- that is what nearly ruined my other pair...

These are my first pair of Uggs...I was hesitant to purchase them because of the cost, but I am SO glad I did. These boots are extremely well-made and will obviously last for a very long time, especially compared to the knock-off brands that are everywhere these days. The seams are VERY strong, the materials are VERY high-quality, and they are the most comfortable boots I've ever put on my feet. As for the fit: these fit well right out of the box. They are "comfortably snug" if that makes sense; by that I mean that my toes are not feeling squished in the least, but around the middle of my foot, I can feel a slight compression that makes my arches feel supported. It feels especially nice at the end of a long work day when I kick off my work shoes and put these on. If your feet are a little on the wide side, though, you might want to order a half-size up or maybe they offer a wide-width option (I didn't look into that). Of course, over time, the materials are likely to give a little and the shearling (fleece) lining will probably compress a little, so they may loosen up a bit over time. Personally I wouldn't mind if they stayed exactly as they are, though. Overall, a great investment and I'm very pleased that I bought these with my Christmas money!

These are wonderful boots. They are so warm and comfy. I would highly recommend getting the cleaning care kit especially for the lighter colored boots.
