After reading previous reviews, I ordered a size smaller than my usual size. I am so glad that I did! The fit is perfect, the boots are comfortable and cozy. I love them!

Bought these as a gift for my DIL….she was thrilled! Uggs have been the gift of choice for the granddaughters for several years and are always received with delight.

Bought these as a gift for my wife to replace her other UGG boots. She basically wore the previous until a hole formed in the front of the boot. The wife couldn't be happier with these new pair of boots. Comfort, look, color...she's happy with all of the above! (And life is good.)

Just got my 4th pair of Ugg boots. Just love them. I got the classic short in "mauve" they are the prettiest light pink. I love them. Pink is a color that will go with anything. Again, would not think of buying these boots anywhere except Zappos. They are the best. Best shipping and customer service out there.

These are absolutely fabulous. I wear an 8½ and the 8 fits perfectly. These are my second pair of black Uggs. The first pair were used for five years in the snow and mud and are still used. I just wanted a fresh pair. You will love them!

Uggs never fail to please! Great quality, style and function. These were a gift for my daughter, who wore her last pair for two years until she finally grew out of them. They run a little big but that's OK, especially for growing kids.

I would just like to take a second and marvel at the fact that these shoes are probably the most comfortable shoes that I have ever had! I just recently got these for Christmas and I have literally worn them almost everyday since! If you are hesitant in any way - do not be! You will not be disappointed! They are true to size, the width is just right, and the inside... Well let's just say they will keep your pigs nice and toasty! Take it from a 20 year old girl who is all about style and comfort, just buy them already!

Love Uggs! I wear them all winter long. Own five pairs of the classic boots--mini, short and tall. I always wear one size smaller in this style. I usually wear an 8 but with these I buy a 7. This is not true for the other Ugg styles.

Some people have suggested you can order a "big kid" size if you have a small size, like Women's 5 or 6 - be aware, however, that between the kid size and adult size, the length of the boots ("shaft") is different. The kid boots are about an inch shorter. I'm going to be exchanging for a women's size because my daughter wants a slightly longer boots. Zappos customer service was very helpful!

My BF ordered these beautiful boots for me in Sangria, size 9 and they are for sure true to size. They are so comfortable and I just love the soft fur lining on the inside! I plan on ordering more in different colors! LOVE THEM!

Finally caved and bought myself my first pair of Uggs and I must say it lives up to the hype! Ordered a size down and feels perfect on my feet. They keep my feet very warm and are extremely comfortable. Great basic boot!

These are classic Uggs in black. They are a great choice for people that are harder on their Uggs because they stay looking cleaner longer.

The left shoe is different than the right. The quality and thickness of the wool is different. The exterior of the boots is different as well.

Oh these boots are AMAZING warm comfortable and fashionable...after many years of saying no to the trend I decided to purchase a pair because I need to keep my feet warm at work.

I bought these about a year ago. The size is true. I got them in the normal brown color so they go pretty well with everything that I wear. The are a bit pricey but they are worth it. When it gets cold, Uggs keep your feet warm but at the same time are ventilated so that you don't sweat. They scuff a bit easily and any liquid elements that land on them are likely to become stains so buy the repellent Ugg sells. They are pretty comfortable but my feet got a little achy when walking around in them for some hours. Overall they are worth the money. I got a ton of compliments on them no matter where I was.

Great although I ordered a size down and they feel a little snug to me. Maybe I just need to break them in.

I have 2 pairs of classic short, 1 in purple velvet and the other in grey. I just love Ugg boots. No other place to buy Uggs than Zappos. They are the best. You can't beat their customer service anywhere. I also have a tall pair of Ugg in Bailey buttons. I got them in black. Love, love them. So comfortable and easy on and off. I wear a size 6 and I find them all to be true to size.I get a lot form Zappos because of their customer service. And they have a great selection of what you want.

The most comfortable shoe I own! The classic short fits very different than the classic tall. The short is true to size whereas the the tall runs large.

Love these boots! I live in a very cold climate and they are amazing - inside and out! I had avoided buying them because "everyone" seems to have them...and, now I know why! They are not great on ice - though not much is, these seem especially not good on ice - just FYI. Otherwise, I can barely take them off. Enjoy if you buy! Oh, and I bought 2 pairs! I couldn't have just one - chestnut and darker brown - love them both.
