Just love the service we get from Zappos. Always our first choice when shoe shopping. It's great for the military overseas that Zappos don't make a big deal out of shipping to an APO address and the items arrive in good time. Thanks Zappos we all appreciate you.

Bought these for my 12 year old daughter (since everybody has them!) and she loves them, says they are comfy. Haven't tested them in super cold weather just yet, but all her friends say they are nice and warm.

This is my second pair of the exact same Uggs, the first pair lasted three years. I wear them almost every day in the cold Chicago winters with no socks and skinny jeans tucked in, my feet are so warm. Love them!

Great item Everything it's billed as. Maybe a tad expensive but they're probably worth it!

How warm do you want to keep your feet? I work in a year-round flea market. The best thing I ever did was purchase a pair of Ugg's Classic Short boot. In the coldest weather my feet are toasty. The warmth they provide is exceptional.

This is my second chestnut colored pair of classic short Uggs in the past 4 years. I love them because they are comfy and look cute when new. The sizing is very difficult though. I am a 6.5 in sneakers a 6 in dress shoes and a 5 in Uggs. I forgot what size my old pair was when ordering, so I got the 6 but had to return them and get the 5. Zappos customer service was particularly awesome in dealing with this. I was confused about the sizing and also had some questions regarding the quality of the Uggs which seem to have changed in the past few years. The lady on the phone was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions. My Uggs are like slippers that I wear out with sweat pants. I think they look bad with jeans but many people would beg to differ with me on this. I have a love/hate relationship with Uggs but I think everyone should have a pair for the comfort and slip on convenience...oh, and also other styles of Uggs never seemed to work out for me, like the knit ones, I'd definitely go with the classic. If you are smart, look into order children's sizes because you will save yourself a lot of money on the same exact shoe. I did not do this because I did not know until after. Two sizes down from your regular shoe size should fit you in kids Uggs. I was told I'd be a size 4 in kids Uggs.

Very comfortable, I'm a size 7, but had to exchange them for a size 8 so I could wear them with socks. Also, I didnt realize how delicate the leather was, I dropped some hand sanitizer on it and tried to clean it with water. big mistake. The dry cleaners were able to steam clean them and get the spot out but the leather now looks worn out and they fit a bit tighter than they used to.

I've worn Uggs for years and always ordered a size smaller. Fit was perfect; however, this time I found the ankle had diminished in size and they are difficult to get on. I had my granddaughter try them on (she wears the same size in Uggs)and she complained about the ankles as well. Toes are more rounded off on this boot, too - no taper at all. It looks as if Ugg has redesigned these boots to some degree -- hence, they are not as comfortable as earlier versions were. Nonetheless, Zappos service is excellent.

Not quite true to size (1/2 size larger) but has to be the most comfortable shoe I've ever had on my foot. No socks is an extra bonus.

Very comfy shoe! I like to wear my Uggs with just about everything! Do order a size down because 'your regular' size will feel really roomy because of all the fur. They are definitely more of a fashion shoe, not for heavy snow days. The salt can stain the outside.

I have always been a fan of Ugg boots. The boots this year are wider, and longer; hence, the fit is wrong.

Order a bigger size - Comfy padding inside shoe, however, I ordered a full size larger and it still felt small. It is frustrating to order $113 boots only to have them be too small.

Let me just start with this, The boots were NOT TRUE to size, the width was NOT TRUE, and the support, also, NOT there. I have a pair of Uggs, that after 8 YEARS of having, the top is finally thinning out. I wanted a pair in black so I could wear them to work and not have to worry about them getting dirty. First pair came in the mail, one boot was TOO SMALL and the other boot was TOO BIG. Sent them back, second pair, one boot TOO FULL and I couldn't get my foot inside, the other boot, AGAIN, TOO BIG. Sent them back. Third pair arrives, (now I am feeling like frigging Goldie Locks with some porridge) PERFECT!!! Both boots are the SAME SIZE, score one for me! Both boots have the SAME AMOUNT of lining!! Woo hoo, getting lucky, score two for me! I wear them to work the next day, so far so good...I come home and admire my boots in the mirror, and then, WTF????? The ENTIRE seam of the right boot is SPLIT OPEN!! Sent theme back to Zappo's with no problem, received a full credit/refund and then called Uggs C.S. center and explained to them what went on and I'm told they ARE made in the USA, and how they are "really sorry" for my experience, but there is nothing they can do. Here is what you can do UGGS AUSTRALIA, You have a strong faithful following, STOP READING THE BOTTOM LINE OF YOUR QUARTERLY'S, because without your "Faithful Following", you will no longer have a Bottom Line to look at! Stop being CHEAP with the materials that you use, and go BACK TO MAKING your product like when you first came out/popular in the US, The boots ran a size larger, that's ok, American women like to think they have small feet, so that is something that can be over looked. They were DURABLE & WORTH THE MONEY. Now, I think they are total garbage, and not worth the money. If I want reject boots, I'll shop at a discount shoe store, not pay $$$ for b.s.

I am a longtime Ugg wearer. The classics do, indeed, run one size larger. They are made to be worn barefoot. I normally wear a 7 in regular shoes, always a 6 in Uggs. As long as you purchase genuine Uggs from a reputable store (like Zappos) this continues to be the sizing rule.

I have always wanted to buy a pair of Uggs. I was not disappointed, they are so comfortable. They look great too. I would definitely order from Zappos again. They were professional, helpful and I had my boots the day after ordering.

I Absolutely love these boots! I resisted buying Uggs because they seemed clunky. I bought these this year and cannot stop wearing them. I did buy a size smaller and was glad that I did. I find them to be best worn without socks, yes, without socks! They are so warm, and comfortable like they are hugging my feet in and out of the house.

This is my fifth pair. I love them and highly recommend them. But a few comments for those who are thinking of buying them this year (2014; but also true for 2015). 1) Unlike in the previous years, they do not run one size larger, so order your exact size. 2) Comparing to the Uggs from the previous years, they are of much poorer quality than before - you feel less soft padding at the bottom of the boots, which is probably their cost-saving measure, but its ridiculous considering how much the boots cost. 3) The boots feel sort of tight / difficult to put on in the arch at the very beginning, but they will definitely stretch and get roomier as you wear them. Still, these are overall a very good product.

I'm on my fourth pair of the classic Uggs and they do absolutely, positively run big! I am a true size 7 in shoes, occasionally a 7 1/2. My first pair of Uggs were a size 7, and after a couple of weeks they were way too loose and sloppy/floppy. Ever since I have purchased the size 6 and they are perfect. These will stretch out - if they're a tad snug at first, they'll soon conform to your foot; but if they're initially "just right" or a little loose, they will soon be too big. I'm baffled by the few reviewers who urge folks to order their regular size or even bigger, as all of my friends, family, and even the Ugg company say the opposite, as does my personal experience. The only explanation I can think of is that perhaps these outliers are wearing the boots with socks (a no-no, they're meant to be worn with bare feet), or that they're writing the reviews before giving the boots to stretch out. Perhaps those with very wide feet have a different experience, but for most - order up, give them a little time to break in, and enjoy!

In the past, I have always sized down with my Uggs. After reading the recent reviews, however, I went with my normal size 6 because people were saying they now run true to size. This wasn't true for me, though. They were way too big and I exchanged them for a 5, which fit perfect!

I have hammertoes and bunions, so usually will not buy a shoe without trying it on. I was especially apprehensive about ordering a medium width, since my therapeutic shoes are E width. I also read previous reviews about ordering a size larger or smaller than my normal size. But I went ahead an ordered my usual size in medium, and all of these concerns vanished when tried the boots on. They are just as comfortable as my ortho shoes and are really warm, which was my main goal. I bought the spray protectant and was very pleased with the results of applying it. I plan to order another pair, in black this time.

I knew it was a gamble, but I was desperate. I needed a birthday gift for my wife, and since modern pop culture has inculcated me with the certain knowledge that women are suckers for shoes. I knew then the risks associated with buy garments and accessories for the fairer sex. The potential for utter devastation outweighed by the promise of the elusive "Oh, Honey, they're just perfect" reaction and all the associated good karma. So, I dove in and armed only with what I have seen lately, and the absence of snide commentary when cleverly confronted by the object of my gift, and went to Zappos. The purchase was so easy - frighteningly so. Such a great selection, great prices and a can't be beat return policy (so imperative to my fiendish back-up plan (to cheerfully say: "Sorry, sweetie, but you can return them!"), I bought the charming and versatile Uggs boots. She was very happy with the purchase and the present, and so am I. Thank you, Zappos, for the first of many gift searches.

I love my Uggs! I bought Ugg Classic Short in the chocolate color. Buy these a size down because the fleece flattens out and makes more room over time. I normally wear a 9 1/2-10. I bought the 9. They felt really tight at first. If you buy them at your normal size eventually they will be too big and look sloppy. Very warm! Don't get black because they show dirt very easy.

These were purchased as a birthday gift for my niece...they were perfect. Great fit, exactly what she wanted.
