First of all, I would like to say I had a great experience with Zappos. I will definitely shop with Zappos again! I love these boots, they are so comfortable and warm.

This is the second pair of Uggs for my wife. She loved the color and the speed in which the item was delivered by Zappos. I will definitely use Zappos again.

So, here's the deal. It is Classic, the archetypal Ugg, right? But with a twist...gray. Perfect with dark wash jeans, perfect with fancy knee high socks and a funky skirt...how about with city shorts? They make your legs look longer, slip under bootcut pants, and are easy to kick off.

These boots are comfortable and warm. They run big, at least for me. An arch support made them more snug and I can take long walks in them. Zappos' customer service is first rate and one reason I'll shop on the site again.

Best. Boots. Ever. I finally caught up with the rest of my family and got a pair. I'm only sorry I waited so long.

Thank God for Uggs! They are reliable, hi quality, comfortable, and stylish. As parents, we have enough change and turmoil. It is nice to be able to count on Uggs every year, as footwear our two girls want to wear. They wear them often, but outgrow them before the Uggs wear out! Great footwear at any price. At Zappos prices, comparing cost to value they are a real bargain.

Boots are very comfortable. I wear a 7 and ordered a 7 and the boots fit fine. However, If I have on socks I cannot get the boots on. I have to either wear stockings or no socks.

I have ordered several items from Zappos.com and have found the delivery, billing, and customer service to be wonderful. The only thing I cannot figure out is when I order I am always told that I have a discount or money off on another order but never know where to find the coupon for this money. Help would be appreciated.

I love these!! I avoided buying UGGs because I'd heard their quality had gone down hill, but that doesn't mean you'll find anything that can compete! I usually wear a 7-7 1/2, but the size 7s were too small for the comfort I expected. I went up a size, and the 8s are perfect. Zappos set up an exchange for me, so I didn't have to wait days for the new size to arrive. The right size arrived by lunch the following day!

Great experience! I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, and they were delivered the next day with standard delivery, and no sales tax! Will definitely use this company again and again!

My new favorite shoes! I find myself getting dressed in the morning specifically in outfits to wear with these boots. Surprisingly warm, yet my feet never get sweaty. Love them!

I love these boots! They are like wearing slippers around! Comfy and plenty of room in the toe box. No support for walking long distances but great for day to day when not much walking is involved. UGGs run big, so if you're an 8.5 (like me) order an 8. I suggest buying the UGGs water and stain repellent spray.

Great boots! My shoe size is 6.5M, but because my feet are wide I usually take a 7M for comfort. The boots are true to size. The 6M were too tight widthwise and a bit short. The 7M felt better and with socks it fits perfectly. Because your feet may swell a tiny bit by the end of the day, you may want to wear a size that gives a little room. I usually like to buy conservative-color shoes because of its practicality. This time I went with the Lapis blue/violet color. It is very pretty, and my daughter loves it!

I love my new UGGs! I usually wear a 7 1/2 but always go down to a 7 in UGGs. Ordering from Zappos is the best too!

I really like the short boot. It is perfect for the fall and winter. When the snow is really deep I wear my taller Uggs but most of the time I like my short ones.
