I normally wear a 7.5 so I ordered the 7, too small! My toe was right at the edge. Also these are nowhere near as comfortable as the Ugg ultra short which I have in black.

I ordered a pair of these UGGs and was so disappointed. These were nothing like my old UGGs. They look and feel cheap. I sent them back and Zappos quickly credited my credit card and I bought something else. Love Zappos! They are awesome.

I had ordered a pair of boots for my girlfriend that didn't quite fit right. I called customer service and they were extremely helpful. They had the replacements at my door by the time I got off the phone with them. (Well, maybe not quite that fast but you get the idea.) I highly recommend Zappos and will continue to do business with them.

Too small! But I'm going to reorder for my size because they were so comfy.

Zappos is always awesome with their shipping promptness--I selected standard shipping and still got it a day and a half later! As for the Uggs, I recommend getting them a full size larger than your normal shoe size because they expand a lot. At first they may seem tight, but just wear them around the house with some thick socks and they will mold to your feet within no time. The slight discomfort at first is well worth it, I'm sure that if I got my normal shoe size, my Uggs would have fit like clown shoes by now. Love the chocolate color, matches very easily.

My girlfriend wanted a pair of your boots, so I ordered them from Zappos. The price was good and the service was excellent! Plus, the boots made her very happy and that was a good thing. Thanks again.

I could not have been more pleased with my purchase! Customer Service at Zappos could not be more helpful. Purchased a pair of Uggs as a Christmas gift for my daughter and found a small hole in the seam of one of the boots - I used the Live Help and within a day received a new pair and a shipping label followed to return the damaged boot. Great experience!

Love these boots! My boyfriend bought these for me and it feels like I'm walking on clouds! I'm all about low maintenance so this perfectly suits my needs! I normally wear a size 6.5, but he bought a size 6 for me and they are still slightly a bit loose. I would recommend sizing down half a size.

I bought these boots for my 14 year old daughter. Needless to say she is loving them!

I love these boots so much I don't want to take them off! I am really glad I got a size smaller than I typically wear. When I got them my toe was touching the end of the shoe and I was going to send them back. Then I read that everyone recommends a size smaller and I kept them. They definitely stretch out, get looser and the wool flattens down.

I love the boots. The only bad thing about the boots is they shouldn't wrinkle so fast.

I love these boots, got them in Blueberry, size 6 then saw the Sangria on sale. What beautiful colors. I've had size 6 before and felt they were slightly too tight, in fact one pair had developed a hole in the top of the boot from my big toe. Size 6 was what the directions said I should wear.So that is what I ordered, again. Needed to return as too small. This time I ordered a Size 7, and feel they are a better fit. Hoping they don't stretch out too much, but if they do I could put on socks. I wear the boots barefoot. I recommend getting the true size. Zappos has terrific customer service. I returned the smaller size with no problems, in fact they sent me the larger size right away. No waiting until the other pair reached them. Wonderful. I think I am starting another collection. Ugg boots. Now up to 4 pairs. I wear them around the house and my feet are toasty as can be.

Awesome color! But beware, your feet will be slightly purple after wearing them. Believe what others say, buy these a size smaller than your regular size, they stretch, really, they do stretch.

Boots fit like a glove. I ordered the size 9 even though I usually wear a 9 1/2; they are perfect.

I originally purchased these in a store. But after a few weeks of constant wear, the sheepskin began wearing thin. The result was a rough patch rubbing against my leg. I returned them to the store, but they were out of stock on the Gray. That's when I turned to Zappos. I knew if the same problem occurred, I could replace them easily. They arrived sooner than I expected and I couldn't be happier.

This is a great pair of boots, and I wear them very often. I don't wear socks with them, and my feet stay so warm. I'm looking to buy another pair. Zappos is a great company. And I love the next day shipping.

Have always loved Uggs and so I'd like to talk about the ease of ordering and the customer service I received. In a word amazing! The woman I spoke to answered all my questions about delivery, billing, etc. in a very clear and concise manner. Absolutely no confusion as to the order on my part. When I had to call back with another question, I spoke with a different person and she was equally as helpful. Needless to say I was very pleased and would have absolutely no hesitation about ordering from Zappos again!

Simply the best Ugg. Vibrant color...keeping my tootsies warm....even in the summer....remember do not wear socks. Perfect pair, thank you Zappos!

The black interior rubs off on your feet, but I live in uggs all winter, and they always deliver the warmth and easy comfort I am looking for.

I love these boots. They are so comfortable and if I could wear them everyday with everything I would. I normally wear a size 8/8.5 but I ordered these boots in a size 7 and they fit perfectly so definitely order a size down!

Boots are great. In fact, my 3rd pair of Uggs since I love them so much. I could (and sometimes do) wear them from morning til night.

I just received my Uggs yesterday and I love them. They fit great for my wide, fat, flat, size 7 feet. I actually made my fiance purchase these during the Superbowl game - easy target. He says Uggs aren't cute, but anything to keep me happy. I have no complaints, great buy and very comfortable.
