I've worn UGG Classic Shorts since 1996! This is the first time I've not felt the same quality and fit as in the past.If UGG wants to keep me as a customer then they need to return to same quality as before. The lining didn't feel the same thickness. The foot bed felt narrower than before and my foot felt like it was on a berm down the middle of my foot. Not happy at all and heartbroken because I'm sending them back and will search for a new brand boot. Too bad because I've loved my UGGs for 20 years and more people bought because I sang their praises. What a loss.

I have owned many pairs of uggs, I just bought 2 pairs of these recently, one black and one in chocolate. These seem cheaply made. The soles seem thinner and the furry insoles don't seem so furry. My last 2 pairs I bought at Nordstrom and they had much better quality. Much thicker furry wool inside the boot and just all round better product. I love Zappos and buy all my shoes here, but I'm a little disappointed this time. Maybe Zappos need to check out where there product comes from, China maybe? Im hoping these boots aren't a cheap knock off of the real thing. I would have returned them but I didn't realize how bad they were till I took a walk in them outside, plus I just needed some boots a.s.a.p. Next time I'm shopping for uggs at Nordstroms.

So sad...as a long time UGG fan, I have owned many classics, and they last on average 3-5+ yrs. An investment of sorts. I bought my grand daughter a pair (her first REAL Uggs!) and they TORE ON THE BACK SEAM THE FIRST NIGHT SHE WORE THEM (in the house, just breaking them in). She is 13 and not a little kid. I noticed they are MADE IN CHINA. Well they are going back, I'm sure another brand, maybe made in the US or Australia or Europe may last a little longer. Disappointed is an understatement.

I was super excited to finally order REAL Uggs! They arrived yesterday and I am so disappointed. The footbed of the shoe is off center. The quality is terrible. I am returning them.

I purchased a pair of the black classic Uggs and the leg part is so tight! Especially on the left one. There is no way I can tuck any pants in...are they doing this to cut back and save some money? Very disappointed in the manufacturing...why is it when there is something good they have to go and make them cheaper and cheaper to make a few more bucks off of them...very sad! I couldn't wait to get my new fresh pair and now can't wait to return them!

Ordered in the same size as years-old Uggs and they came at least one size larger than the old ones. So I ordered the next size down and that pair is at least one size smaller than the old ones. I checked the tags several times expecting that one or both were not what I ordered but they are and they are both going back. So disappointed.

I have the same boots in a different color that are 2 years old that I love, but the ankles on this pair is way too tight. I can't even tuck skinny jeans into them! I don't think they would stretch enough to be comfortable.

I love the UGG brand and actually love this type of boot. Very comfortable and very warm. Unfortunately, I would HIGHLY recommend that you do not buy them in black. I wore them the first couple of times and they stained my feet. I contacted Zappos and the Rep was very helpful and said that they have had complaints about this in the past but that it should go away in a couple of wears. I was given the option to return the boots. I chose to keep them, because I love them. I have now had the boots for 5 weeks and have worn them quite a bit and they keep coloring my feet black. I reached out to UGG Customer Service and they said that it is something I have to live with and they will continue to color my feet. :( Too bad.

I used to be a huge fan of Uggs and have gone through 3 pairs. The first pair lasted me 3 winter seasons and I really beat those classic style boots up - they got wet and I would wear them for long periods of time and they held up really well and kept my feet cozy and warm. The inside wool was wearing down so I decided to get a new pair. The next pair didn't last as long, about 1 1/2 winter seasons but I thought it was due to the fact that I treated them the same way as my last pair. I didn't think twice about the short life span of my 2nd pair until I purchased by 3rd (and final pair) last year. This pair of Uggs barely got one winter season under its belt until holes on the top started forming. I was shocked b/c I treated these pair much better than the last two since I was worried I was doing something wrong given the short life span of my previous pair...but then I realized that Uggs has slacked off on the quality of their boots! I don't think I'll purchase another pair of Uggs given the price and the fact that they re not making them as well as they used to.

I have bought these every year for 10 years and when these arrived I could not believe the quality, horrible. My husband said they looked cheap, thin and the sole is not almost flat and these look the same as Costco. I am super bummed, and sending these back.

I have several pairs of Ugg boots, I have every color of Ugg boots but starting in 2012 I found that the Ugg boots were very narrow.

This was to be my 4th pair of Uggs but I was very disappointed! I have always worn a size 7 in this style but these were too small. Also the look and cushy inside has changed and not for the better. They are not the quality Uggs I have always loved. What happened?

I have a question... I really want a pair of peach or shrimp color Uggs. The red ones that are named 'red light' did anyone buy those are they red red or are they more of a peachy? Because I bought tall bailey button grey boots from the Ugg website and online they are a super light grey but in person they are way darker even the color of the button on them is darker.

These boots do not fit like the others. Having previously tried them on at a shoe store the size 9 was perfect. However, the ones that I received from Zappos are very tight despite being the same size.

Ugg and ugg style boots are hideous! If you have succumbed to the pressure of wearing these Neanderthal looking blobs on your feet, then you need to reexamine your femininity and commitment to your overall appearance and presentation of yourself. I wouldn't be caught dead in these, let alone own a pair in every color of the rainbow. I don't care how cold it gets, even in my home state of Missouri, or how comfortable they are. I pound concrete floors all day, and I will never own or wear a pair of these things. Gross! And shame on dumpy women everywhere for making them a household staple.

I ordered these in size 10 as a gift for my cousin in Paris. They turned out to be about two sizes too small. When compared to the Nikes that I also bought for her, they are about 1½" shorter. I am not sure if it is a defected pair or not, but I am a 6 and they fit me ok with socks on.

First of all, I have ordered many pairs of Uggs from Zappos in the past and have never been disappointed - until now. After ordering a pair of women's size 10 chestnut Uggs for my daughter's graduation, we were surprised when she could not even get her feet in the boots! She has very narrow calves and feet but the boots looked like a kid's cheap knockoff. In fact her sister, size 8, could barely fit her feet inside the,. I called customer service and a very nice representative exchanged them for me. I do love Zappos' service and employees. No one is better at what they do than you. But I am still extremely disappointed that our second pair turned out to be just as small, lightweight and cheap looking/feeling as the pair before. Comparing these new boots to Uggs my daughter owns there is no way that the sizing is the same! The sole was nearly 2" shorter, shaft shorter by 1½" and circumference 2" narrower. The sheepskin itself and fleece lining felt cheap and thin. I think I was most disappointed in the advice I was given regarding Uggs quality. I was told that Standard Uggs like the ones I ordered do not have reliable sizing. Supposedly, the special versions might fit like previously ordered Uhhs. It was suggested I order one of the special styles meaning that I will need to spend more money. I do not know about the rest of you, but I believe Uggs quality should not diminish and that spending this much should guarantee boots that fit. I am not sure what to do now, but I will definitely think twice about ordering another pair of Uggs from Zappos.

I bought these boots about 1 year ago. The seam in the back, from the heel to the lower calf, is now splitting. I called Zappos, and apparently these boots are only meant to last 4-6 months. Quite honestly, cheap imitations will last only that long, so I don't recommend purchasing these boots if you think they will last more than one year. I'm very careful with my footwear, but as a second-grade teacher in Wisconsin, I wore these boots for recess duty and crossing-guard duty. Many of my colleagues wear Uggs for these purposes. My next pair of boots will be some cheap imitations from Target as I won't cry any tears if they fall apart at the end of the season. Very disappointing for the price.

Uggs makes an inferior product, we bought a pair for my daughter, they fell apart in 6 months and the company refused to replace. we will never buy Uggs again and I highly recommend you look for a more reputable company.

I am upset at the quality. Very surprised. I love UGGS. They stained, even after being treated and the toe lining area is already getting worn. I am surprised at the quality and my daughter is very disappointed. She saved her own money for these.
