I purchased these for my daugher that's in college. She emailed me to tell me to order them a size smaller than she normally wears because they run large. She had tried on her roommate's Uggs that's a size smaller and they fit perfectly. Glad she informed me because I would have ordered them too large.

I purchased these shoes for the winter season, and they are amazing! Perfect for the cold, and perfect with most any outfit! Listen to them when they say order a size down. And they came very fast, it was hardly a wait at all. Thank you Zappos for being there for me!

Great boot! Comfy! I wear it inside - outside - walking the dogs - just love this! I'm a size 10 and this fit perfectly.

These are my second pair of Uggs and I love them. I decided to get another pair since I don't want to wear the same pair of boots every day when it's cold. In both this pair and my first pair of Uggs I purchased a 9 when I normally wear a 10. Even though the 9s fit I still wish they would make these in half sizes since a 9.5 would fit me better. If you're unsure of your size, I recommend ordering both your normal size and the size below. Zappos sends items so quickly and makes returns so easy that this is your best option. I love how these come in so many different colors. I got mine in Lapis which is a beautiful shade of blue. If you wear a larger size like me I would recommend purchasing these in either the medium or darker shades since they will help make your feet look not quite as large like Ugg boots tend to do. My first pair of Uggs were a lace-up-the-side taller chocolate brown boot. I think those keep my feet warmer than these classic shorts do since that suede is a thicker, more sturdy material whereas these are more like bedroom slippers. However, I like how with these I can both tuck in my pants and wear them over the boot shaft. These are great for slip on and go as well whereas the others take some time to get on. All in all I love both of my Ugg since they're so warm and comfortable. I am so glad I have them, especially when I have to wait outside in the freezing cold for the bus.

I got these in chocolate a month ago and I absolutely love them! These are my second pair of Uggs from Zappos. I wear them every day in snow and everything, they are so strong and durable! Thank you Zappos for giving me such fast shipping and also being so helpful. I ordered the wrong size and they sent me a different pair even though the other ones were on the way! So helpful!

I love UGG, and I buy them for all the family. A size 8 corresponds to a 38 European. The color is very pleasant.

I love my Uggs! They are so comfy and they hold up very well. I also bought the water repellent that came with it and it works! Buying this product from Zappos saved me time and money. If I bought this from the store I also would have to pay taxes on top of the retail price, at Zappos they were only the retail! I'm always going to shop at Zappos!

Love! Black Uggs in my opinion are probably the best color. They match with everything, don't show dirt and you can even wear them with somewhat dressier outfits. Love them!

I fell in love with UGG boots about six years ago and haven't turned my back on them ever since. Last year, I ordered a pair of the Classic Short boots and they fast became my favorite during the fall and winter. Sometimes I wore them in the spring or summer with jeans, they are that comfortable and cute! Normally I wear a size 8, but I wear 7 in the UGG brand. The most comfortable, soft shoes my feet have ever had. They keep my feet warm and I like to wear them tucked into skinny jeans as well. I currently have them in the chestnut color, but I can't wait to try them in black and chocolate. These boots will never go out of style! Please keep in mind these boots aren't waterproof or stain proof, so buy the kit from Zappos to keep them looking and smelling fresh.

I've worn Ugg boots for the past 15 years, and consider them a staple in my closet for the colder months. I own several different styles, and bought this Classic Short in Nopal to replace my last pair, (well-worn after 7 years). A new pair of Uggs is like walking on a plush cloud - Love them! This color is almost an army/camo green, which I thought was a deeper, prettier shade in person than the online pic. I've gone down a size as recommended when buying Uggs in the past, which works out when they are worn in a bit, (the suede will stretch some with wear). But I have also had good luck with choosing closer to my regular size, (I wear a 9.5, and bought a 9 this time). These fit fine, and give a slight bit more room for my toes without being too loose or too long.

I love these boots and I love Zappos! What would I do without Zappos? I was lucky enough to jump on a pair of Ugg Classic short boots that were on sale. I think the color was Turkish Tile? Anyway, they arrived today and they are great. Years ago I bought a very light blue pair that have grown pretty ragged and I wanted to replace them with another blue pair. While the new pair is much darker than my originals, I think they will actually go with more in my wardrobe. I have several pairs of Uggs in my closet, I cannot stop myself! They are warm when I want them to be and comfortable when I do not. I live in Southern California and I have a few pairs that I wear almost year round. You cannot go wrong with Uggs!

You can never go wrong with an Ugg Classic Short. I bought these after I wore out my first pair that I lasted me for 6 years. Super comfy and the chestnut color matches with everything.

The fit is perfect. I love it. It is very cozy and warm just like walking on a cloud, over all I really love it.

These are so beautiful! True to size! There's no arch support, but they're so comfy! If you need an arch support, buy a Dr. Scholls. Just as in stores, but no tax and no shipping! Zappos rocks!

These are extremely comfortable and warm. I wish I had the choice of original light color fur for the black classic short. The issue of dye is always my concern.

Very comfortable shoes, especially with this season. They are a bit snug so go with your true size. I had ordered my shoes yesterday in afternoon and came in today!

I cannot believe that I waited so long to buy my first pair of Uggs! They are so awesome and I can see why they have a five star rating after so many reviews! They are amazingly comfortable and cozy, with no sweating! I bought the Chestnut and Lapis and both are beautiful. I can see why they are all the rage and also why many customers have been loyal to Uggs for so many years. I had no idea that they felt so wonderful on your bare feet. I found the sizing to be right on, too! If you are debating because of the price, I highly recommend splurging because I now know that they are worth every penny. I am now hoping for more colors! These booths speak for itself. Ugg makes a great product and the boots are comfortable and has lots of style. Just order it a full size smaller as they fit to your foot and they stretch a little.
