I am a 7/12 and originally ordered a size smaller per instructions on the website. I had to return them for an 8. Easy, quick return with free shipping-that is why I order from Zappos!

Stylish and comfortable for casual wear. I had a black pair and loved it enough to order another one in Chocolate Brown. It keeps my bare feet nice and toasty. Zappos is the greatest!

Bought these for my daughter which she loves but after 2nd time wearing had a stain that was unremovable even with the protect-ant. They were so awesome and replaced the damaged pair. I would say if you ever to buy anything that you want that you can get from Zappos, they are definitely a good customer service company.

Just recently ordered from Zappos for several holiday gifts. Was extremely happy with the product and even more pleased with time in which the items were delivered. Will continue to order from Zappos in the future.

These are surprisingly comfortable. I have really boney feet and shoes are often uncomfortable. These feel like wearing slippers with a thicker sole. I tried the knockoff brands and they just aren't the same. These are worth the money. They do fit snugly but in a comfy way. I bought my normal size. You do want these to be snug or else your sock bunches up inside.

I purchased these for a Christmas gift for my daughter. I thought the order process was simple and arrived very quickly. I have ordered from here before and have always been pleased with the service.

Love you Uggs! Always and forever. I'm pretty sure that I got my first pair of Uggs when I was around 16 (I'm 23 now). I am usually a 7.5 in mostly every shoe, in these I am a 7 because the 8 looks to big on my foot. These are a classic color and go with pretty much everything, I've had a pair before these but they were 7 years old and needed to be given away. I love these so much that they are still sitting in the box because they are so pretty and I don't wanna wear them, but I feel that its getting colder out so I know that I will put them to good use. These are worth the price, and there are even safe ways to wash them if you YouTube some videos on how to clean my Ugg boots. Get them! Don't think twice!

Okay, so I don't get the whole Uggs thing and to me they are Uggly. But I am just the financier and I do understand they are the must have boot for the teenage girl crowd. They appear to be well made. They certainly are warm and comfortable, I am told. Be careful of the fake Uggs out there selling for 1/2 the retail price. A give away is a website where the Ingrish translation is just a bit off. You can never go wrong with Zappos if you do not mind paying retail.

Perfect boots to keep your feet toasty warm this winter. I have several pairs of Uggs in fun colors, I went for the black because it goes with everything. I spray mine with scotchgard, and that does wonders keeping rain out!

Great boot - Highly recommended! I own too many pairs of Ugg as I am a fanatic and the short are still my favorite. They are like slippers and I don't go anywhere without them. I would definitely recommend going down a size as once the shearling molds to your foot they may fit a little loose if you go with your normal size.

I love my Uggs! (Wish they weren't made in China though.) They run big and I wear a 9.5 or 10 in woman's, but in Uggs I ordered a 9 an they're a tad too big.

Excellent product. Very soft to the skin. Very light and very warm even at minus 30. May not be very durable in wet, sludgy snow; however, their main use is for dry and cold weather. I bought them for my wife to walk out our little one. She loves them! Obviously they are not fashionable. We think this is not the main purpose.

These boots are very comfortable, warm, and fashionable. I only wish there was more arch support. I always order a half size smaller to ensure a good fit. If you have foot problems and want a trendy look other than mile high heels, Uggs are a must. I hate to be a brand snob, but the cheap knock-offs are okay if you are under age 21. Sometimes you got to pay retail!

I love my new UGG classic short boots, I ordered my usual size, they are great.

Bought these for my 30 year old daughter. She loves them. We already knew to order 1 size down as they run large.

I would recommend these to anyone. I recieved my order exactly when they said I would, and these boots are amazing! I bought 2 pairs for my daughters, and I can hardly wait for Christmas to give them to them. Best purchase I've made in a long time!

I bought the new Neon Jade with the black soles and all I can say is, Holy Cow! They are hot! I love the black soles and tag on the back, they are so different. If you're scared you cant pull of the sparkles, these are a good stand-in. You will be noticed!

I normally wear a size 6-6.5, so I ordered the size 6 based on people's advice. Unfortunately, these were just a touch small so I had to return them and order the size 7. Love Zappos quick shipping and their excellent service!

I am fat with a wide foot so. Ordered a larger size but they are comfy on fat girl feet!

I love these boots, I got them in Sangria and they are amazing. The color is uncommon and the comfort is spectacular. These boots do run a little big. I wear and 8 1/2 sometimes 9 and an 8 fits perfect. I also own a pair of the classic tall, I just love Ugg boots, don't wear them in the rain though.

What can I say? Another terrific Zappos customer service experience. I own several pair of Ugg Boots, and the classic short are my favorite. However, I must have a slightly bad pair, as they came with a slight stain on the top. Living where I do, I just went ahead and kept them. Otherwise, I highly recommend both the product and certainly the company!

These are soft and comfy, and I love them! They are probably a 1/2 size too small, but I couldn't wait to exchange, so I just kept them. I would suggest ordering a 1/2 size up from the regular size. They are as awesome as everyone says they are. I hope they last forever. I wear them every day...and I'm sad when I'm not wearing them.
