Arrived on time, in perfect condition. Love that there was no tax and free return shipping if I would have needed to. My whole family loves Zappos!

After having worn out my last pair of shearling (not UGG) boots I was in need a a new pair. These were just what I was looking for. When I got them they did feel slightly tight (but nothing like a half size too small just snug). I'm guessing the lining will compress as I wear them and they won't be as snug. I've worn them a ton since receiving them. Love them!

Bought these boots for a Xmas present. My daughter loved them. In fact she used them before the holiday. Great shipping, arrived in plenty of time. She wears an 8 1/2 so bought the 8 and they fit great.

Great boots, very comfortable and warm. Great price at Zappos! They suggest going a half size down and that was right on.

I love the Uggs I received from Zappos! I placed my order one day and the very next day I received my boots. Great company to deal with, I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I'm very satisfied. I've never received such great fast service from a mail order company. The Uggs are perfect but have not yet tried the water shoes.

I got these boots for a buddy of mine to give to his wife. She absolutely loves them! The price is ridiculous, but with Uggs (it is what it is). I ordered these boots on Dec. 23rd, and they were delivered Dec. 24th (less than 24 hours after I purchased them) I don't know how Zappos does it, as they must have the hook ups with UPS.

What can I say about UGGs? They are a quality product that is all the rage. Bottom line, my teens don't fight me to wear boots to keep their feet warm and dry and cool! More importantly is the quality and service provided by Zappos! Awesome company that is built on principles that will keep customers happy!

I am a new customer to Zappos and was very pleased with the overall purchase. Delivery was timely and the Uggs were neatly packaged and wrapped. The color was exactly as it appeared on the website and great detail on quality and fit.

These are super comfortable and fit true to size with regular socks or stockings. Maybe get a half size larger to wear thick winter socks. Great quality!

These are by far my favorite boots to wear during the winter. Where I live it gets well-below freezing and these boots keep my feet nice and cozy! These definitely are not good for walking long distances though, because they do not have any arch support. Other than that, however, they are perfect! I own two pairs already and when they wear out I am definitely buying new ones.

Wish I would have known sooner how wonderful Uggs breathe and you don't sweat. Amazing.

Not sure whether people should listen about buying a size down. Mine were so narrow I had a hard time fitting my feet into the top of the boot and I got a 7 when I usually wear a 7 1/2 and they were so tight across the top of my foot and no room in the toe, that I had to return them for an eight, which is not in stock so I have to get a refund. Bummed.

Like other reviewers have stated, these boots fit true to size. These boots were ordered for my daughter for Chistmas, and in the past, she needed a smaller size. However, after reading the reviews, I went a 1/2 size up. She wears a 7 1/2 normally, so I ordered the 8 and it fit perfectly. Great quality, nice and comfy, warm and cozy for the winter.

These are the best boots by far! They are so comfortable and are stylish to any outfit!

Very cozy, I usually wear an 8.5 so ordered an 8 and they fit great. Felt a bit tight over the top of my foot for a few days but they soon stretched out and now are perfect.

These shoes are amazing! I love them! I wear my black ones like every day and they go with everything even brown! I would recommend these in a heartbeat! Totally worth the price!

This marks the 5th pair of Uggs my daughter has owned but only the first we have purchased from Zappos. The pricing was the same across the board but the fact that I didn't have to wait in line and fight a million people was priceless. I purchased 4 gifts from Zappos for Christmas presents and, while one has to be returned, there were no disappointed faces today. Thanks Zappos! I will always come back!

I bought these for my wife and she loves them. Says there the most comfortable boots she owns. Surprised she's not trying to wear them to bed.

These boots are wonderful. They are very comfortable, very warm and definitely are a little larger in size.

Love them! These boots are excellent and were comfortable as soon as I put them on. I was pleasantly surprised that my feet did not get too hot during the entire day of wearing them.
