Fantastic service...we were purchasing Uggs for our granddaughter but she had to try them on. We live on one coast and she on the other which confused the matter. I have many of the UGG classic short boots. All are super warm, very stain resistant and super comfy. I am a 9.5, and I always order a 9. I was interested in the new color and was not disappointed. It is very neutral and compliments my wardrobe.

These boots are great! They're nice and warm, and I don't need to use thick socks. :) I am very happy with the purchase and with Zappos.

I love my Uggs. They keep my feet so warm, and they're cute and comfy. I wasn't sure whether to order the 7 or the 8, but I'm glad I went with the 7. At first they felt a bit snug (because I'm more of a 7.5), but I think they've stretched out a bit. They fit great now! If you're deciding between 2 sizes, go with the smaller size.

I purchased these as a gift for my granddaughter. She loves them! They are very comfortable and keep her feet toasty warm.

To chime in on the size issue - I normally wear a 9.5-10 W or WW, and the Ugg size 10 fits me perfectly. I held off on buying these for years because I heard they were tight and I have an extra wide foot, but I found that the width with my usual size was perfect. Maybe they are only considered tight when one follows the commonly seen advice of ordering a size down. I think these boots are amazingly comfortable (for short walks, I haven't attempted any long walks because I've heard they don't offer the proper support for that.) Love them, and already ordered several pairs... hey, Chicago winter lasts 5 months!

Once you slip on these boots you'll feel why so many people wear them no matter what the season or reason. That's right bikini beach wearing Ugg-ers, you know who you are. Personally I wouldn't wear to the beach but everyone has to chart their own path. So comfortable, so warm, so inviting. Order a size down as recommended, better than expected traction (probably not the best for deep snow or heavy rain). Cute with legging, stockings or skinny jeans. Be prepared for foot bliss.

My sister would always where the off brand versions of these boots. I bought these for my sister for Christmas. She said they are so comfortable that she can now see why some women would where them all the time. She absolutely loved them.

These were purchased for a Christmas gift along with another boot The gifted loves them and has worn them ten times to once the other style. Fit is great, color is rich and perfect, and service very quick and easy!

This is my third pair of Uggs and nothing out there compares. I still wear my first pair that are about 18 years old and after putting in new insoles, they feel like a new on the inside, except for how they look on the outside. The service from Zappos was excellent and I plan to continue purchasing from them.

Zappos was great to deal with, after receiving the Uggs, they did not fit. I called and was issued a return authorization. Within 3 days the new size arrived. Excellent customer service.

I love Zappos because it's convenient easy to shop, big variety, lots to choose from, prices are right, shipment shipping is quick easy fast free. I've told so many of my family and friends. When I am looking for something different this where I come. I've never been disappointed. The Uggs, well, I have five pairs what does that tell you , I want one more which are the gray ones. I'm on my feet all day, they are like wearing slippers, they are so warm. I got three pair - gave them for Xmas gifts. The Uggs are the best boots ever.

Bought these boots for my granddaughter. They were just what she wanted however she got another pair from boyfriend. Guess which pair she is keeping! We will order the other pair she liked.

The UGG Classic Short boot is first-class. I am 67 years old and feared that I might look ridiculous in such a stylish, modern boot. But I have received nothing but compliments. My friends are jealous. The boots are very comfortable right out of the box. The sizing was spot-on. There is a disclaimer from UGG that these boots are not made for icy conditions. Pay attention to that.

I am normally a 9 or 9 1/2 and got an 8 in Uggs and they fit perfect! Best suggestion is go to a nearby store and try them on just to make sure on your size. I did not buy mine in a store because they were a gift so online was better.

My daughter wanted a fun color to add to "our" collection of Uggs for her birthday & these are perfect! Color is beautiful & look awesome with with jeans & black leggings, all she wears! I look forward to borrowing them! We love our Uggs, none cozier!

I have wide (D), flat feet and have lots of trouble finding comfortable boots/shoes that keep my feet warm. I have hip problems so I can't easily bend to put socks on - now I don't have to! These are the greatest and slip on nicely using a long shoe horn - they're comfortable all day and if I could afford it, I'd order a pair in every color!

True to how they size. Order one size down or half size if you wear a half size! Perfect quality & security tags do you know you're getting the real deal. Present for my Granddaughter & she was thrilled.
