Love the UGG boot! It took me a while to get the correct size, but once it came in, I have been practically sleeping in those boots. They are incredibly comfortable and super-light!

TRUE COMFORT! Classic Short in Chocolate--just received my first pair and I absolutely LOVE them! The Tall one is on my list for next winter. I'm a size 7-1/2 so I ordered a 7 and they are still a bit loose. Thicker socks should solve the problem, but will go with a size 6 for my next order. Thank you Zappos for your excellent customer service/satisfaction. My order was shipped within hours of my ordering, but I actually received it 3 days later due to snowy, bad road conditions. BUT I'm still very pleased that Zappos did their part and promptly shipped it out.

Ugg Classic Short - I love these boots! They are so warm and comfortable, I wear them almost everyday. They also go with a lot of colors that I wear. Zappos has the best service; I got them a day after I ordered them. Amazing!

Ugg Classic Short - I ordered the Ugg Classic Short in "chocolate". It is SO comfortable! I ordered them on Wednesday around noon, and I got it on Thursday! I think it feels a half size larger than marked, so order a half size or full size smaller than your size. I am a 7 and my mom is a 7.5 -- the size 6 fits us perfect! I think this is great because it is more comfortable than slippers! I love it!! It looks great, too. I love them. <<3*

Ugg Classic Short in Sand - I recently purchased the Ugg Classic Short in Sand and they are the best ever. They are so warm and so comfortable. I can't believe this is the first pair I have ever owned. I usually wear a 6 1/2 or 7 and I ordered a size 6 based on other peoples recommendations and they fit perfectly. These shoes are AWESOME.

I'm in Heaven - I received my boots today from Zappos. I've been looking for some for months. The weather here is below zero but my feet are heavenly warm. I wear a size 9 and an 8 fit great. I love Zappos and I LOVE my new Uggs!!

These boots are so comfortable. No breaking in needed. Most reviews say to buy smaller. However, I wear an 8 shoe (sometimes even 7 1/2) and bought the 8 Ugg. They fit perfectly. They are worth the money.

Uggs Classic Short - I just bought my 1st pair of Uggs and I absolutely love them. They are so cute and are very comfortable. I wish I could own these in every color. Zappos is so AWESOME. I ordered these boots at 6pm and received them (in a snow storm) at 330pm the very next day. I love the boots and I love shopping at Zappos!!

LOVE ZAPPOS AND LOVE THESE BOOTS!! I just made my first purchase on Zappos.com yesterday at 3:45pm. It is now not even 2pm and my UPS man just delivered my boots! GREAT SERVICE! So, I was an UGG hater but friends convinced me to try these boots and I have to tell you that they are so comfy I think I will be buying the Classic Talls in the next week or so... man, if I'd only conformed a couple of years ago when they first became popular ;) PS - I usually wear 8 or sometimes 8 1/2 and I ordered in a 7 - perfect fit!

Love Uggs! The Classic Short is my third pair of Uggs and I love them! The chestnut color is so cute... it looks great with everything! The chestnut color doesn't show as much dirt and wear as the sand color of my other Uggs. I've been enjoying them all winter and know I'll enjoy them for years to come!

Classic short - I ordered these boots for my daughter, and she loves them. They have kept her feet warm and comfortable, without socks, even during our below-zero cold snap. She has a couple of other pairs of Uggs and loves them as well. We are very satisfied with Zappos' service.

Great "throw on" boot - This boot is extremely comfortable, easy to put on and take off and definitely keeps your toes warm. They look great with jeans, and even if you're not wearing skinny jeans, it's easy to get your jeans in them if you want, as opposed to the tall boots. I usually wear an 8 to 8 1/2, but got size 7 and they fit perfect (no socks!).

My Chocolate Uggs - I wear a size 7 1/2 so I order a 7 and they fit perfect. The chocolate Uggs are my 3rd pair. The chestnut classic short is still by far my favorite. Zappos by far is the best shoe store. They actually seem to get the Uggs quicker then Ugg Australia. Don't get frustrated if they don't have your size, just keep checking every day (even a couple times a day) I promise you will get them. I checked several times a day. I won't shop anywhere else. The free overnight shipping is the best! I love Zappos.

Warm, Comfy, All Around Awesome! I finally got my own pair of UGGS after all this time...they are fantastic!!! I wear a 9.5 and got a 9 and they are fine. Perfect for the cold weather months...I have worn with bare feet only and even in the coldest temperatures my feet are always warm! Well worth the money. I will buy another pair next year.

Size & Staffing - I have to tell you that the Chocolate Ugg was a hot ticket item this Christmas among the preteen set in my area - I actually had my act together and got my order in (youth size) before Thanksgiving, but, alas, my child's foot grew and we had one disappointed 11 year old on our hands...My service woman combed the site and was able to find an adult size (last one) in my daughter's size & color (albeit more $$)- she was extremely helpful, polite AND had a sense of humor - my daughter had her beloved Uggs the next day (free overnight shipping) and they have barely left her feet since. Warm, fuzzy, comfy, and a beautiful color I find myself in them after she has gone to bed! Thanks.

I love my Uggs - If I could wear an entire suit made of Uggs, I would. While Uggs aren't the prettiest shoe around, they are the warmest and most comfortable shoe. You could be standing in a pile of snow with nothing but Uggs on and still be warm. I had tall Uggs before I purchased this pair and I love the short ones even more! From someone who doesn't spend a lot of money on shoes, these we worth the money!

Classic Short Ugg's - I ordered the Classic Short Ugg's in Chestnut as a Christmas gift for my daughter. She loves them!! She wears them everywhere. She usually wears a size 6 or 6 1/2 in women’s, but she needed a size 5 in the Ugg's. Even then, they were a little big since she wears them without socks (that's what is recommended). I'll buy her another pair in another color next year for Christmas, too.

SOO WARM!!!!! Just received these boots this evening and I LOVE them! I normally wear a 9 so I ordered the 8 and they are still a bit big, but I will deal with it. My feet are warm for the first time in weeks, even without socks! Hubby made fun of me for ordering them, but I think they are worth every penny! I did, however, give them only 4 stars for comfort: they are extremely warm, cuddly, and soft, but there isn't much cushion like I thought there would be. Comfy, overall, nevertheless. Thanks Zappos for another great ordering experience!

Incredibly comfortable - These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I got a full size smaller than I normally wear, and they feel like a soft, furry glove on my feet. They arrived less than 24 hours after ordered on Zappos.com!

Love Uggs Love Zappos - At Thanksgiving I tried my niece’s Classic Shorts on and loved them I ordered a pair of Uggs Classic Short in chocolate for my husband to give me for Christmas. I am normally a size 7 but my niece’s boots were a size 5 so I ordered a size 5. They are a little tight in the toe but everyone has assured me that they will stretch. I have worn them constantly and decided I wanted a second pair in sand. I just happened to be on Zappos yesterday afternoon helping my sister look for something and checked the status for the Classic Short. I got lucky and they had 1 size 6 in sand. I ordered them at 3:20 afternoon and the boots arrived at 10:50 this morning. Not even 24 hours!!!! The size 5 between the size 6 is a difference. The 6 my big toe does not hit the front of the boot as the boot stretches out is plan on wearing sox. Thanks again Zappos.

Love these Ugg boots! Really loved the boots so comfortable, service was great at zappos, no complaints here! Size-wise it's not on the mark but they tell you to order a size smaller so no problem.

Super warm, super soft - I can’t believe how warm and comfortable these boots are. My son plays ice hockey, so my feet are always in a cold rink somewhere, but thanks to these boots they're never cold anymore. They’re so soft and comfy- I love wearing them without socks...they run a size to a size and a half big so be aware of that when ordering. I have wide feet but they're roomy and they contour to your feet. I love, love love these boots. I highly recommend these for everyone!!!!!!!!!

I bought these for my daughter and she absolutely loves them. The color is great and they look cool with just about anything! I tried them on and I love them as well. Next pair I purchase will be for me! She says they are so comfortable...that's all she wants to wear.

Great Buy! The Ugg boot is very comfortable and warm. They have the classic look that goes with just about any outfit. And I really did receive them the next day. It is wise to order one shoe size down from your actual size.

Ugg Classic Short - LOVE my boots. It's like wearing slippers all the time! So comfy & cozy! Although I have some foot problems, I am comfortable wearing them for extended periods of time, even shopping. Love Zappos, too. Awesome service.
