Amazing - I only got my boots today and I am so excited! I tried a couple of different styles from Uggs and couldn't get the size right. I wear a 7.5 and the size 6 fits perfectly. Zappos is so great with shipping coming in a day and the free return policy is absolutely amazing! I only buy shoes online at Zappos!

Love my Uggs - I love my Uggs, they are very comfortable. I usually wear a size 7 1/2 and ordered the size 7. I'm glad that I didn't go down the recommended size and a half! I was also thrilled with the overnight shipping. I honestly did not expect to see my boots the very next day! I would definitely order from Zappos again.

Ugg short - The best boots ever! I have worn Ugg-like fake boots last winter and wanted to get genuine Uggs for long time. This winter, I finally decided to get them (although, winter was almost over when I got them) but it was almost impossible to get them! (Even from Zappos) I have been checking regularly to see it they become available and the moment I saw them, I ordered them. I usually wear size 6 1/2, sometimes 6 and ordered 5 for this boots and fit perfectly. At fist they seem a little tight but got stretched a little later. I have bought cleaning kit together with these and it seems to do its job as well. So soft and warm. I hardly wear other shoes after I bought them. I definitely recommend these!

I love these shoes! I'm so glad that Zappos emailed me when these shoes arrived in my size. I bought both the chocolate pair and the chestnut pair and sent the chocolate ones back. They fit perfectly and are so comfortable. Zappos makes buying shoes so easy and they were at my door in 1 day after being shipped! Great shoes!

Uggs and Zappos - a great combination! These boots are soo comfortable. I originally ordered a size 8 for my 8.5 size feet but had to reorder them in a size 7 and they fit perfectly. I get so many compliments on my boots. They are very warm (even in 10 degree weather!). Highly recommend both Zappos and Uggs.

You gotta have boot! My daughter has been patiently waiting for this boot (to add to her Ugg collection) for three months! Yours is the only site in the western hemisphere where we could get it! Maybe we just lucked out (right place at the right time). But if Zappos isn't the right place, no place is! Boot is terrific, like all the others, and when you've given up all hope of finding the boot (or shoe) you want, give Zappos another try. Thank you, Zappos!

Classic Ugg - The most comfortable boot I've ever worn. No knock off will come even close.

Great boots!! I ordered these boots for my daughter and they are great. The shipping was free for returns also and they came in an extremely short time. The quality is well worth the price, they are the warmest boots you will ever find. My daughter is a 7 and I found them pretty close to size maybe a little bit larger but a smaller size would not have worked. I am very glad I ordered the true size.

Love the classics - These are my favorite shoes. I have them in 3 different colors. I like the Short better than the Tall because they are looser around my calves. I usually wear a 6.5 or a 7 but in the Ugg boots I wear a 6 and they are very comfortable.

Most comfortable boot ever - I have five pairs of Ugg boots and am very happy with all of them. They are the most comfortable pair of boots or shoes that I have ever owned. I would recommend these to anybody that loves the comfort of slippers. I have a neuroma on my feet that gives me problems with most shoes and boots, but these boots do not give me any problems whatsoever. I will continue to buy Ugg products and am looking forward to new styles for spring. I wear a size 7 shoe and I ordered a size 6 in all of my Uggs and they fit perfectly.

Best Shoe Purchase Made! I am very pleased and very happy with my UGG purchase from Zappos. They recommended that you buy a size down from what you wear as these boots do run one size bigger which is very true. I even bought a pair as a gift. This is the best purchase in boots I have made. They keep your feet warm & dry. Highly recommend these boots.

I love these boots...they are my 3rd pair of Uggs ordered from Zappos. Warm and comfortable best describe them, but stylish would be a key word also. I have learned after my first Ugg boot purchase to order at least a size smaller than I wear because they run large and stretch.

Great winter boot - Uggs are the best! They're like wearing your slippers, so warm and soft inside. Be sure and order a whole size smaller than your normal size. You won't find a better website to buy from than Zappos. Purchases and returns are fast and easy and the customer service can't be beat!

Love my Uggs! Love, love, love my Uggs! Couldn't find them in any stores, but found them here. Can't take them off my feet- they are so great. I wear a 9 normally and ordered an 8. They are a little big, but ok with socks on. Great boots, well worth the money.

Fabulous - The boots are exactly what I was expecting. They are so warm and really do keep my feet one temperature. They are so comfortable; I would recommend that anyone get UGGS. I think that they are a little bigger than the size that was marked, about a half size larger.

UGGS - FINALLY - I had trouble with the sizes on this. Tried the smaller size as suggested and it was too small. 1/2 sizes would be perfect but the next size up was out of stock. Ordered it as soon as it was available & it's great.

Uggs - These are great, love them. Wish they had half sizes, a little big but a whole size down would probably be too small.

Comfy Uggs! Not only are they the hit of the young and college scene, but this 51 year old lady loves 'em, too. They are so warm and comfortable and look chic "to boot". Look for them on the deck at major US National Swim meets and maybe the summer Olympic as US swimmers love them!

Love my Uggs! I finally took the plunge and bought Uggs. I had a look-a-like for a couple of years that were beginning to wear out so I bought some "real" ones. So glad I did. Very comfortable. They are the best! I normally wear anywhere from a 9, 9 1/2 or 10. The 9 fits perfectly. Thanks, Zappos!

Classic Short survey - My daughter was extremely happy to receive the boots for her birthday! I was extremely happy to find them available through your website since the only local store now carrying them had a delayed shipment and couldn't guarantee the size or color. Great job! Caitlin had a pair of EMUs that wore out very quickly and did not have the support for her foot that this boot has.

Ugg, there is no comparison! You pay for the name, but the comfort and looks are worth it!
