Great Boot - I love my Uggs, I was advised to order a size 5 although I usually wear a 6.5. They fit fine, can't wait to save up for another pair. Received my boots in 16 hours, that is beyond fast shipping!

Love these boots, I hardly take them off. I just ordered another pair, so I have brown as well. These are the warmest and most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. Thanks to Zappos, I ordered a size down. Usually wear a 9, got an 8 and is still a bit big... could have done a 7, but I'm okay with them a little big. The black is great, stays clean and is perfect for walkin’ in water and snow... soles are better than expected. Are a little clunky lookin’, but they’re Uggs... who cares! Will buy Uggs from Zappos several more times.

The cutest ugly shoes in the world! There must be thousands of reviews on this boot! I've resisted them for years being a designer "pretty" shoe kind of person, but finally bought a pair to wear around the house to keep my feet warm. I swore I'd never wear them out. Well, they've grown on me! With my skinny jeans tucked into the Uggs, I feel just as chic as my most beautiful Bally boots and my feet are way warmer! I took Zappos’ advice and ordered a size smaller and they're perfect.

LOVE MY UGGS - This is the 1st time I am wearing UGGS & they are the most comfortable shoe. I enjoy wearing them & they look stylish with jeans, etc.

I Love THEM - I love my Ugg Classic Shorts! They are easy to get on and off and they are not nearly as hot as the Tall. I strongly recommend them!

Ugg Boots - Ordered a size smaller as I know Uggs run big. Loved the overnight shipping as I need them for an unexpected trip to frigid Minnesota... and they were sooo comfy and warm!

Uggs are "UGGly", but warm and comfy - Good thing these boots are "in" because they are incredibly comfortable. I have a wide foot and fit is a big issue for me. These are marvelous. I even wear them around the house. Not the sexiest shoe, but well, they're in… so it's OK.

I LOVE MY UGGS - These are the most comfortable boots available on the market. It is no surprise you can't find them. I now have them in four colors and wear them constantly. A must have for the wintertime since you just slip them on and go. Very warm as well - I love my Uggs!!!

Ugg Classic Short - The Uggs were a gift for my Granddaughter and in her words, "They are perfection, Grandma!" She loves them, the fit and look were perfect. I can't think of a negative word regarding the quality, look, or comfort of the Ugg Classic Short.

The best gift ever! I bought these boots for my 16 year old niece. I have never had such a great reaction from a very excited teenager! I became her favorite aunt! She wears a size 12 shoe and has a hard time being stylish. The size 11s fit her great.

Love this shoe - This shoe feels like I'm wearing a slipper all day and it’s incredibly warm. My feet certainly aren't cold, but they also don't get all sweaty either which is good. Not to mention how stylish they are!

Love ‘em!!! I absolutely love, love, love my Uggs!!! I ordered the Chestnut Short and they are sooo cute! They are so comfortable, stylish, and are wearable with anything and everything. I usually wear them with my jeans or sweats tucked in them and it always completes an outfit. Also… shipping is quick and easy, I ordered them at night and got them around noon the very next day! Zappos is awesome...again! Zappos one day delivery service is amazing! The latest pair of Uggs arrived at my door in less than 24 hours. My college student daughter loves her Uggs. It is all she wears on campus to keep her feet toasty warm. Her foot is a size 7 and the women's 6 fits her perfectly. This is the 6th pair that she owns! Thanks Zappos!

ZAPPOS, I LOVE YOU - I got these in chocolate and will wear them for years to come. A GOOD INVESTMENT for your feet in the winter! Just be sure to WATERPROOF THEM or spots from water will ruin them quickly. They aren't made for snow.

Love Uggs! I love love love these boots! I've debated for a long time if these boots were worth the money. Well I finally gave in and bought a pair and I love them! The suggestion to go down a size is very true. I wear a true size 10 and with these I had to get a 9 since the 10 was too big. They are amazing boots. Comfortable and warm and perfect timing since it's freezing temps now!

THANK YOU!!!!!!! The UGG boots are great. I’m on my third pair and they all look great and feel great, too. I just love them; you can wear them any time with sweatpants and a sweatshirt or something fancier. But the sizes are sort of weird, so if you wear a 7.5 or an 8 order a size 8. They feel a lot better than the size 7. But when you order them also get the cleaning kit just in case you get them dirty!!

Favorite Shoes - This is my second pair. I love them, well worth the money. I usually have cold feet but never wearing these boots. They are the best. Order a size smaller than you usually wear.

I normally wear a size 10 shoe so I ordered a 9. Still way too big, I could feel my feet sliding around when I put them on to try them out. I'm sending them back for an 8 which is disappointing because I waited for a long time for these to even be available! However, I ordered them yesterday around 3pm and had them in my hands this morning around 11am. Awesome service! Just hope I don't have to wait too long before an 8 is available! These boots are so soft and comfy; I didn't want to take them off to return them.
