There is no better company where you can order any brand or type of shoe wear than Zappos. they are so customer friendly with free shipping both ways. A great organization to purchase shoes. I can't imagine buying shoes from a mall store again. The Cole Haans were as advertised and fit perfectly!

Zappos is always so easy to work with. I have a B width foot. Some fit and some do not and require a return. Y'all are so good to work with. That is why I keep coming back! Thanks.

Made the mistake of ordering the medium width but needed the wide. Zappos made the exchange very easy. By a long shot the best customer service on the web. I love these loafers.

Great shoes! However, I always wear a 10 Wide in Cole Haan shoes but in this shoe, I ended up with a 91/2 Med. But, as always, Zappos worked with me with no charges for shipping until we found the correct size. Way to go Zappos! You've done it again! Superior service with a smile!

Quality shoe and excellent value! Very comfy after a little break-in period. I would recommend ordering a half size larger than what you normally wear. I had to send my original order back and exchange it -- Zappos was great with the exchange. They know how to do this business!

Clean and classy looking shoe...I wear these several times a week usually and they are holding up pretty well! They look good with khakis, the look good with jeans! I don't think I've ever gone wrong with Cole Haan.

The Cole Haan shoes are great casual look with jeans, very comfortable, and a great value at this price at Zappos.com. I also bought from Zappos.com belts that go well with these shoes from the brands Onyx by Brighton and Nocona Belt Co.

These shoes are very nice at the discounted price. The size runs just a little small. I bought a half size larger and bought the wide width because of what I read in the reviews. They fit in length but the width was too wide. It was fast and easy to send them back and Zappos refunded my money. I ordered them in the regular width and they fit. They look nice and pretty comfortable as far as a somewhat dressy loafer type of shoe goes. They look good with khaki chinos.

I believe the sole of the shoe has been fixed from quarter to half rubber sole, compliments of previous complaints. Now it's complete and a beautiful shoe.

Been searching for a great looking pair of loafers in a nice saddle leather that are available in a narrow width. These are perfect. Cole Haan never disappoints unlike other "better" brands that don't keep the quality high when making a casual shoe.

I ordered this shoe as it was one of the very few size 6 shoes offered by Zappos. This is the size I really wear, by have ordered size 7 since the past few years as that's normally the smallest shoe Zappos has available...I really did not need any shoes at the time, but found this shoe at size 6 and ordered a pair to finally have a shoe in my real size. I wore them a couple of tines and found out that this size 6 is really a little too small. My large toe on my left foot begin to hurt...I quit wearing these shoes and would like to return to Zappos for a size 7, but am afraid they will not exchange for larger size since I have worn them a couple of times.

For the price these shoes are a great deal! However, I do not think the quality is the same from what Cole Haan produced years ago.

Like the looks, although a shinier finish than what I expected, and seem to fit other than the right shoe flexing up and down, to the point it rubbed two layers of skin off the heel of my foot first time wearing them. Just wondering if there is something to fix this?

First, the Zappos experience was fantastic. This is a good looking shoe and something I wanted for the dressy casual look. Cole Haan also has a good reputation as a shoe manufacturer. Oh, and the price was right. However, I ordered my "normal" shoe size and it was very, very tight. So I used the excellent Zappos exchange program and got the next half size up. It was a better fit but not really perfect. It's still a little tight for the width and just a tad longer than it should be and tends to pull my socks down into the shoe (really annoying). I know I ordered a half size longer than normal but the "normal" size I buy was really, really uncomfortable. I'm getting used to them, though. I probably wouldn't get Cole Haan, again, because of the sizing issue. These shoes look good but they just aren't that comfortable.

These are very disappointing. On the web they looked distressed, but in reality they are to shiny. That is not what I wanted.

Great looking shoe, about 1/2 size too large, and then the awful squeaking...nearly brand new and won't wear them.

This is the second time I had purchased these shoes. The first pair was great and wore them out. This pair seemed to be a different fit for some reason. I got the same size but they are uncomfortable in the toes. It's not that the shoes are small because there is plenty of room behind the heal. Can't wear them for an extended period of time.

On the site/app these looked really great for more casual but with the quality of Cole Haan. When I got them though they were shiny leather more dressy. The pictures on the site/app don't reflect that. Also I normally wear an 11 even in CH but these were 1/2 to a full size too small still. I returned them.

I went on the website and requested all loafers 11.5 size, B width. these came up. I should have known better as Cole Hahn stopped years ago making shoes that exactly fit. Rather than making an A width and B width they came up with an N (Narrow) that is a catch all between A and B. I cant wear an N. It is slightly to narrow, but that is not what the website said. They shipped then in, they were to tight and then when I looked at the shipping form it said B Narrow. There is no such thing it is either a B or Narrow but not both.
