Disappointed to find that the size 9 M was much too wide in the heel. No 9 N available.

This is my first pair of loafers so I am hoping that they just need a little more time to break in and get comfortable. Right out of the box they're a good looking shoe but a bit more narrow than I expected. My foot is generally right on the border of normal and wide width, I ordered the normal width shoe and they're a bit tight on my foot. Length wise they fit how I would expect them to. I will give these shoes a bit of time to properly break in an conform to my foot but buyers should be aware that right out of the box they will not be the most comfortable shoes ever.

Great shoe but I was disappointing when I realized that there was a large scuff on the inside exterior of the left shoe. I returned the item and plan to re-order with the hope of getting a scuff free shoe. I'm a typical size 12 but the Cole Haans seemed a little big. not much but the size felt more like a 12.25 or 12.5.

The shoes fit fairly well, but my son said they were d" digging' into the back of his ankle and it hurt to wear them.

Last pair I bought at 10.5 size was too small. This is the size that I have always worn. I decided to go with an 11 and it is too big. Not sure what to do.

Shoes are very stiff. Wore them today, no difference. Both shoes make popping noise in the heels. Very disappointed.

Loved the shoe but it would not fit my heel. With every step, the heel would come off my foot. I had to return. Great shipping and return policy will make sure I keep trying Zappos!

Really disappointed with these shoes. They look nice but are constructed like a cheap outlet store shoe & may not last even that long. Poor quality & not at all what I expect from Cole-Haan.

These should look comfortable but were not. They had very little support and I could not wear them in any situation where i had to be on my feet for a while. Looked good - but disappointing.

Will not last long

I plan to return the shoes because the soles were too slippery. I am very concerned if I wear the shoes I will slip and fall and sustain injury.

The box contained the wrong shoes. I ordered Cole Haan Pinch Penny Black Size 15 The box was labeled correctly but contained Cole Haan Tastle shoes Black Size 14

Overall both shoes I ordered on this order were not close at all to fitting. Typically a 9 1/2 wide will fit but neither of these did. Sorry

The shoes are not e wide

I have bought many pairs of Cole Haan shoes. The last similar pair of shoes had a sole made of rubber. These shoes have soles that are painted black. The paint wears off in patches, and it appears cheap and ugly. I regret that I purchased these shoes.

We think shoe was labeled incorrectly as to the size which should have been a 16D; however inside it looked like someone wrote over in pen from a size 15B. Will be returning.

14s were to small and 15 were to big. big problem is the heel. the heel on most Cole Haan shoes are far too low and will not hold your foot. this is a recent change and has only been this way for the last few years. I have given up on the brand and i am VERY unhappy

Worn twice and they peeled, like a bad paint job....unbelievable. Cole Haan used to represent quality, what a shame.
