Exceedingly attractive shoe. The size 12D is a perfect fit for my foot. However, I only figured that out after I had returned an order of my normal size, a size 13D, because it was too large. My wife had previously bought me a pair of Cole-Haan loafers that also was large. I thought that it was an anomaly. Cole-Haan penny loafers seem to run about 1 size bigger than normal for me, even though my nominal foot size is near perfect 13, at least according to standard shoe charts. I just received the 12D shoes, and I have not yet worn them much, but I am very happy with them.

The shoes are true to size. Very comfortable. They look good with a suit or casual attire.

I order them Yesterday and They came today. That's call service. They look very Sharp . I just have to wear them to see how long they will last .I will post a comment when they get tore up.??

Consistency is the hallmark of the Cole Haan footwear. My go-to for many years. Hearty and durable, they are also quite comfortable.

Shoes were stiff and slippery on the bottom out of the box. After wearing them for a day the stiffness started to work out and they felt like they fit better (felt sloppy in the heel the first try on). Still might put a heel liner/grip in them to keep them from slipping and wearing out the heels of my socks. Kind of goes with the territory with all leather shoes and soles, in my experience.

The single wide was not wide enough. I love the shoe, just too tight. If a 2E or 3E is available, I definitely want to replace.

really nice shoe, very nice leather. felt like a nice fit. Hubby decided he wanted a longer lasting rubber sole and not a leather sole. So sadly, sending it back. thanks zappos for making it so easy.

Very nice. Bought these in black and a pair of Sebago's in maroon (Sebago's were more expensive). Returned the Sebago's because too narrow and had an odd dull finish which I have never seen on new shoes before (new style?). I have always purchased Sebago's in the past, I was hoping to compare the two shoe brands for durability but now am just going to order the Cole Haan's in maroon.

The absolute most comfortable penny loafer I have ever worn. Total comfort right out of the box. You can feel the Nike air cushion working the more it breaks in. I ordered two pair at the same time, upon arrival, they were a size too big. Zappos had two new pairs at my doorstep before I could even have the others shipped back. My first time ordering, but definitely won't be my last. If you're looking for stylish, comfortable loafers, these are it. Thanks Zappos, you have a new customer for life!

The shoe quality was fine. But, I think the description was faulty and the photos didn't show that these black penny loafers actually looked like patent leather. Way too shiny for normal wear. Had to return them.

can't tell how durable yet but I've had good luck with this brand before.
