These Superfeet Black insoles are the best insole to restore shape and contour to the inner sole of shoes that slap a foam pad inside a flat and call it good. The best part of these insole is the shape which I find to be the best of the super feet line. You have to allow for the fact that they are light on the foam padding. I find that good structure is way more important than soft padding on the insole and these do the job!

I work as a restaurant host, and wearing these has really made my standing and walking around all night much more tolerable.

My 12 year old son has had 2 pair of expensive orthotics...neither of which seem to work well. When he still complained we tried the superfeet for flat/low arches and found them to be helpful. He certainly likes better than the orthotics. He also wears their sandals. Loves those.

I have a narrow to medium width foot. I was trying to replace my old Superfeet which were grey in color and for women only. These are much wider than my former grey Superfeet, so I can only wear them in tennis shoes or my wider shoes. They can be trimmed towards the toe, but below the ball of the foot down to the heel, as they are heavy plastic. They are extremely comfortable. I just wish they would make them narrower for women!

I have very sensitive feet and the material the "black" was made of was too hard and made my feet uncomfortable. But the support was great. I wish I will try a different one that is softer on my fee.

I purchased this product in April 2020 and received it in May 2020. As of June 2020, the hard plastic support heel bottoms separated from each of the soft insoles.

Let me start by saying I'm on my feet all day. I work in a shop and stand on concrete for 10+hrs a day. I've tried a lot of different inserts and many different pairs of boots. I'm not knocking the product just giving an honest review. I was told by several different people that I had to try these inserts, raving about how they changed their day to day lives. so I did. I've tried them on and off for a few weeks now and like always find myself disappointed. The pain in my feet seems to be about the same, sometimes worse. Overall I'm not satisfied but I don't really blame the product. Like I said I haven't found anything yet that works. I'd say try them at your own risk. I do know people they work well for but unfortunately not for me. I'd say give them a shot. Maybe they'll work for you

I bought this and felt instand relief but it was perfect, I work in a restaurant and I dont get the same pain I used to get on my heel before I bought the super feet. I do still occasionally feel some pain. Maybe I bought the wrong one for standing all day.

Although it says that these will fit in most shoes, these did not fit in almost any of my shoes. Even my slightly big Frye boots would not work with these. My foot was extremely squished when I tried these. The only shoe that seemed to work with these was an athletic shoe with the insole removed.

I bought this to add on top of the existing sole of the shoes I had. I figured it could help provide extra arch support, which it did, but it doesn't add much comfort to the shoe. I wouldn't recommend using this in addition to an existing sole. If you can remove the one from your shoe, and replace it with this, I would probably recommend it. The effect for me was that the upper part of the shoe (and in general) was more snug. That was fixed by loosening the laces. However, it raised my ankle up enough to add a point of friction that ended up giving me a nice blister. I gave up trying to break it in, and just went with my factory insert. Other than that, it's a well made product that fit perfectly in my shoe and on my 12" foot. It should be cheaper though.

The fit was sized properly. the package was damaged and trashed. Should have hung on to it. Tried a few days for adjustment. Not worth the price,. Wish I could return. Overrated product.
I'd also recommend:
Vionics low Arch, Metatarsal support .

I've had other superfeet insoles that worked better. I'm a construction worker so I'm on my feet all day and also carry a heavy tool belt, after switching to these my feet hurt really bad after work. They were comfortable at first, but after a few weeks the foam had compressed and didnt bounce back (there is a permanent imprint of my foot in the foam) so all the padding was effectively gone. they might work for someone who needs arch support mainly, but I had to switch to a different brand insole (im liking the sofsole I have now) and my feet dont hurt anymore. I had a pair of the blue superfeet before and liked them better, they even saved my foot from a screw that punctured my boot and got stuck in the plastic arch support. I wish I could give them a better review

Have been wearing these insoles hoping they just needed time to break in. After shopping today decided to give up on them. My feet still ache after short wearing. So wanted these to work

I honestly can't understand all the good reviews on these insoles. I bought these to put in some shoes that I felt had no support only to find that the insoles provided no support. On top of that, the grooves that are on the back of the insoles to prevent them from sliding will damage the exisiting insoles in your shoes (if they are soft) making it impossible to wear them anymore without these insoles. Not a great product. And way too expensive for the lack of support they provide. Look elsewhere!

This seems like a fun game and my kids want to play. However, it is missing the spinner, quite a crucial piece

I'm not sure what this was supposed to be, but it was just two pieces of hard plastic. Just went to the store and bought some good work boot inserts, instead.

DO NOT BUY THESE. I would be better off walking without shoes on. These inserts are horrible. Literally like putting a layer of legos in your shoes.

I purchased the Superfeet Premium Black for my teenage son. He had previously worn the Superfeet Orange supports for years because of his flat, inverted feet and we thought we try this low profile style. These supports just do not provide enough support for his feet and they went right back to inverting in. Going back to the Superfeet Orange as those are the only color that seems to do the trick for him.

socks get caught on the black tacky surface. so, it is difficult to get your feet into tennis shoes, without "cords" forming in the socks, that make the in-cushions uncomfortable

This item provides minimal support and is too flexible for 6' 3" 190 lb. man. As your feet warm the insole, it flattens out somewhat. Spend your money on a competitors green arch support product like I did after trying this dismal offering for half the money at a big box retailer or chain sporting goods store. My podiatrist recommended, probably because they sell them in their pharmacy. Should've researched further before buying superfeet. Better comparable products out there.

My husband tried a pair out for one week and found they made no difference whatsoever. He has flat feet and these were totally useless.
Unfortunately, I have been stuck paying $50 for something that didn't work but the only way to find that out was to wear them.
