I have medium arches and usually wear the bronze Superfeet for my plantar fasciitis, but had to purchase something slimmer to use in shoes and boots that don't have removable insoles. These are perfect. I was worried they would not offer enough support, but they do. I'm so happy to be able to resurrect some of my favorite footwear because of these. Thanks, Superfeet and Zappos!

First, I want to praise zappos.com before the actual product itself. Fastest processing and shipping I've ever seen in my life. I've been looking for comfortable shoes for over an year. I've tried all kind of recommendations from 20 dollar ones from Walmart to 250 dollar Eccos. I can safely say that the Eccos were very comfortable; however, my job did too much damage too quick. I needed an alternative since spending 250 dollars on shoes every 6 months is a bit crazy. Stumbling upon these was probably the best thing ever. It gives you great support, it makes me look about 1/2 inch taller. The only bad thing for me is that it makes the shoe a bit too tight but I have the wooden blocks to widen it so I'm not worried. All in all, these are great value and this was my first time using zappos.com. Zappos.com has a loyal customer in their hands now.

Performed exactly as advertised -- prefect solution for someone with highly sensitive, flat feet who cannot tolerate orthotic inserts for very long. My feet are a bag of damaged tendons, cartilage, and bone, but I can go miles wearing these.

I just ordered my second pair of these, as my first pair are a couple years old now. I also ordered a pair of the Sole Softec inserts for my cycling shoes. They are also very good. I have plantar fasciitis and while it's under control, I need to use insoles in shoes that I will wear for long periods of time. I have customer orthotics that I use in my running shoes and boots. The reason I like the these Superfeet is that they have a fairly low volume and they are BLACK! I can put them in my more feminine flats and they don't show at all like my customer orthotics would. If I have to wear a non-boot, non-running shoe for work, these are perfect. I know it sounds impossible, but it would be great if one of these companies could come out with a good insole with arch support and a good heel cup for high heels and sandals.

These are so awesome! I was a little skeptical because the firmness of the heel but you can't tell once your feet are in them. I over pronate and have pain in my knees and ankles after wearing my running shoes but after using these I no longer pronate! Please buy these! They are slimmer than the other Superfeet and are perfect for cross training shoes.

Finally, an orthotic that fits easily in most of my shoes! This one has a thin sole and is made for dress rather than sport shoes. Highly recommend for mild to moderate pronation.

Fit my size 10 shoes perfectly and saved my feet. I like that they're thin enough to not make my shoes too tight. I hate socks so I use some terrycloth, washable thinsoles and can still use them with these Superfeet insoles.

I bought these on their site, I really dislike the stabilizer to the side of the arch support, I feel it presses into my foot (maybe my feet are just too flat that I feel it too much) but these are great in my Skechers shoes, my feet would feel unstable and roll and with these they feel more like solid shoes

Decent insoles for running and walking. Could provide a bit more cushioning and clearer indication of when they're worn out. I'm hard to fit and these get the job done.

I have very flat feet and am always looking for inserts to give me some support and comfort for being on my feet a lot during the day. I have tried all types of orthotics, from the basic store bought type to the custom molded high dollar type. Some help and some don't. These Superfeet so far have done a good job of relieving some of my foot pain. I say some because I don't think there's a perfect cure for my feet save cutting them off and putting new ones on! There is enough support to give me a little arch but not so much as to become uncomfortable on my flat feet. I have them in a pair of Brooks Beast running shoes and they fit well, the only complaint I have is they seem a little thin in the toe bed area. For me, I would like a little cushioning when I step forward, and these are a bit hard, but then again, my feet are real monsters. Overall I think they are a good product, they seem well made and should last a good while.

When my feet were hurting and keeping me from hiking a podiatrist tried to sell me expensive custom shoe inserts. Before I took that step a friend told me about Superfeet and I gave it a try. These work great, my feet no longer hurt and I buy them for all my athletic shoes.

I have flat feet and have had foot pain. I walk and run alot. I wear blue Superfeet in my running shoes, and they have really helped reduce the pain. I bought the black Superfeet for my everyday sneakers because they have a lower profile so take up less room in the sneaker. It is a little bit of a tight fit in my sneakers but I'm making it work because unfortunately you can't find high quality sneakers these days that give you support. I recommend Superfeet to anyone experiencing foot pain. It takes a little time to adjust to them because they are firm but you'll be surprised that they do help.

Fits well in dress shoes. So far I've only tried these in dress shoes. Feet are tired after wearing them but I've tried other orthotics and this tired feeling seems to a result of them all. I like that these does not overcrowd the shoe as tight fitting shoes brings other problems.

They are not bendable which I'd like them to be so they can easily be inserted into a very tall boot without zippers. I am using them for my snow boots since I'd like to have arch support. My foot has low arch and it seems like it's working well inside my boot.

I used these to replace the original insoles in a pair of dress shoes (Rockports). They are stiff and offer nice support. They are also slim and thin, so my feet don't feel cramped. There is one really big drawback. Instead of lying flat in the show, the insoles have tiny nubs or feet on the bottom. These feet create pressure spots after I stand on my feet for a couple of hours. Overall, you can buy a softer, more cushioned insole. And if you stand a great deal, that might be wise. But this is a nice slim fitting insert for dress shoes.

Didn't need to cut it, fit fine in my size 11 shoe. Feels a little archy, but still much better than what I had. Little pricey.

Thin, but still a bit thick - best if shoes fit a little loose. Can cause a bit of lift in the heel which makes the heel of some shoes fit badly. I much prefer shoes that have removable insoles that can be completely replaced; Superfeet and Sole are excellent when used with those type shoes.

I used these in my ski boots am very happy with the support and fit. These are slightly thinner than green or blue in the forefoot and most certainly in the heel. Green lifted my heel too much and the little extra bit of forefoot thickness caused instep pain as it put my foot higher into the boot shell. With the black, my feet don't feel lifted and there is no instep pain. I don't have as much arch support as with the other colors but black works well enough that I didn't have to have custom boot insoles made. These give me better ski edge control as my arch isn't collapsing--don't settle for using the factory insoles!
