The listing clearly suggested these insoles as an option for dress shoes. Well that is simply not the case. Seems like a nice well built insole, however trying them in several of my dress shoes there was no room at the toe of the shoes. If they were thinner at the toe area maybe they would work but I had to return them. Waiting on my new order of the Superfeet 3/4 dress-fit, looks like the best option for dress shoes.

They work well, after initial break-in. My break-in period was painful for my feet, so don't go wearing these all day. I'd say 3-4 hours a day for the first week. Once they're broken in, you'll love them. They help you go all day with minimal foot pain.

These insoles have been fantastic. I love wearing my shoes with these. The arch support is just the right height for my feet.

These work well for me. I have a mild case of plantar fasciitis in one foot, and a collapsing arch in both feet. I use them in my athletic shoes (tennis, running) and they help a bit. It also helps to stretch my foot before running. I've tried a few other types of inserts but for me these work best.

I am 82 Y/O and have had flat feet all my life. Recently I developed a fallen arch on my left foot. I went to a Podiatrist who made a shoe insert which didn't help my foot. After trying several inserts I came across Superfeet Premium Black and "volia" finally relief! I have since purchased 3 more pair for my shoes.

Superfeet Black are perfect for my lower arched foot. They provide exactly what I am looking for: consistent all-day support. I stand for 8 hours a day at work, and most foam or gel insoles collapse. These hold their support flawlessly.

After using the green Superfeet for 7 years in my military boots, I got these for my retirement loafers and they slipped in, didn't even need trimming. Superfeet are the way to go.

Love them! Makes my shoes and sneakers much more comfortable and supportive. BTW my doctor HIGHLY recommended. But... ZAPPOS sent me a pair that was used and returned!!! GROSS!!!! The insole had been cut, had creases in them, and smelled. Utterly disgusting. New pair on the way. They better be NEW.

So amazing. My husband will not use shoes without these insoles. They were recommend by his physical therapist.

I use these type of inserts everytime I buy a new pair of soccer cleats (once a year). I used to suffer from plantar faciatis but no more! Thanks to these inserts.

These are great! I had heard about them for awhile but didn't believe they could make that much difference. I finally bought them when I started having foot pain and wanted to keep wearing one pair of my favorite sneakers. These fit right in and now my favorite shoes are also my most comfortable! Definitely worth the price.

These are so worth the money. Very sturdy, easy to slip into all shoes. I got them to have a firmer sole for bicycling, and it seems to be working just fine (haven't tested them out for too many rides, though). Easy to swap between all shoes. They don't slide around either, like other insoles do. They do make some shoes more snug, so I wouldn't buy them with a particular shoe in mind. I have a pair of canvas shoes and I'm going to have to take out the insole the shoes came with in order to use these (which, makes sense). Highly recommend these!

Very comfortable insert for my Ecco slip on shoes. An exact fit. Good arch support. Removed old insert and put these in. Just what I needed.

I have fallen arches and also wear narrow width shoes. These Superfeet insoles are perfect for narrow shoes, especially dress shoes. They fit my Clarks shoes perfectly! Thank you Zappos!

This is my second pair of superfeet inserts. I bought the "green" pair first and have found that a lower profile insert was needed for a couple pairs of my shoes (dress boots and lace up loafer type). I recommend these for foot pain but you have to wear your shoes with the supportive inserts all the time for good results. These are very supportive but are very firm - no "cushy" or wobbly inserts here.

Yes these work well. They were recommended to me by my podiatrist many years ago and I recently bought a pair for my 20-year-old son who is having foot pain. After working an eight hour shift and being on his feet the whole time, he finally did not have any pain.

Put these in a pair of Josef Siebel boots. They make a huge difference for me and give arch support. I would highly recommend them. I also use the pink Superfeet in my athletic shoes for walking. They are worth the money. They are easy to trim to size, if needed.

I use these with certain shoes and they make a huge difference with how my feet feel at the end of the day. These do not have arch support-at least not for my med/high arches, but provide a great landing strip/padding for someone on her feet a lot. They did not work on one pair of ballet flats, but they did on another very flexible pair that were also 1/2 size too big(necessary unless able to remove existing insole, as this material is sleek but still takes up space). These also work w/ sperry topsider slipons after I removed insole, whereas the green superfeet w/ the great arch support pushed my foot right out of the canvas slipons! The green works well in tennis shoes(after remove existing insole)and boots that are 1/2 size too big. Back to black-if your shoe is casual or dress (not heels because would push foot forward and smash)and you know it can't handle an arch support insole(the phrase they use I think is "low volume")and the shoe either has a removable insole or is roomy these may just become your feets saving grace. Good luck! Plus they never smell!

These orthotics are thin and fit in shoes that will not fit my prescription orthotics. I use them in my golf shoes. While it is not the same as my prescription orthotics, they give me some arch support which is better than nothing. They are comfortable and useful for shoes that are hard to fit orthotics into.

These solve my foot problems - soreness at my heel, easily fatigued when standing - so I can walk all day in all of my shoes. No new shoes for me, my old faves are fine as long as I have these. I own 4 pairs and will get more.
