I have fallen in love! Like many I'm sure, I have tried numerous inserts and professionally generated orthotics. Although a tad pricey they are worth every penny! I have had them in my sneakers for only a day but can feel the benefits and support immediately! After a full day of wearing them I woke up with no knee, leg or back discomfort.

Love these! They are a miracle for my flat feet! Put these in my Frye Melissa button boots that had no support, and now I can wear them in comfort! Best thing ever if you have flat feet and need comfortable support in boots or shoes that don't have their own arch support.

I refuse to pay the foot dr for his fancy insoles when these work just as great. I cut these to fit my work shoes (cheap shoes since they take such a beating). These insoles make shoes that have zero support really comfortable for my unhappy feet.

These insoles fit perfectly and made my flat feet feel much better.

Initially recommended from a local running store after I injured both my feet. Best inserts I ever purchased. Though my injuries still don't allow me to run, I can at least walk at this point if I have these in my sneakers. Purchased a second pair for use in hiking shoes. Have the 3/4 size that I move in and out of my dress shoes.

These are the best arch support you can get for something slim enough to go in a snug athletic shoe. They are perfect. (I also use the "blue" version in other shoes.)

These are the thinnest Superfeet inserts, suitable for dess shoes. I have extensive experience with the green Sperfeet inserts, made for athletic shoes. The blacks provide the thinnest insert available. They fit easily into Italian Bruno Magli loafers. It will take some time for me to compare them to the green inserts. I did trim the toe area to get the 1/8 inch fore and aft clearance recommended. If you have flat feet, these inserts really help.

Use the superheated green for tennis sneakers and worked so well I tried the black for my normal shoes. They are slightly smaller than the greens so fit nicely in dress shoes. Very happy with results.

I have pretty high arches but happen to have bought several pairs of boots without good arch support and also without removable insoles. So I tried these Superfeet Black, and they definitely help - they are not as high as I would like, but I can wear them inside shoes whose insoles the I cannot remove. They are a great option for people with high arches who want to do at least a little something for support in all their shoes!

I bought these for my daughter who has flat feet and they have changed her life! You can cut them down to size. Amazing!

These are awesome. I recently took up running in my 40s and my inner knees were starting to ache to the point where I could not even run a few steps without agonizing pain. I have very, very flat feet. After purchasing some insoles at a local big box store which did not work, I researched a little online and found these. The day these came in, I could jog with these with little to no pain at all. I ordered two sizes to be sure I'd have the correct fit. I wear size 8 Brooks and they fit perfect, true to size, without any trimming. I have already recommended these to a friend who purchased some too.
