I had worn out an older version of this boot and liked them so much I bought another pair. After about a year of use the boot-lace eyelets started breaking. The eyeltes are noew made of plastic and about half of them on each boot are gone. I had to pay to install steel hooks on the top eyelets to allow me to keep using these boots. I am disappointed that Timberland cheapened these up so much. Never again.

Great boots have been wearing this same pair for years. Don't like the waterproof ones as they make my feet sweat. Most comfortable pair of boots you will ever own. Only last about 6 months before the soles start to come apart.

I'm on my feet all day. I'm a diesel mechanic by day and a professional auto painter by night. I've been a mechanic over 25 years. After years of buying other brands, I bought a pair of Timberland Pro boots and now its the only ones I buy. I've bought 3 pairs the past 6 years. They last me about 2 years before the sole wears out. I have stress fractures in both my feet, that I acquired from the military. These boots provide good support and are the only ones that relieve the pain I feel with other brands. I bought a pair for my father-in-law for his birthday and he says they are the best boots he has ever had. He is a wrecker driver and on his feet all day also. The only thing that could improve them is making them waterproof. Light rain no problem but walking in puddles they soak through. Other then the soles breaking the edges from being worn, they hold up very well. They fit well as I wear a 9.5 walking shoe and the same with these boots.

Wow! Zappos is great! I ordered a pair of Timberland PRO work boots with the composite toe (excellent work boots) and thought it would take maybe five days to get them since the day I ordered the boots was on Wednesday I think. My boots were on the door step the next day! I find the Timberland Pro boots to be lightweight and comfortable. My work takes me into several environments. I work on military vehicles and stand and kneel a lot, I also have to climb into and around the vehicles and these work boots take the punishment and never fail. I currently have a pair that are about three years old and they are my "go to" boots when my newer boots get too wet to wear. The boots are also cool to wear. The boots have a good bit of air flow capabilities built in. I notice this when I ride my motorcycle home after work. As I ride I can feel my feet cooling off in the wind. This is not so with other boots I have worn. I have no problems wearing these boots as everyday after work boots either as they are decent looking and very comfortable all around.

Excellent quality throughout. I can wear these boots all day and have no issues. Keep my feet dry even when the boots are very very wet. Also provide very good ankle support. If you combine this quality boot with the excellent service provided by Zappos, they are an unbeatable combination. I would definitely buy this boot again and when I do, it will be from Zappos. Thank you.
