Fitzwell Lana II - I've never tried this brand before, but I'm now hooked. I bought the red patent leather, and they are truly beautiful and really comfortable. My daughter says "I own them" when I walk in them with confidence. You CAN be comfortable in pointed-toe heels!

These shoes run small - These shoes are so sexy and I fell in LOVE! But...I had to send them back, they are tight and to narrow! Make sure and order a full size bigger then you normally take, go wider too! I love Fitzwell shoes; comfortable just built a bit small.

Lana II - Python print - This is a good looking, well fitting shoe. I got the 5 1/2 and it fits quite well although my left foot is a bit smaller than my right. It didn't take long to "break it in" and I'm very happy with it. It looks good with pants and skirts.

Padding FINALLY - Finally someone got it right... every pump needs the padding provided in these shoes... it should be a law.... this pair only had it in the heel, but I have another with both... and now this is all I look for... and you are NOT sacrificing the style.

Grrrrr-reat Shoe! Fitzwell has done it again - and my feet are purring in this leopard print heel. True to size and width, I can't wait to wear these out of the house! Fitzwell successfully combines engineering with sex appeal, and because of that, I could wear these for all nine lives! Meeeeeeeeeeee-ow!

Comfortable and attractive - I ordered the brown suede as a functional work shoe. The shoe fits great and it looks very cute. I usually wear 3 1/2 to 4 inch heels, so I was afraid they might look dowdy, but they don’t. Zappos had them to me within 24 hours of placing my order. How can that be possible? Zappos rocks!

Great shoe! Perfect for the office. Just a classic look and form all around. Not matronly in any way. I purchased the wide width and it was like a breath of fresh air to find a nice looking shoe and a wide width. My feet aren't exceptionally wide, but I usually need some extra room since I like the pointy shoe styles. They also don't look cheap like many wide width shoes do. I would have bought 4 or 5 of these but the colors I wanted were out of stock. This shoe should be made a standard and should be kept in stock at all times!!!! I usually have to take a size 7 to fit the width, but these shoes were perfect in 6/12. So don't go the extra half size if you have a wide foot. Please Zappos, bring these back to availability in brown leather, black suede, taupe, gray leather...etc.....

Comfortable dressy pumps - Wonderful all around, but runs big, order a half size down.

I bought the shoes to wear to a company party. Was looking for a comfy shoe to dance all night in. The reviews were very helpful. Great dancing shoes!!!

Awesome - This is a great shoe. The entire description of the shoe before I purchased it was true. It is a great fitting shoe with excellent comfort. This is a shoe that can be worn from day to evening without any discomfort.

Love these shoes! I never thought I would like wearing the latest fashion, pointed toed shoes. These are the softest, most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I now wear them as often as I can. Love em, simply love em.

Love these shoes! I had been wanting a pair of red pumps and got these with the gift certificate I got for Christmas. The first day I owned them, I wore them to work and then didn't have time to change before I went out that evening. I wore them for about 14 hours that day and they were SO comfortable! Also, every time I wear them I get compliments on them.

Great looking shoe! I wear size 12 shoes, and Fitzwells in general, run small in that size. Knowing this, I buy up a size. That makes them just a hair too big, but at that size, I don't have room to complain. This is a great looking shoe with pants or skirt. I imagine it looks great with jeans too. Overall I'm totally satisfied with the purchase and will buy Fitzwell again, possibly this shoe in another color!

Comfortable and Classy - It's hard to find a classy, comfortable shoe, but these are! I wear a 9 - 9 1/2. There were no size 9 available so I ordered the 9 1/2, and they fit great. I ordered them 12/23/07 (afternoon), and received them the next day, Christmas Eve, at 10am!!! I will ALWAYS order from Zappos!

Great, versatile dress pump - Love these - expensive looking, quality made, comfortable, and ran true to size for me. Fantastic non-skid bottoms, great for winter wear. Very very pointy toe, I call them my Dorothy shoes, after the wicked witch under the house....Would buy them in other colors in a heartbeat.

I love this shoe and will order it in several colors! The look is very classic. I ordered the red and it's a great red! It is very comfortable for a heel. The heel is just the right height to be dressy and sleek, but not be uncomfortable. The extra cushioning in the forefoot and heel is splendid! I had loads of compliments and several girls asked me where to get them at my Christmas party!

Great looking, all-day comfortable shoe - LOVE this shoe! I wasn't sure of the size but, because of Zappos' FANTASTIC free overnight shipping and free return policy, I ordered two different sizes. The 7 1/2, which I usually wear, was slightly larger than what I needed, so I kept the 7. It's a little snug, but I figure it will stretch over time and it's still comfortable after wearing all day, despite the snug fit! I'll definitely order more Fitzwell (from Zappos, of course) in the future.

Nice shoe! I like the look of these shoes. I ordered a half size larger than I normally wear and they are a lot bigger than I expected. Wearing them around the house, they felt fine, but when I wore them at work (really walking in them) they were too big. I added heel inserts and now they fit well. The point is very long, but I like it that way. Overall a nice shoe.

Great shoe. Very cushy comfortable shoe. I usually don't wear pointy toe shoes and these are wonderful. They are sexy and comfortable.

this shoe looks great - this shoe is a great buy...i have the brown suede ones which look great with jeans and dress pants...would definitely recommend them.

Cute & Comfy - can't beat it! I live in NYC and do a ridiculous amount of walking. So, I'm in a constant search to find comfortable heels that don't look like something a grandma would wear. THESE ARE IT! The rubberized bottoms and the cushions really make this shoe comfortable. My only "complaint" is that the toe is REALLY pointy, too pointy for me to wear these shoes with skirts...unless I wanted to look like an elf. These are definitely better suited for pants. Regardless, I love these and now own them in 3 colors. GREAT!

I'm disappointed! This is a lovely shoe, but does not hug the heel (I have a narrow heel). I walk out of it; so I will return it unless I can find some heel huggers.

Good professional trendy work shoes - I'm a 20 year old entering the corporate and professional world. These were the perfect office necessary closed toe shoes for walking, needs a little breaking in, but they don't hurt your feet too bad. Was a little too big though.

Very nice - I haven't worn pumps in over 20 years. I was looking for some that didn't kill my toes. The reviews for these shoes looked encouraging, so I decided to give them a try. I am very pleased and will be ordering other colors.
