GREAT SHOES!! I am a jeans and sneakers kind of girl. I NEVER wear heels. I think they are so uncomfortable and I can hardly walk in them. For a new job I needed a nice pair of heels, so I got these. They are so nice! Inside they are a bit padded and the heel is sort of squishy so they are very comfortable on your feet (and I'm on them all day). They look great too!!

First Experience with Zappos and I will be back. Ordered these shoes yesterday and they were on my porch when I got home today. It's hard to find sexy white heels, and these are gorgeous. Fit well and are very comfortable. I can't wait to wear them out.

Love these shoes! I wore these shoes while making a 6 1/2 hour presentation (on my feet the whole time). Normally about halfway through a presentation like this, I either change into different shoes or lose them altogether, but didn't need to do that with these! I had backup shoes, but didn't use them! I highly recommend them.

BEST POINTED TOED PUMP! I bought this shoe in almost every color. It is the most comfortable shoe ever. I love the look, I can wear them all day! They are the best! I just wish they came in yellow patent!

Nice Shoe - I like the look of this shoe. I wasn't sure about the point of it at first, but now I like it. Will look hot with jeans or the black and white dress I bought them to go with. They are pretty comfortable, but I haven't attempted a 4 hour stint in them just yet...

Great Shoe! I have worn pointy toe pumps for years, and this is truly the most comfortable shoe that I have ever worn for work. It is great to have a shoe that looks great and is also very very comfortable. I have ordered a second pair and plan on a third in the near future.

Great - This is the second pair I've bought, just in case they discontinue them, or make the toes less pointy. I've been able to wear these from 7:30 am until 9 pm and in those cases, are on my feet for five or six hours. I work in business, so they are just great - whether I'm in the office or in outside meetings. Surprisingly comfortable and sexy - one of my favorite pairs of shoes. Heels aren't too high even though they look it. They just look great. I will probably buy another pair, just so I have a few "in stock". LOVE THESE SHOES!!!!!

Gorgeous!!!!! I got these in grey patent and they are beautiful. Just as comfy as the Lana's (I have a couple pairs of those too) - I was a little hesitant because I've become very fond of the gel footbed, but it feels like Fitzwell has upped the padding on this one. Very comfortable for all day office wear with quite a bit of walking.

WOWY! They are just what I've been searching for! For years, I have been on a mad hunt for a sexy pair of comfortable black pointy heels that can fit my abnormally large feet (10.5 and wide... yikes!). I thought that I would NEVER find a pair of heels that could fulfill all of the criteria listed above, but alas... THEY DO EXIST!! These shoes were exactly what I was looking for and sooooooo comfortable, and that is rare for me to say about anything other than flip-flops or sneakers! They truly are a dream come true and that paired with Zappos phenomenal service makes for one happy camper. I will most certainly be purchasing another pair in the near future!! :)

Great shoe! I really like these shoes. Very comfortable and the color was great and they look good with jeans. Perfect heel height if you're already tall but do not like to wear flats when you go out.

Best Of Both Worlds - Not only are these shoes really good looking, they are very comfortable. Fitzwell does a great job with their shoes and these are no exception. Well-sized and fairly priced, I find them tremendously worth the modest expense.

Comfort and Style - Shoe departments cringe when I walk in. They know I won't buy if the "shoe doesn't fit". These shoes fit and are comfortable. Needed them in a hurry and got them next day! I could wear these shoes all day without pain. These are true to size.

Comfort and Style - This is a great shoe for work - not too high, comfort soles. I got the python, and it really perks up my gray pantsuit! The do go with a lot of different stuff too - like jeans!

Very Nice looking shoe, dresses up your Jeans! I bought this shoe in Leopard Print & love them! I have worn these with Dress Pants, Jeans & a Skirt...Looks Great with all of them & they fit well too! Zappos is fabulous too...had my shoes the next day!

Hot in Snake Skin - I ordered the python and it is GORGEOUS! You can see the gloss on each scale, which makes it look very expensive (although I think it is leather and not genuine snakeskin- I actually can't tell without reading the box, which is good!!). I got a size larger because of the pointy shape and it is perfect. I would go at least a half size up.

Fantastic Shoe - I love my grey pumps! I especially like that they have a gel pad in the heel portion of the shoe which makes them soooo comfortable. I highly recommend them.

Bad Feet - I have been wearing high heels now, for over 30 yrs. In the last 5, my feet are just not cooperating any longer; I now have bunions that hurt with specific shoes. I also have calluses that only go away for awhile with a pedicure. So of course I'm continually on the hunt more for comfort, then looks. Then I came across "Fitzwell Lana II" and I'm sooo glad I did. I ordered 2 pairs and I can wear them comfortably for the 8 hrs, I'm at work. Plus they are good looking and I can wear them with anything.

Love These Shoes! I ordered the leopard print and they were delivered to my door the next afternoon! Excellent customer service. The shoes are very comfy and great looking! I would definitely order another pair -- Love them!! Zappos is awesome!!

Wow! A Real Winner! Wow, I LIVE in these shoes. The python print is SO chic and goes with absolutely everything. The pumps themselves are versatile too - pants, jeans, skirts, you name it! The heel height is very reasonable: easy to walk in but still very stylish. The foot bed has moderate padding so I don't feel like I'm walking on stiff boards (like some heels). I wear a size 11 and these fit perfectly. Very had to find such a fashionable pair of shoes in my size. Thanks Fitzwell - and Zappos! Amazing service. This is my definite first stop for shoes from now on.

Love, Love, LOVE these! This is the first pair of shoes I ordered from the Internet because I have a very hard-to-fit foot. (9.5 wide) I'm now in love with Zappos and especially these shoes! I bought them in the red patent leather and they're beautiful. It's a great red... not orangey like some can be. Being a mom I needed a great pick-me-up and I feel so SEXY wearing these!!! PS: My husband loves me in them! ;)

I have very narrow feet and these were still a little tight. I don't think they are as super comfortable as I read but I did make it though a whole wedding reception with only a minor blister. I got lots of compliments and will be wearing them out again soon.
