Great shoe, Great Zappos Service! The Fitzwell shoe really fits well. I got them in Red Kid. I actually measure a 10.5 medium width but always order an 11 because the 10.5 size not widely available, plus with pointy toe dress shoes, the rule is to go up half a size. I did need to buy Dr. Scholl’s "For Her heel liners" to stop them from slipping on the heel. I use those quite frequently for dress shoes. Other than that, they fit great and are very comfortable for a high heeled dress shoe. I don't wear heels a lot so am quite picky about comfort. I've gotten a lot of compliments on this red shoe. Very Sexy shoe and soft comfortable leather a big plus! A nice drawstring shoe bag is included to protect them from dust when storing. Of course Zappos provides excellent service. Ordered them on a weeknight at around 9:30pm and they were on my front doorstep the next day.

Chic and comfortable - I love this shoe! It looks great on. It is pointy, but I feel it elongates your legs. It is super comfortable. I wore them to a party for the 1st time and was able to dance all night. My feet were never in pain. I have wide feet, so I ordered the WW, and they were perfect. Love Zappos fast shipping.

BEST I'VE EVER HAD!!! NO KIDDING! These shoes are indispensable. These Fitzwell brand shoes are AMAZING! They're as comfy as my tennis shoes, maybe more so. The ones I already own are the Lana II's. I really can't give them a high enough rating!!! Believe me: As a Realtor, I'm on my feet A LOT showing homes - and these shoes can keep up. I also have a knee that needs a replacement (and the other one is already replaced) so I'm very sensitive to knee and leg pain. I can wear these and be on my feet for 8-10 hours and FEEL FINE ! Why don't you have a rating above 5? You need it for Fitzwell.

If at first you don't succeed... I recently bought this shoe in the leopard print as was floored by its beauty. When I put the shoe on, however, I thought Fitzwell? More like fitzbad! Even so, I decided to buy this shoe in the gunmetal and got it in a wide width and it fits so much better. This shoe is not only comfortable, it looks good, and if you take good care of it, lasts. Some advice ladies: get this shoe wide, if it’s too big, you can always return it for free!

I didn't think I could wear pumps anymore... I had been a stay at home mom for several years and lived in flip-flops and sneakers. I recently started back to work and was afraid I couldn't wear pumps any longer. The few I'd tried were so uncomfortable and I could barely walk. Since Zappos offers such great free returns, I decided to give them a try. I ordered the Lana II in white patent. Wow!!! I was hooked the minute they hit my feet. I got the wide width and they didn't crunch my toes. I could walk without feeling off balance and I could wear them for hours without sore feet. The only thing I'd say negatively was that after a couple of wears, there was a crease in the toe area of the patent shoe… but I guess this is normal. Also, I did get a few scuffs in the heel area from driving, but they seem to buff out.

Nice shoe - This is a very nice shoe for the price. However, I ordered the red patent Lana II, and also the Stephanie in red kid leather, and I prefer the Stephanie. The Lana II was a bit plainer than the Stephanie. But if you're looking more in the $70 range than in the $85 range, this is a great shoe. They both seem to fit about the same, except the Stephanie shows just a hint of toe cleavage. Also, I think it was just a tad too tight on the toes for me to wear all day. My foot would probably go numb.

Fitzwell Lana II - Love them, most comfortable pump, I ever owned. Height is also perfect, not too high.

Fitzwell's gift to woman who loves heels! This shoe feels as good as walking in flats. The fit is true to size and I must purchase every color.

FANTASTIC! These shoes are the most comfortable shoes I've had in a long time. They truly feel like round toed shoes... I'm usually not a fan of the point b/c of comfort level but these have made me a believer!

I had my doubts but when I got them - They were the ones. I've been on a search for a pair of red patent leather shoes to go with a killer black dress for a while now. I order a few others off Zappos which didn't work out. These felt comfortable as soon as I put them on. I ordered them wide but since I'm in between medium and wide I can fit an extra cushion for the ball of my foot. Am not much of a heel wearer but the height seems manageable. And the red is a pretty neutral red which I'm happy with. Hopefully, I'll still be happy after I wear them to a wedding in a week.

Snakey Beauties - SEXY! Yuppers, this is one sexy shoe. It's comfy compared to most heels, but not as comfy as I thought considering the "name" and the fact that it has a squishy thing in the heel. For ladies that are used to wearing shoes from discount shoe stores, you will feel a difference! Don't bother wasting your time with $10 and $20 shoes anymore. Your feet will thank you. I didn't think I had wide feet, but I guess I do b/c I for these in WIDE and they fit perfect.

Love these shoes!!! I bought a pair of white's and they were the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. The inside of the shoe is soooo soft. I bought 2 more!

Most comfy dress shoes I have - I love love love these shoes...I got them in red, and have gotten tons of compliments on them. I wish they had my size (10.5 W) in the other colors in stock, because I would ABSOLUTLEY order one of each. Come on Zappos!!

So ridiculously comfortable - After having 2 kids my foot got big and a little wide...I reluctantly bought these and am glad I did. I wore them to a family party and never once wished I could take my shoes off and I'm a mother of a 3 yr old and newborn!! I originally bought a size bigger but returned them...they are true to size.

Fit so Well - This is my second pair. Unfortunately, my puppy chewed up my first. My feet are wide and I usually struggle finding the right fit. These shoes are so comfortable (bought the wide) I didn't have to break them in. The heel is just perfect - high enough to look elegant, yet comfortable enough to wear to work all day.

Great pump - Needed a simple red shoe and found this pump, found it to be comfortable and sexy, the brown heel made it very different. Originally ordered a half size larger than I normally wear but had to send it back and get my normal size. Ordered one size one day, received the next day, too big, ordered new size same day and received those the next day and was able to send the big ones back with UPS at the same time. Thanks Zappos!

Comfortable might be a huge overstatement in my opinion. I'm not much of a heel person, but I know these just aren't for me. They don't seem like they would last.

Great shoes! Love these shoes, received tons of compliments, I am on my feet all day at work, these shoes are so unbelievably comfortable for the first day wearing them....bought a 1/2 of size larger due to the pointy toe... worked out great!

Stylish & comfortable! I've been looking for some pointy-toed pumps that I could wear to work, and these are perfect. They fit my wide foot just right, and they are very comfortable. I like them so much I bought a second pair in gray patent, and I love them even more because the color is fabulous! I recommend these shoes -- they are much more comfortable than all of the higher-priced shoes I tried!

Great little shoe - I think this shoe is actually sleeker and more lovely in person than in photographs. It looks more stylish with its cute little heel and makes my size 10 foot look smaller than it is.

Great shoe! I am so pleased with this shoe. It has a great heel height that isn't too high or too low and it's so comfortable. I have worn these shoes all day at work and all night afterward and had no problems! I would definitely recommend them.
