The pointy-factor on this shoe rates a 4 out of 5. The pointy-toe extends a lot further than expected. Due to the style I would only wear these with slacks. I tried them on with a skirt and felt like I looked ridiculous. It's a bummer, since the heel was the perfect height and the shoes was actually very comfy. I went with the Nine West Austin instead, which although it's not as comfortable as this shoe, has a better style IMO.

Sadly, I am returning these shoes. The heel height is perfect for everyday office wear, and the rubber sole and cushioned pad seemed they would be very comfortable. Unfortunately, the toe portion is too long and pointy and does not show any "toe cleavage" for my liking - because the pair I purchased was the black patent style, they just looked too much like "a witch's shoe" (my husband agreed). I usually wear a 6.5 and have narrow feet, this seemed to fit me perfectly. This was the first time I had tried this brand, and I just repurchased a few other pairs from the same brand - hopefully I will be able to like and keep them this time.

Very cute shoe. The bottoms were comfortable, but the toe box came too far up the foot. When I walked, the top dug into my foot. I'm a solid size 8 1/2 in all my shoes (except my running shoes) and these were snug. They might feel better in 1/2 size up.

These shoes seem to be misrepresented, maybe I just didn't realize what type of toe this shoe has... The toe of the shoe is extremely pointy, I mean it is a straight point that hurts the toes. Be aware of the pointy toe shape, otherwise the show is beautiful just not so comfy.

Not as happy - Every time I have ever purchased pumps/high heels I have always ordered a size 6.5 in a wide size. When I purchased this particular product, at first, it fit perfect; I was thrilled to find high heels that actually felt incredibly comfortable to wear! But within a week, it became SO STRETCHED that even with inserts on the back heel, it's so loose that I can't even wear them anymore! It's literally half a size bigger- how can I use them anymore? Could I exchange for a smaller size????

Ok for a shoe - After 6 months of owning this shoe the heel has started to waste away and I am now walking with a metal heel.

Lana Review - This shoe is ok. I wasn't overwhelmed with joy yet, the shoe fit is comfortable. The look of the shoe is very professional. I am interested in other Fitzwell products because of this shoe so that's a thumbs up!

These shoes were way too small. I could barely fit my feet in them! Not only that but I was unimpressed with the style. In the picture they look cute but when I opened the box, they looked like witch boots. They were also too narrow, and I have pretty narrow feet. I think that even if I went with a full size larger, they would have still squeezed my toes. I was not crazy about the look of the leather / color either. It looked a little flat and dull. Almost like a cross between navy and black. I like my black leather either totally flat black calf, or shiny and sexy. These shoes were somewhere in between and it does not work for me. I have been on the hunt for a simple, elegant, comfortable pair of staple black pumps to wear to work, and it is amazing how hard it is to find a pair for a reasonable price!

Seems like Fitzwell Lana II's aren't holding up like my old pair. I replaced another pair in November and already the tip has worn and the heel cup needs to be replaced. Usually I get get 6-12 months out of them.

Felt comfortable but the toe is VERY pointy - I sent back and will keep looking for a dressy heel in a wide.

These are the most comfortable pointy-toe shoes - this is the second time I'm buying them (and I got them in patent black too!). They are really hard to find though, so if they're available, get them now! Also try other Fitzwell shoes, the gel in the heel makes them super comfy!

I love this shoe! I just ordered my second pair after ordering my first pair 3 years ago and wearing them to death, literally! I wear them all day at work and my feet don't hate me at the end of the day. I work in banking so I am up and on my feet a lot and these shoes can definitely handle what I dish out to them! Highly recommend.

Great shoe! I love these heels. I got them in two colors. I really don't use heels, but these are awesome! Fit true to size and width. Highly recommend.

I previously owned 2 pair of these shoes and found them to be extremely comfortable with the gel insole. They are perfect for work, yet stylish. I literally wear them all day. I just ordered 3 more pair. When I find something I like, I get every color available.
