I have extremely difficult feet to fit. These shoes feel like I'm walking on a cloud! There is ample space for my extra foam and orthotics and a low heel. I also love the soft leather and organic looking design!

I really wanted to be able to wear this shoe. It looks sleek and more modern than most comfort shoes. But it was not as comfortable as I had hoped so maybe that was why. It had nice padding and support in the heel and the arch but that disappeared in the ball of the foot and toe area. The shoe was too high on the back of the heel. Maybe if that piece had been padded it would not have been so uncomfortable. I wish they would tweak them a bit and they would be perfect. Didn't work for me but might for someone else.

Although these shoes have good arch support, I didn’t keep them because the sides are so low that footie socks look silly with them.

These shoes, squished when I walked. I thought it was funny at first. And the more I walked the more the shoes made a squishing noise. I believe the sole is separating from the footbed. ?? I will always wear a naot shoe. There is nothing better. But the squish has gotten past the point of being funny. I’m going to return them as Zappos is always so good about the return policy. I will re-order as I have the same shoe and two other colors.

These ended up being too small for me but I think they would run true to size. I ordered a smaller size thinking they would run big but they did not. I was surprised though when I tried on the right shoe, it was missing the top hole on one side for the shoestring - weird, right?! Super surprised a NAOT shoe would come through like that. The heel counter was very uncomfortable. It angles in towards the front of the shoe so it really presses against the back of my heel, and I only had it on for a few minutes. The contrasting leather band just above the sole and below the suede fabric of the shoe didn't look as pretty in person. Sort of cheapens the look of the nice suede upper. It would be prettier if they just made the whole shoe suede and left that leather bottom band off. Unfortunately the only thing I liked about this shoe was the feathery blue color. Definitely going back and keeping my fingers crossed that NAOT doesn't keep sending out shoes that have not been quality checked. They are usually a good company to buy from.

These shoes had an odd fit. The leather is very thin and the opening around the top gaps unless the laces are pulled so tightly that it's uncomfortable. The footbed feels too bouncy for my taste. I don't like feeling like I'm walking on a trampoline. I also didn't like the way they looked. The toe area makes the shoes look like flippers. I returned them.

I bought these shoes in 2008 and they were amazing. They had great support and were beautifully made. I still have the old ones and had to take the insoles out to give the new ones better support. Even the edge seems to not be smooth The soles on the old shoes have fallen apart, unfortunately rubber does break down over time. I even thought about taking the old shoes in to have soles put on them because it seems impossible to find shoes that are made well today. I have a closet full of shoes that are too small but I'm only buying the bare minimum of what I absolutely need until better shoes are being made. It is no wonder so many people I talk to are having problems with their feet today, including me. The shoes today are like K-Mart value better at a higher price.

I loved the look and feel of these shoes (when standing still) - the quality was excellent, the color was beautiful, and the cushioning was so comfy. Unfortunately, the back comes up high on the ankle and rubs. I wore them only once and went out on a short walk around my neighborhood. By the time I got back home I had a horrible blister on the back of my ankle. I had to return them. Very sad.

Based on other reviews, I was hopeful that this would be good for walking/biking but cute casual. They are cut oddly and it feels as if my feet are being pulled to the inside. I tried them on twice, but couldn’t do more than walk around the bedroom for a minute, if that long. I don’t think I’ve ever returned shoes before, but these will have to go back if I can figure out a way to get a return label without having a printer.

I followed the advice of Zappos and other reviewers and ordered a half-size smaller than usual. I was very excited to get these as the reviews had been very positive. Unfortunately, when I tried them on, I could not even get my foot into the shoe. The size 40 was stamped on the sole, but I suspect they were actually much smaller, as I normally work with 40-41, depending on the style. So a 40 should have at least allowed me to fit into the shoe. I like the soft blue color, but not the silvery trim. Back they go!

I wanted to love these shoes but their appearance was that of a second. The color and style were great but the stitching was too uneven. The black edging around the toe area is uneven. I wonder if a child did the stitching.

As others said, the back of the shoe comes up too high. It constantly rubs on the Achilles tendon. I tried them for a day, around the house, hoping it would get better, but no such luck. This feature ruins a great shoe. I wanted something with the comfort of a sneaker that didn't look so clunky and big. I loved the way they looked on my feet; they made my long, narrow feet look smaller! I'll be returning them.

Sadly, I cannot keep these. Naot really missed the boat on the sizing here. I wear a lot of Naot shoes and always get a 37 (I’m a US 7), which fit great as long as I don’t wear heavy socks. With these shoes, the 37 was really big, sliding out of them. I tried the 36, which was WAY too small. I could tell they’re super comfortable shoes, but oh, boy, is the sizing bizarre on these.

Nice style but very little support on ball of foot and the heel rubbed on my bone causing a blister first time I wore them. Unfortunately can't return as I wore them and had to hobble home due to the pain. What gives? This is supposed to be a comfort shoe but this didn't work at all for me. expensive lesson learned.

Comment from Naot on the Zappo site suggested to order a size down, which I did and the fit was too small. I re-ordered in my normal size of 42 and the fit was still too short. If your great toe is longer than 2nd or 3rd toe, your normal size would probably work. Size 43 is not an option in this shoe. Based on other reviews, I suspect that size is variable in this style. The shoe itself is nice alternative to a sneaker, not too clunky, heel height was good, shoe had good support. I wish it had worked for me.

I was very disappointed inn these shoes after all the great reviews. They seemed like expensive slippers with arch support to me. I have a bunion on one foot and the shoe was too narrow. Also, my heel slipped out of both the sizes I ordered. They were cute and the footbed is comfortable but not wearable for me.

i have ordered several pairs of this shoe over the years, but this pair is very uncomfortable because the leather is very stiff. I have trouble on top of my feet and these really hurt.

Nice and soft, but run wide..love the side view when on but not looking at the front when you have them on. I have 5 pairs of this brand and LOVE them all. Disappointed in this pair!!

Slipped on heel and felt wide. Sloppy fit

Felt one size bigger. I have a high arch and this shoe gave me no arch support. I ordered a regular width but it was wider than a regular. It was a soft and beautiful blue and it had a handsome appearance. I returned them bc of the fit.

So disappointed with this shoe, I wanted these adorable shoes to fit!!!!! I ordered it in two sizes because I really wasn't sure. Unfortunately, very strange cut so even though the size was correct, the cut of the shoe was just plain weird. The back of both shoes dug into achilles as soon as I put them on. I tried wearing them inside w/socks to see if they may possibly soften, but could not keep them on. Seemed poor quality as well, especially at that price point. They looked like "pleather" fake leather, I even checked the product specs, and they were supposed to be leather. So, bottom line, the cutest shoe ever for what it is, however, had to return both pair. Still on the hunt for cute, creamy white (not bright white) athleasure type sneakers. I LOVE ZAPPOS!!!! THANK YOU ZAPPOS FOR ALWAYS BEING THE BEST!!!!

I have very bad planter fasciitis and have found that the sandals are wonderful from this company. I expected the same from the shoes but they were very painful and not good for me at all. I wish they would take the same technology that they use for the sandals for winter shoes. I highly recommend every sandal that this company makes but no to the shoes. Also, the shoes need to have a much better style.

Zappos sent me this pair of shoes in a beat-up shoe box. One shoe had a worn out label inside and both shoes had half-hearted crumpled tissue paper in each toe. Not up to the usual top-notch quality of a Zappos product. Sorry to say.

I have four other pair of this model. The problem with this one is that the heel doesn't fit properly.. It is higher than previous shoes... it has a huge gap in front of where the heel cup is stitched to the side piece. Either they have changed the last... or it also seems the leather may have changed. Either way as much as I wanted another pair did not want to chance this one because as it becomes worn it will be loose and sloppy.
