Best Shoes Ever!!! I bought these shoes to wear on my recent trip to Europe because I knew that I would be doing a lot of walking. The way things ended up, I did not get a chance to try them on until we were there. I should not have worried; these are the best shoes ever - more comfortable than slippers!

First Naot shoes - These shoes are a delight. I've walked to work in them several times and am happy to have something comfortable that doesn't look like a workout shoe. They do run slightly large, but not enough to go down a size. I subsequently ordered a pair of Naot boots and am very happy with those also.

Could run a marathon - These are the most comfortable shoes. I bought these before a trip, put them on and walked miles on cement and cobblestones. Since I have a neuroma finding shoes that are comfortable is difficult. These are perfect - like walking on air. I can't say enough good things about them.

Soft & Comfy - I knew these shoes were keepers the minute I put them on. I have hard to fit, sensitive feet, have had several surgeries, usually need to wear socks to be comfortable, but the inside of these shoes is so soft, they're actually more comfortable without socks. The cushiony footbed and nice arch support keep my foot from sliding forward. I love them!

Love' em - I ordered a size smaller as your reviews said. That was a mistake... So sent them back and got my normal size. Put them right on and walked all day in them... Got the orange ones too and am going to send for the green ones.

First time buying this type of shoe - I bought these to wear while in Italy. They are the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. I usually wear expensive high heels and worried that they'd look like the old 70's Earth shoe. I have a fairly narrow foot and these are not sloppy. They are pretty cute and are perfect for the purpose I bought them for. Zappos is the best site! I'm very glad it is available.

Matai orange - I ordered the Matai in orange and it fits perfectly. The maryjane style always fits my narrow foot better. The shoes are comfy and really cool. I can't wait until the snow melts to wear my new shoes. I'm a fan of Naot now owning several sandals and now shoes.

These are my favorite shoes. They are so comfortable I can walk in them all day, no tired feet or pinched toes! They do run small and I ordered a full size smaller than I usually wear.

Extreme comfort - I am in retail and stand on my feet all day. I also have a neuroma which means I must wear a wide bed shoe. This is my second pair from Zappos and I couldn't feel more comfortable. No pressure on my feet at all. Highly recommended.

The only shoe I could wear while pregnant - I bought these when my feet were all swollen when I was pregnant and they were truly the only shoes I could wear besides flip-flops. I still wear them and they remain comfortable and fun!

Ooolala - what comfort - This shoe fits like a slipper. Often a new shoe feels a little tight somewhere and requires breaking in. That often means your foot gets broken in along with the shoe resulting in blisters or corns. Not with this shoe. It already feels like a shoe that has been broken in. It's cushioned and so comfortable. I love the design. Not quite the baby doll look. It's a bit more classy and the color goes with most everything in my wardrobe. It's the first shoe in a long time that's truly comfortable from first wear.

These shoes called to me and now they are on my feet! I bought these because I loved the metallic and black design--kind of a swirly almost yin/yang--but they are also extremely comfortable and with enough support and padding for walking and light exercise. Nice arch support too. They are easy on & off with velcro Maryanne straps and a lime green lining. They look very artsy for such a comfortable shoe--I love them! My foot is narrow and I have a high arch and this style fits perfect.

Naot Matai - I love these shoes. I have 3 pairs. Due to a bunion, I must have a wide shoe and these fit great. I normally wear an 8.5 Wide and the 39 Euro size is a fit. One pair needed the right foot stretched a little to work with the bunion, but the other 2 didn't. The leather is soft, the footbed is padded for comfort and the arch keeps my foot feeling good all day.

I coveted these shoes but they are too big. So, even though I knew that NAOT shoes run wide, I could not resist ordering them in the green. So, after wearing them several times around the house, I sadly am going to send them back. Zappos is great, and I appreciate everything about their services.

LOVE THESE SHOES - Comfortable/toes heels support top and bottom! These shoes are well made, great looking and fit perfectly! I wore them all day the first time I wore them and my feet felt great. Look good with skirts or slacks or jeans. I bought a second pair the next day!

The perfect shoe to teach in! The Naot Matai has got to be one of the very best shoes on the market for those of us whom are looking for comfort yet style. I bought a pair of these to teach in and also because I was looking for something really comfortable to wear during my pregnancy (I am in my third trimester), and having some back discomfort. These shoes are amazingly comfortable and very cute, they are so soft, supportive and feel as sublime, kid you not, as a pair of bedroom slippers--I feel like I am walking on a cloud the entire teaching day. You will not be disappointed!

Like bubblewrap for your feet. Super comfortable and cute, casual footwear. I purchased them to wear on vacation where I knew I would do a lot of walking. When I first slipped them on, my feet felt like my feet were being wrapped in bubblewrap. They are so cushy and comfortable.

Most comfortable shoe ever - I have finally found a shoe for my troublesome feet that doesn't look like a prescription. I followed previous suggestion and got a size smaller and it was perfect.

Love at first sight - I first saw these shoes at a wonderful store in Eugene, OR, where I was visiting. I wear orthodics on both feet, so finding a stylish shoe is difficult. But these were perfect. I bought the black there and then ordered the copper from Zappos. I wear them both -- the black for dress and the copper for casual -- and they are so comfortable, as well as stylish. I will watch for more colors. I normally wear a 39 but a 38 was perfect in this shoe.

Comfortable Funky Shoes - As a massage therapist I am on my feet all the time and need comfortable shoes. I also like shoes that have a unique design. These shoes have both. Not only do they have great arch support and feel super comfortable, but everyone comments on how cute they are.

Thanks for all the reviews - These are great for me, I have malformed feet and have a job that requires standing, walking, or race walking for 8 full hours a day. After countless orders and returns and hours researching reviews, these shoes do the trick for me. They are dressy enough for suits and I don't get near as many "weird shoes" remarks that I got wearing my Keens, which are the only other shoes I could wear all day without serious pain and exhaustion. I really need foot surgery, but these will let me put that off for awhile longer. I only gave them 4 stars for looks because I can't really wear them with short skirts, but will try other Naot styles. Thanks for all the reviews, these are almost life altering. Zappos is the only online store I like to buy from, all the rest miss by a mile.

I've been recruited into the Elf corps - Yes, I felt like I'd escaped from the enchanted woodland while wearing these shoes. The orange color and design attract notice, but the comfort carried the day. I worry about strap placement due to high arches, but this one was not a problem.

Not really running large - On the basis of the Naot recommendation, I ordered a size smaller, (41 instead of 42) but it was too small. Very comfortable overall, but just too tight.
