What a wonderful experience, didn't like the color I first ordered - shipped back and got this color - no questions asked. So easy with the return label printed here at my computer, talking with a customer service agent, no shipping cost and received faster then expected.

I have worn Naot shoes for years but I have not been able to find them locally any longer. Zappos to the rescue. Easy to navigate the web site and free shipping. Thanks to Zappos my feet feel great!

Fantastic shoe. I wore it to NYC where I walked too much and the shoe kept my feet happy. Naot may be my new favorite brand. Zappos service was perfect as usual.

I have 3 different color combos of the Matai. Love Naot's and this one is a favorite. Adjustable strap is great.

These shoes are incredibly comfortable. They are much more reasonably priced than my usual Mephisto and Thierry Robatins but are equally and in some styles, more comfortable. They have excellent arch support too.

Very comfortable shoes and attractive too. I followed the advice to buy a size smaller than I would usually wear and this was perfect.

I have wide feet and problems with my arches, so I often have problems finding mary janes that fit without looking matronly. These shoes were ready-to-wear, right out of the box. I have now had them for one year, and can attest that they are comfortable, even after a year of frequent use. The only "surprise" for me was the color of the shoes. I ordered the black color, but what I expected differs a bit from what is viewable from the online photos. Expect a richer brownish-bluish-black.

I LOVE these shoes. I would like to get a pair in every color but am afraid that would be just too geeky for words. But really, they are super comfortable with great arch support. I bought a pair in black several years ago on clearance (if you can believe that) and had never heard of Naot. After that pair I was hooked. I have the purply color and now the green too. I have tried several other Naot style but these really are the most true to size and most comfortable.

These shoes are great. I was on a trip recently and wore them 27 out of 30 days. They are very comfortable and the Velcro straps are easy to loosen or tighten as the day wears on. They are pricey, though.

This is a great looking and comfortable shoe, but beware, it really does run large. I failed to read what Zappos says about the shoe, where they clearly say that it runs large, and ordered it in my regular size. Thank goodness Zappos has free shipping both ways! Otherwise, I couldn't be happier with the shoe.

Most comfortable shoes! I can walk miles in these! And I am a senior with "funky" feet (3 toe surgeries to correct deformed feet). Naot Matai is the best and so is Zappos!

Zappos customer service is great. I couldn't believe how fast the shoes arrived. I ordered a size too small based on other reviewers comments. The replacement shoes arrived within 24 hours. The style is so attractive, I ended buying the style in two different colors. At first I found the strap irritating but it did get better with wear.

I love these shoes. They are very comfortable and well made. I was worried about them being too wide. I have a narrow heel and I find most shoes are too wide, but not this shoe. I wear an 8.5 and ordered that size. They are a good fit. I will be able to wear thin socks, but not thick ones. I'm planning to wear them when I travel to France in November. They are so comfortable to walk in. I am a satisfied customer.

This is my second pair of Naot Matai! I bought them for our trip to Italy 4 years ago/we ended up going again the next year. The comfort was great. Since then I've worn them often to the point that I had to have them repaired because I didn't want to give them up! I've have my patients ask where I purchased them and I've even been stopped in stores with the same inquiry. I tell them Zappos! Love the style and may even order other colors.

I just bought a pair of the Matai Naot shoes and I love them! I live in Paris and was looking for a replacement for my tennies...I found it.

I have had horrible issues with my feet in recent years including two surgeries for bone spurs. These shoes are awesome and well worth the money! I know they will be my go-to shoes for the upcoming fall. They give me the support I need in my arch with plenty of room for my toes. I never spent this much for a shoe before but I would definitely buy Naot again!

I love these shoes. Due to quite advanced degenerative joint disease, the Mayo Clinic fused my left foot hallux joint. The right is not far behind, and is always sore. These are the best shoes I have found for such a condition. Also, I wear carbon fiber plates, which slip easily under the footbed. Ah, too much toe dancing as a very young girl years ago, says the surgeon. I actually found this shoe at a store at the Mayo Clinic that specializes in fitting custom prescription orthotics, and they suggested they suggested the Matai by Naot. I have three pairs and will get another. But they don't seem to wear out. Also, I wore the Naot Rosemary sandal all over Italy, and was more comfortable in the heat than in any other sandal ever. These shoes bring compliments at the University from both professors and students. Thanks, Naot!

My wide feet were very comfortable walking for weeks in Europe, and without socks! This Naot shoe felt amazingly comfortable the entire time. I have this shoe in black, and could wear these shoes with pants or skirts. The Mary Jane style is not my preferred style, but this shoe has an angle in the strap, so it's more flattering, (less woman in girl clothing looking). The soft upper shoe leather looked worn in very soon, but it's also a comfortable look and feel. I'm 5'3, 200 lbs, 50yrs. I have arch support problems, and can't walk barefoot for long, but this shoe was fantastic-- with zero pain, amazing! It's my first Naot shoe. I'm sure I'll buy more from now on!

I think that I have finally found the perfect shoe for traveling. Not only are these shoes attractive and a little unusual but they are so comfortable. I did order a size smaller as per the instructions and even these are just a tad big. This is not bad though as, if it is cool, I can wear these with lightweight socks. I forgot to mention that the Velcro strap over the instep is perfect for fast off and then on in the security lines at the airport. I cannot say enough good things about Zappos. Zappos is the best in every respect!

Matai is the most comfortable shoe I\'ve worn. It feels like a luxury foot glove. Superior arch support cushy, supports and is is comfy. \r\nFit: It fits my high arch and wide foot. I will purchase more Naot shoes. \r\n\r\nI\'m glad to see them at Zappos. I purchased mine at Nordstroms, but the Zappos site is handier and a lower price

Have enjoyed this shoe for a few months. Extremely comfortable. The stylish design catches the eye. The black is dressy and has that bit of pizazz to it. Naot shoes really make me happy.

This is a very stylish, soft and comfy shoe. I have bought it for lots of walking in Europe. I have bought Naots in the past and found them to be incredibly comfortable and attractive. This Matai is no exception. Great service Zappos!

I usually wear size 7 (38) and followed the suggestion to order a size down (6\/37). It was too large. I ordered size 36 (5) and they fit! For me, they were off 2 sizes. Thankfully Zappos has the ultimate customer service with their speedy delivery and customer friendly return process.

The Naot Matai fits very well and is a very attractive shoe. The color was a little off from the description but that did not matter in this case. I will order Naot shoes again.

This is an expensive shoe, but worth the sacrifice. Right out of the box incredible comfort; a shoe made for serious touring\/walking.
